Doesn't matter whether its up or down in the future, its extreme fluctuations are pretty much ruining its chances of becoming a widely used currency.
Its starting to prove too much currency risk for merchants to adopt.
3347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Americans fed up with currency manipulations, turn to Bitcoin on: July 07, 2013, 09:19:02 AM
Americans are fed up with their currency manipulations and turn to Bitcoin.

oh the irony.

I have to declare myself out the postage price is insane nice coins but there's no way I will pay that much for them !

yeah I was looking forward to them and even defending the pricing earlier, but for 2 coins just via USPS at well over $40 postage I am kinda stunned.

I am seeing $23.76?

18ltc.....gee ur getting ur ltc cheap?

74 LTC for two 10 LTC coins. That is quite a markup however you look at it. Loaded 60 LTC in prep for the release of these and can't believe I'm still sitting short!

similar, I'm a coin collector often buy from the US often around $5 shipping sometimes robbed at like $20 but 18 ltc shipping damn thats well over $40 for 2 coins?

whats with the source code, today morning it was online on github and now not anymore, but I have it in the cache in my firefox and what I see now is that you changed the variable "max_money" to about more as 5.000.000.000 . Whats up now with the source Huh? Take it online and make a original from source code or you are a scammer man.

yep it seemed to gone closed source when someone spotted the number of coins and posted it here.

well now its actually unlimited coins (from microguys himself via chat).

so "closed source" "unlimited coins".....hmmm sound legit  Roll Eyes
3358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] Buying LTC with Paypal on: July 05, 2013, 10:55:08 PM
There is no risk via PayPal, I mean this is the only way you can buy here safe.
I someone "forget" to send him the LTC, he will just ask his money back and PayPal should turn the amount back..

WRONG! seriously no one with half a brain accepts paypal pyaments for ltc, buyer just does a paypal chargeback, paypal agrees with buyer 100% of the time if it was for a crypto!

The dispute was about buyer's risk, watch post #2!

yes and post #2 says "You are asked to get yourself scammed OR SCAM THE OTHER"

but I agree with you no risk to buyer but 99.999999% chance seller will get scammed.

I've had my fair share of umm lets say debates with 'hydro', but despite heaps of difference's of opinion, I think he's a pretty OK guy.

Well he's not a scamer like so many here allowed to run freely (if anything he's a scamers worst enemy). He's open and honest about his opinion.

People have got to learn to play the ball not the man.
