Personally the 2 types I think should first go from this forum; IPOs and self declared currencies of a particular region.

Many people are going to have different definitions of what a scamcoin is; mine is simply any coins where it is painfully obvious that the main purpose of creation was to make the dev fiat.
shitcoin; a bad copy paste clone that the "dev" has no idea on how to keep functioning longterm.

I'm in, I am over coins that would have, only a few short months ago, been kicked as a scam now become common place.

I'm very happy netcoin holder.
Markets bear for all alts atm, particularly the older coins. Its the way a dev team reacts in these situations that counts, not just when the coins flavor of the month.
I see behind the scene's of alot of alts now where the teams are tearing each other apart (triggered by everyones investment losing value), the ones you want to back longish are the teams that will stick strongly with the coin even in the bad times.

They can be a bit slow (possibly a little slower than usual in the last day or so, now you mention it) but they'll show eventually. Take the opportunity to make a cup of tea while you're waiting, then come back and you should find everything as expected.
I'm finding if I look in my orders, they reappear, then disappear, then reappear, within a few seconds, over and over.

anyone else currently having syncing issues?

Anyone else having order issues, ie orders submitted not showing up on buy sell side, cancelled orders still appearing etc etc etc?

When satoshi create btc, he actually had an economic model in his mind
but not an environmental model equally pow was only a temp solution as he failed to come up with a successful distribution model.

as there is no shortage of new customers,
Actually the current bear market there suggests the opposite, well if they are getting new customers they certain aren't bringing the coin (except maybe to dump).

Cryptsy promised ages ago to lift its standards for adding coins, seems though its standards are slipping further. Also they should be looking at overall market conditions before blindly adding new coins, well if they are in favor of longterm viability of the alt trading market.
Allowing people to vote for coins then adding them is extremely flawed on many levels. Even if you ignore the dev paying users to vote approach, coins are pretty much voted for by those who wish to dump, few if any traders vote for a coin that want to buy.

New updates, with everyones favorite scam coins on the list.
Looking through the list must say I don't disagree, though a few I'd be even harsher on. I trade alot of coins yet none on your list comes on my radar.

Just a tad of a fail on ur first pump lol

Look at the long-term graph for any old coin that is on Cryptsy, they were all dying, getter lower and lower from September to November. Then you know what happened. Just sayin' Yes they then exploded due to articles in the NYTimes and Wall Street Journal etc brought new money in, now it seems the only money goes to the latest pump n dump scam........... cryptsy plan to add new take out old will just create a cycle where only money can be made by those in and out of the new coins as quick as they can then move to the next......that game will only ever last a few rounds, too many people get burnt and leave. thats a win lose model...that leads to a lose lose model yet it is possible to have a win win model. Indeed cryptos look bleak right now, but I'm sure the media is not finished talking about them. They're still in their infancy, hence the apparent risks. But I believe Seems the buyers prior to sept where from the lets pick a coin with a quality dev team behind, hold for a year or 2 and maybe we'll have another litcoin. Since then though the new money seems to want to just be in a pump coin and if its not moving after a few days they panic. Personally I've been buying up the older more established coins, but almost seems like I'm the only one fortune favors the brave and did work great for me sept/oct last bear.

cryptsy adding new coins in such bearish conditions is not helping. too many coins is the cause of the bear market.
