It's pretty much neck & neck at the polls with how transaction rewards will be distributed.

Personally both ways are fine, having the CBX Foundation get 50% of the Tx rewards seems like a more stable option though.

One thing we have to keep in mind is that all contributors to this project are purely voluntary. There are of course expenses and the financial backing comes out of our pockets to support and evolve the project. We do have a foundation fund but we do not get any donations. Having something like this built in where some of the transaction fees go to a fund for development is something that could potentially be very beneficial to the project as things progress and the value of CBX grows as do the CBX transactions.

Nobody wants to live next to Alex! lol

I have created a signature for the Bitcointalk.org threads; I made it pretty big but you can size it as you want, PM me if you want the code for it... support CBX!

I love the sig Von, pass me the code please!

Tyke, Chris Thompson, has requested I announce to the community his current project - writing of the book titled "Crypto Bullion - History of the First". His personal target is to publish the book this summer. This is very exciting and quite an honor to be among the few coins chosen for his altcoin book series - Crypto Bullion is 8th in the series.

Members of the community are feel to support the project via donation:

BTC: 1CRLy4xUZbh9rj2GPANiNNBZGZKRKLYYwJ
LTC: LSWvBFKycLheJ7RMRVMXrPL5Cd3LpJNMa7
CBX: 5TkRmNwsLkBGNw8BZdmEqygqQc5xgdb4eu

This will go towards overhead costs (paper, electric, maintenance), proof readers, graphic designers etc.  All hep will be appreciated greatly.

Thank you Chris!

Thank you Alex4J, I have updated the website to link to the new Bootstrap.

I suppose the Pi will already have the new blockchain, right? This is so once the Pi arrived, it will only download a few blocks.
Hello,
During the set up, the Pi download the bootstrap so it just have to launch it.
I will also sell preflashed micro SD card (and also Pi+equipements and special 3D printed case), on preflashed SD card bootstrap will be already downloaded.
Of course the profit of the card will be ridiculous low comparing with time spend on it and it's for foundation.

What will be the total cost of the working pi? minus the delivery charge.

We have not established pricing but we will most likely only be selling the microsd cards with the OS and blockchain and the custom cases, either loaded with CBX or not loaded.

I'd prefer if the community here will build a buywall instead of worrying about a sellwall. When a good buywall can stand it's ground it proves that price can go higher, not the other way around. Do you want a range between 0.00015000 and 0.00200000 and no volume at all .... ? For that reason I stand with my previous comment about this although I gotto admit the bonus offer has created some good extra tradevolume.

Guys, I logged on to say exactly what BTCat just said.

My plan has brought onboard many new investors, new participants visible here and even more who choose not to manifest themselves on this thread.

So, please gentlemen, what are you suggesting?  No action will result in unacceptable status quo (CMC position #121) from lack of visibility. Once CBX is visible again (CMC position #30), combined with a real CBX economy, a real and sustainable buying offer will form, more quality people will join, this is MY theory.

If we do nothing, which we have tried already (with CBX and so many other coins, too), nothing happens - this is the data of the problem. How do we solve this problem now.

I am definitely one who loves creative solutions: please PM me your ideas so we change the unacceptable status quo.

With regard to establishing buy support and a buy wall, of course this is desirable. One of the beneficial byproducts of the soon to launch Pi Project is that it will aid in accomplishing this goal. Programmed, custom CBX Pi devices will be sold with loaded CBX. This will allow more people to enter into the CBX economy via credit card, paypal or Bitcoin rather than strictly via exchange. The included/purchased CBX will be sold at current market price of CBX and the funds obtained will immediately go to an exchange to place a buy order that matches the sale. This will continue with every Pi device purchase so as we are working at tearing down sell walls, the Pi Project will be working at building buy walls and continued buy support.

Don't worry, we have comprehensive plans and they will continue to roll out as quickly as we can manage.

P.S. as VonSpass stated, additionally solutions are encouraged and welcomed. His strategies and tireless work have produced very visible, positive results and CBX has come a long way in the past few months. We have a long way to go but much of the heavy lifting and difficult work of growing a community and turning the project to a more lively appearance is now behind us. This work should be celebrated and appreciated as this will act as fuel for our continued push to our lofty goals.

Great job with breaking through the .0006 resistance guys! That is quite a bit of CBX that has moved from the hands of one individual to many individuals. This re-distribution is a very good thing. Congrats to all who took advantage of this price with the incentive. As we can see, there is a new resistance at .0007 so those who bought at .0006 are already realizing an almost 17% increase in value of their purchased CBX (and this does not factor in the incentive bonus).

Also, news on the PI Project will be coming shortly Smiley

again a wall at .0006 is up again.... annoying

That's the .0007 wall that has moved down indicating that we are still dealing with same seller. Better to buy him out at .0006 than .0007 at least.

In my earlier post I alluded to concerns with our current financial system. Here is a very brief video for those interested to explain how the US Federal Reserve system of banking and money creation works. Feel free to dig deeper and do additional research but this explains it at a high level and sufficiently highlights the cause for concern that I tried to express previously.

Hello to my Crypto Bullion family!

Apologies upfront for my recent absence from the Bitcointalk thread. It is nice to see you all here Smiley

I hope all are paying close attention to the world around you as dramatic changes are occurring and all signs indicate this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Of note and significant relevance to us are the happenings in the world of finance. The US dollar is facing noteworthy challenges to compromise its position as the agreed world reserve currency. As someone who has done extensive study into the US financial system and the FED, I can say that a deep understanding of the beginnings and workings of this system does not leave one with a feeling of long-term security and stability. The system is unsustainable in my opinion and cracks in its iron are not only showing, but growing. It doesn't take much research to see a major economic shakeup is rapidly approaching.

I beg you all for the sake of your children, families and futures to take a good look around at what is happening and then come up with a financial plan to cover your ass as best you can. Diversification is my suggestion as the hope that all doesn't fail is really all we can hold onto. Cash, precious metals, land, etc. DO NOT FORGET CRYPTOS. Yes, I think diversifying into crypto-currencies will prove to be critical as it is my opinion this may be the only safe-haven in this crisis. I of course am partial and have my full faith in Crypto Bullion so thats where my research leads me, but each individual should do their own research when it comes to investments and come to their own decisions. But again, please look around and do your own research.

Here is a recent video from Ron Paul talking about the issues that are rearing their heads in the US and they all come down to finance. Take a listen - it is scary stuff but this knowledge is important. Enjoy!

We're looking for a new topbanner (not the profilepic) for our Twitter page https://twitter.com/CryptoBullionX

Anyone willing to make one?

The scaling system on Twitter is a bit weird so it's best to try out the design if it works.
Twitter recommended dimensions are 1500x500 pixels for the header.

Are you refer to the large background pic?

I meant the top background but not the full page. Ofcourse we can change that too if there's something good for it...
Elambert asks for a new design of the Twitter page, I've changed the profile pic but don't know yet what to do with the rest.

Any ideas welcome.

Here is my idea for the Twitter top banner, 1500 x 500 pixels:

I really like the look of this, nice job!

Here is a game site where you can earn some CBX by betting BTC for the final score of certain Basketball games...

http://growcoins.org/games/ending.html

Provided by a CBX fan...

Fantastic!

Also, happy birthday IMZ!

Finally, looks like 11 out of 29 people are interested in the 3rd party staking service. Knowing this is not the ideal and one should rather keep CBX in their own private Vaults and under their control, I am going to assume these are individuals who do not have that as an option for whatever reason. That is a substantial portion of respondents that may not be able to participate due to lack of this option. It seems this may be a good thing to pursue if the assumption is correct or even partially correct for that matter.

There is 2500.98896238 left in cryptopia as of now.
So could someone tell me the final incentive for taking this wall down?

Hi shinep,
The incentive for 2500 CBX is an additional 500 CBX. So if you buy the 2500 and transfer to your personal Vault, provide the info to VonSpass and you will get the 500 CBX incentive sent to you.

There are 5000 now Sad

That's the seller we are battling with the incentive. He is getting low now Smiley

Sad , I'm too late as always , the wall is gone !

The seller has more still by our calculations. Give him a little time to refill the wall. But he is going to run out soon at this rate and then things get real interesting for us holders Smiley

I need some help mates I'm still stuck with synching my wallet I already download bootstrap and replace the  files but still im stuck can you please guide me on how to resolved my issue. Thank you mates.

Where are you stuck? Is it not syncing?
after installing and adding bootstrap 30902blocks and it is not moving. how can  i pass this, is this normal? thank you for replying mate.

Are you saying your stuck on block 30,902? If so, the bootstrap did not install properly. The bootstrap will get you to February 29th in the block chain so you only have to sync for the last month. You should be well past block 30,902 with the bootstrap.

Sound like you may need to try to download and install the bootstrap again.

Follow this guide if you are having trouble...

Hello I need some help we have a brownout and my wallet was not shut down properly and when I tried to run it again it gives a message of fatal and error and I cannot run it again, can anyone help me on this ..

Sounds like you probably got a corrupted file. Backup you wallet.dat. Then delete everything from roaming. Delete v2.3.3 to be safe as well. Then download everything again and use the bootstrap for the blockchain. And of course plug in you wallet.dat.

Should fix you up.
