I think it is time to accept the fact that Sam missed his end of October deadline. Accepting this fact and seeing that Sam had not communicated with us for quite some time now as well as cut off dividend payments, we need to stop hoping for a turnaround and move into aggressively move into prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law. I have lost over 100btc which is valued close to $40k USD at this time. We need to community to pull together and help each other. Virtualspade has been working nonstop to gather and organize information to hand over to the necessary people to get us moving forward. If there is any information you feel might be helpful please send him a message.

Yeah this, even if Sam magically brings in 50-500TH online, he still needs to end the project and refund the BTC, as he is not the right person to oversee a project like this.

also chinese love bitcoins, fab must loved it, and used the ipo for his benefit. thats what i think now

i dont know truth about howard, did some of u guys met him face to face? if he said the truth, then is less likely/or none at all that he used some of ipo to fly and study in usa.

No we did a Q/A with him he barley got paid anything for him and his friends they got paid 10BTC only.

TheSwede has nothing to do with this anymore.

He is a victim like the rest of us

No, he is not. He is both legally and morally liable.

oO Why do you think so? He was hired as a spokesperson, serving as intermediary between shareholders and labcoin. What would you charge him for?

Well in 3rd world country land we can charge him for funs, because that is what we do round hurr, we give people death penalties in our village where we fuck goats without any sort of proof. The elders who get to fuck only the young goats make the final decision.

Don't you think returning money and jail time is more reasonable? No death penalty than massive goat fucking orgy.

19BTC build up in dividend wallet, looks like he got caught or ran away.

What do you consider the "current situation" to be?

Amazing Company?   Grin

Yes truly AMAZING company LOL but not in a good way.. In just 12 hours I gathered over 10% of the shareholders to join taking legal actions against Labcoin IMO that is amazing and the way that Sam is running things is even more amazing, way to go Sam you are truly amazing.. but not in a good way.

So Sam when is the next update?

Yes, enjoy the lawyer sending legal notices to imaginary "Sam Noi" I'm sure you will get somewhere. If in case you somehow get a hold of Labcoin which you won't, once the lawyer has taken all the money as fees and every gets refunded 5% you can all rejoice lol.

Right now 5% is more than anyone will ever see otherwise since Sam is no longer paying dividends.  Again, the dumbest move he ever made.  And with Sam, that's saying something.

As for finding him, once its in the financial interest of someone half-way competent to find him, he'll be found.

Finding people who don't want to be found and cutting through pathetically thin fictions is a lot of what good lawyers do.

Sam, buddy, your usual game isn't working.  Time to try a new one.  Come clean.  Tell us what's up. If it's hopeless, refund all of the money you can't verifably account for.

This is your best path.  All other paths end with you facing more problems than this one.  Take it.  It's the smart move, for once.

That's great but a lawyer has no police authority to go after fictional people. He can only go after "Sam Noi" and Fabrizio in a limited fashion. He can't get anywhere with Alberto because people on the forum have uncovered his identity.
347  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 05, 2013, 11:58:53 PM
TheCoinBull, it looks there's a lot of fine sense of humor involved, but for the lulz let's assume you're serious about this one:

As I hope Nine Lives is successful in his search, just want to let the fellow people who've been screwed know the following, I have lost big in this scam, but luckily have already made it all back again thanks to explosion in BTC value over the past week. With the recent uncover of information on the Identity of who started this scam, Ive employed a very well know International Private Investigations contractor, given them a few good leads on the location of the suspect Mr. Noi (will refer to him as such for personal legal reasons). They have been instructed to follow and remain unknown, when they locate Mr.Noi. I have also contacted a good friend of mine who is what you could say involved in some gray areas. He will be transporting Mr. Noi once found, to my old friends tribal reserve located in in asia, where upon my contacts request he will be put on trial in front of the village elders for theft of Money directly tied to the tribe, as this will be covered in my direct donation. It will then be up to the tribe to decide his fate. All this of course will be legal as in the territory I speak of they are granted personal right to deal with law breakers as they see fit. Fuck you, Sam Noi. Will see you sooner than you think

Please correct me if I misunderstood you:

TL;DR - You'll find someone who may be hidden anywhere in the world, kidnap him in that place and transport him to an obscure location in Asia. Then you'll pay some money to a tribe living there, so they would "decide his fate" (most probably kill him, which is the usual concept of justice in such places).

Now a couple of questions:

How precisely is your friend going to transport Mr. Noi against his will to Asia alive? For instance from Switzerland? Rolled in a carpet? Do you happen to know the details of this little story? (I know we're not speaking exactly about Mr. Eichmann here, but nevertheless)

Mainly wondering if labcoin is relisted on another exchange. Is their still going to be record that I won 5000 shares. or have they already disappeared, dont need any sarcasm was a gamble to me all the way through, only lost $2000 alot less than most.

You would do all that because you lost $2,000? Are you a member of the tribe you spoke of? That's not any sarcasm, I'm genuinely interested what incentive might a sane person have for devising and executing such a plan. Wouldn't it be easier to have Mr. Noi killed instantly, when your friend arrives and spots him? Or are you afraid it would be less legitimate then?

This is getting crazy, what's crazier is these idiots haven't refunded all the BTC! If i was being hunted down by criminal Asians I would of refunded everything and apologized 1 Billion times.

Hello I'm currently making a list of shareholders who might be interested in starting legal action against LABCOIN.

You can check it here

I've been in contact with a lawyer and he said that we have to gather more people to reduce the cost of the action and increase the "gravity" of the crime, so the more we are, the more this will get serious attention and hence consequences.

Please consider sending me a PM stating the amount of shares you CURRENTLY own and/or add a comment in the document above.

Getting lawyers involved is a sure fire way to not get anything back. After their fees what are you going to get back? Jack shit.

BUMP for all the people investigating

For all we know ninelive's could be a ploy to distract from the facts. Which is why Im going to find him physically. And do the questioning myself. Already have located one of his previous residences from 3 months ago.

good luck

Hi guys,

I have a question for some of you who have PM'd me and is helping dig some info.

After my Chinese investigators fired a few questions at me, it got me thinking.

How easy would it be, to pose as Fab and family to push more blame on them yet, Labcoin is driven by someone else from for eg, South America?

Why are we certain its Fab and family?

Show me and I'll debate with you and see if we can help my investigators.

Why because your investigators found the person named Sam Noi from Africa on Linkdin? If that's the case I would hire some new investigators. Look at my thread: click on the links also, that should provide more than enough info for your investigators, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=322149.0

There's more than enough information linking Alberto and Fabrizio directly, even if they aren't the ones running the company now, they damn well know who is. But given the fact that "Sam" deletes everything related to Alberto on this thread, and goes and deletes profiles with his old phone number that link him to Labcoin is more than suspicious.
353  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 05, 2013, 01:57:45 AM
ruh roh, anybody going to give alberto a visit?

NineLives is working on it, we have to wait for his investigation. Maybe give him some dick too, so he prepares for jail.
354  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 05, 2013, 01:05:56 AM
As revealed on Labcoin IRC (credit goes to virtuals), labcoin.com and enso-now.com (Alberto's company) share the same IP.

Furthermore, "Sam" was able to edit labcoin.com when asked by TheSeven to remove all references to his name. (thanks to radiumsoup for pointing that out)

Draw your own conclusions.

Thanks for doing the screen shoot I was going to make the post after I put it on IRC but you did it already so I'll just add this if some one has doubts who was behind enso-now.com

I just hope I will find some day good news when investigating labcoin aka Alberto Armandi aka Sam Noi instead of all this info that all points to labcoin being a SCAM

and I am sure that if there was a real person named Sam Noi running labcoin he would have given us some proof who he is and that he bought the company from Fabrizio and fired Alberto and in that way regained a little trust from some share holders.

but I guess we are stuck with Alberto until proven otherwise

Here is the streetscape of Xianhu road(仙湖路),Alberto(Sam?)and his company labcoin may hiding in this residential Area. But I don't know what's the meaning of  Building 3, Apt 4F...

usually a residential area, hence apartment number.
355  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 03, 2013, 11:09:13 PM
actually showing 5TH right now haha.
356  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 03, 2013, 11:07:29 PM

Maybe so, maybe so.

Spikes over 20 TH in the last hour.  Sam is up to something.

Nearly 300,000 shares just made public. This for me was the tipping point. I considered labcoin a gamble but it is more than an epic fail. I predict a small increase in hashrate so those newly public shares can be sold off for top dollar.

Seems the most probable scenario.

Haven't seen any spikes just the same old? You might have a glitch, like once it showed on mine that it spiked to 12TH which was clearly not the case.
357  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: November 01, 2013, 04:07:54 AM
I think they are hoping and waiting to get their chips soon trying to by time. End of the day they did have Howard and The7 work on chips.

Then they will probably post pictures everything, and say seeee we never lied. Even though they have lied lol.

Or it's the worst SCAM in the history of mankind, where we know their exact address from their IP's, their identities, and even their mothers.
358  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 31, 2013, 11:26:07 PM
you fail to grasp the concept of if they were going to scam they wouldn't use their real names and identities you smart person you. lol

Fake names, auction IPO, buy 30TH of other peoples hardware, price sky rockets, sell off millions of shares, run away forever.

So none of those 4 bitcoin scams perpetrated by Alberto were scams then?
Or where did you think that scanned passport came from?

You are the idiot who keeps falling for it and thereby proving exactly why it works (on some people).

get hacked, failing, and scamming are completely different things
359  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 31, 2013, 10:22:47 PM
This is a fail explanation. He could of ran since IPO with none of their information ever being posted. With fake aliases, you would never know the name fabrizio, alessia, or albertro

Yeah since fabrizio's name was on the prospectus, Im sure no one would have noticed that. Nor the fact that alberto is his brother in law. Nor the fact that Alessi had been contact with some forum members even before the ipo.

Why doesn't Sam just take the coin and run?

Because not doing so gives (some) people reason to believe he is legit and its an honest failure rather than a scam. In almost all previous scams he acted similarly, paying back some coins for some time and pretending he was really trying very hard to make good on his debt/promise. In the case of bitdaytrade it pretty much took a year before people gave up.

If he actually runs, he has no excuses left and everyone with a vested interest will be contacting police/sec/sfc/hired guns.

This is a fail explanation. He could of ran since IPO with none of their information ever being posted. With fake aliases, you would never know the name fabrizio, alessia, or albertro

To show how your explanation fails, he has already been reported and is being hunted down by members
