341  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 09, 2016, 10:29:44 AM
I do not think people would stop dealing with banknotes in the future. because an entirely depending on digital money in a world with natural disasters that can shut down electricity for days will be a bad choise
342  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: May 09, 2016, 10:21:23 AM
there is no fixed role to say it is good or not to invest in bitcoin because it was good for people who bought cheap and earned a good money from it but it was also bad for people who bought in $1000 . so you should choose the right time to buy
343  Other / Politics & Society / Cameron argues Britain is safer in the EU on: May 09, 2016, 10:17:48 AM
Drawing on history, Cameron argues Britain is safer in the EU

Britain needs the European Union to help fight Islamic State and rebuff a "newly belligerent" Russia, Prime Minister David Cameron said on Monday, making a "big, bold, patriotic case" for membership of the bloc.

With just over six weeks to go before a referendum, both campaigns to stay in and to leave the EU are stepping up their arguments, with former London mayor, Boris Johnson, due to challenge the prime minister in a speech later on Monday detailing why a British exit, or Brexit, would help the country.

Setting out the security argument for Britain to vote to remain in the EU on June 23, Cameron drew on military history, invoking the memory of war leader Winston Churchill to bolster his case that "isolationism has never served this country well".

"I want to show that if you love this country, if you want to keep it strong in the world and keep our people safe, our membership of the EU is one of the tools that helps us to do these things," Cameron told diplomats and campaigners.

"I'm not arguing that the EU alone has kept the peace in Europe these last 70 seventy years, of course not, NATO has played an absolutely key role ... (but) it's pretty extraordinary that countries that were fighting and killing each other are now finding a way to work together."

He warned Britain that it could be exposed to greater threats if voters decided to vote in favor of leaving the EU, underlining the role of security cooperation after dozens were killed in attacks by Islamic State in Brussels and Paris.

344  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is not the currency of the people and likely never will be on: May 08, 2016, 09:57:04 AM
If they are not selling then I don't see what's the issue honestly , they can hold as much as they want but that won't change anything for others .
Having less supply will simply make our bitcoins worth more .

only if there is enough demand, that is willing to buy at higher price, demand is everything, without proper demand, it does not matter if you hold if you don't dump big, if your coin is rare, all pointless, versus the demand

Most of these top addresses are not owned by individuals, so the possibility of having a big dump in the future is not very likely to happen

when you stand against a person or make a bad impression about someone based on his religion, race or name before knowing him, it is called discrimination

350  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-05-07] Liberty Reserve Creator Sentenced to 20 Years Jail Time on: May 07, 2016, 11:12:30 AM
Liberty Reserve was a great payment processor before the US government seize the site and shut down it. I used to use it.
they could do that because it was centralized. US wants to stop anything they can not control or monitor
351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: May 07, 2016, 11:06:03 AM
I myself use 3 different wallets. One is on my Android device, one on my desktop PC and one online.

The one i like the most is on my desktop, MultiBit. I like it because you can quicky generate new deposit adresses and keep track of your incomes and outcomes. I only use Blockchain for some payments, and on my mobile phone i have MyCelium wallet, which i use for mobile/QR code scanning payments.

What wallets do you use and which one do you prefer and why?
good choice, multibit used by many people and i know its good at all,but honestly i never use that wallet, since now i just use blockchain and coinbase, that 2 wallet are awesome, blockchain can give us option for fees, and conbase almost have no fees.
just a suggestion Coinbase is an online wallet maybe you've heard from many people that an online wallet might be a scam and leave the user and take all the money. I think Coinbase have full access to your wallet and your bitcoin. maybe if the owner is not a nice person. they might be a scam

Coinbase is a well known exchange and online wallet site and it has a good reputation. I have never read any scam accusation against them. they just close accounts that has gambling related transactions. So it is a good option for people who make a lot of transactions as the site pays the fees
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright relents aka Satoshi (air quotes) in Public Apology! on: May 05, 2016, 01:23:50 PM
what is the point from his "sorry"? if he can not proof his claims then he is clearly lair and there is no point from writing to public again because no one care about him anymore !
353  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchaim deducted $100 fee for $112 transaction on: May 05, 2016, 01:18:34 PM
once the transaction is executed, blockchain can not change anything regarding it. your tx is confirmed by a block mined by BTCC. so try to contact them although is seems very hard to get these fees back
354  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaigns and bitcoin price on: May 04, 2016, 09:31:41 PM
It all depends on what the campaign managers want to pay. Some campaigns continue paying the same rates for more than year while the price doubled during this period. Others changed their rates when the price rises. So there is no one role that all follow

360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Really Everone will PROFIT from BITCOIN? on: May 01, 2016, 10:56:48 PM
You can not assume that all people are holding their coins and trade volume will be zero. This is not true at all. Check any exchange site and you will see the trading volumes are rising not decreasing
And about 250 ? It does not seem to happen again
