3401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: March 02, 2017, 05:32:32 PM
It's not possible to say who is Satoshi, I believe only few people know his real identity, but I don't think he is an alien, a robot, a cyborg as some people say, just a normal man that created something amazing that is helping many people around the world and introducing a new technology that changing our ways to process payments virtually over the internet.

He has his own reasons to hide his identity, maybe for safe, to don't be bothered, to continue operating without nobody knows who he is...
3402  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: your favorite sites/methods for micro earnings? on: March 01, 2017, 06:19:15 PM
If I were from a Tier 1 country my favorite method to earn would be the surveys and tasks of that Offer-Wall, but as I don't have good offers to complete there, I like some faucet sites like Virtual Pub, Dwarven Mines, FaucetGame and some sites that appear sometimes paying high rewards but disappear some time later...
3403  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the best cloud mining operations? on: March 01, 2017, 06:15:25 PM
Cloudmining systems are all fraud and scam!
You have to be an early invostor to make profit with it and bring other people to do the same as you do.
But always remember that you make the profit from a scam, what is very much the same than scaming the people yourself.
I only can recommend to stay away from every cloudmining service.
And I can't say this often enough!!

I'm not sure if all Cloud Mining sites are scammers. Until now some of them are working and paying their members, unprofitable amounts anyway. The real scam sites are the Ponzi HYIP schemes, those offering good interest return in a short time period. For me both kinds of investments, the "legit" and the Ponzi cloud mining don't worth, like you said: Stay away from every cloud mining service, and I would say: Being real cloud mining or not, stay away.
3404  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Advantages of bitcoin cloud mining on: March 01, 2017, 06:07:20 PM
There isn't any advantage in cloud mining. The profit is low or inexistent, the daily income isn't fixed, each new day you receive lower income, no guarantees in lifetime contracts. The only people making profit with cloud mining are the equipment's owners and the investors with many referrals.

3408  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: February 27, 2017, 09:18:53 PM
There is only one crypto which will be great even in the future and that is Bitcoin, the king of all cryptos. You can make money out of it if you hold for some time. That is the consensus of many members of this forum , in the longer term Bitcoin can really make an economic difference to many people in the world.

I believe Bitcoin is the main currency, the safer investment among all the Crypto-Currencies, because it's the most stable currency that already prooved to be a good investment since it started years ago. Some Alt-Coins are good, but it's more risk than invest in Bitcoins, I think that is the reason Bitcoin is the favorite investment when we talk about Crypto-Currencies. I agree with you.
3409  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Make 10.000$ a month (Reviewed) on: February 27, 2017, 04:35:23 PM
scammer will always be among us even you had never intended to scamming people but they will always feel suspicious and you selling the method how to earn $10.000 in a month with the price only $100 sounds good for me but unfortunately people would not automatically trust you be especially you could not provide more the proof that you really able to make it

Because it's totally fake. Why would someone sell a method to earn $10.000 monthly only for $100? It's like to say: Give me $100 and I will give you $10.000. And there isn't trick to make this amount of money every month without an investment, a skill, a platform, a base... I think nobody will be fool to believe this guy and send him $100.
3410  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Theme for Bitcoin Faucet on: February 27, 2017, 04:32:05 PM
Such sites cost much in terms of development, also hosting this game cost will be very high, because such games need to be running on server, this game will eating the server source.

I love good tower defense games, i download from here the apk games for offline gaming http://play.mob.org/tag/zaschita_bashen/  Grin

Kindom rush is good, i think there are 3 versions so far (Kingdom rush, kingdom rush frontiers and kingdom rush origins ), to bad after a level later the game becomes very hard and can't win even in easy mode.
The developper of kingdom games (https://www.ironhidegames.com/Games ) has created other games such as kingdom wars, fantasy tower defense, however his style is easy to see it and recognize a game created by him/them ,he has even personal websites for these games. The devellopers earns money from selling the games on google play. ( example : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ironhidegames.android.kingdomrushorigins&hl=en )

and how do you suppose to earn as admin ?
introduce 3 ads to watch between waves ? and by watching ads to earn satoshi and with satoshi to pay upgrades ?
You will need to add lots of ads in order to earn to pay the server/domain/security costs + players earnings + a small profit for you.

And as bitcoin keeps increasing but ad revenue is low i don't think you can handle a flash game from ads only unless you introduce upgrades with money from players pockets = deposits. You will need a personal website, not the faucet, with adsense on it with the version of the game without earning money from it and adsense revenue to help you but for the 2nd website there will be additional costs .

I think you will earn more if you make a (good) tower defense game and try to sell it on google play. After that you might afford to risk a faucet investment with a tower defense game. It is better when you start with good amount of funds but if you try to make a faucet game with tower defense with 0 costs or few bucks it won't work/you can't .

Maybe there are developers selling a tower defense game in flash already finished, ready to run. Another kinds of games I'm sure there are people selling, like arcade games.

The profit would be make like any other faucet/game site, the rewards would be something like what we see now in another sites. Upgrades can make the game more exciting, if possible with VIP, deposit options.

Of course it's more profitable for developers to sell the game, and that is what I mean: The person who buys the game can make a BTC paying site from it.
3411  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone tell me more about lending on bitcointalk? on: February 26, 2017, 08:23:32 PM
I was thinking about this too but I will not and never will conduct any trade without an escrow so lending is a definite no.
I would probably take altcoin as collateral but that might be dangerous if the price goes down or you want to dell them but cannot because you holding them and might get your bitcoin back. The % you can make is very high but the biggest problem to face is the vast lack of people to lend money too.

Better use https://poloniex.com/lending#BTC

Much more secure  Tongue

It's true, but the rates are too low... You will earn 0.016% interest daily lending there and you need to destiny some satoshis to the bot, to make him automate the process for you.

Lending on forum can give higher interest, higher profit, but it's too hard for newbies to do it. Who wants to take money looks for trusted and traditional members which are already usually lending money. Good luck anyway for OP.

Is it really that low ? Wow that's more useless than a fiat bank account.

The only good point is that we are earning interest in Bitcoins when lending in Poloniex, different from banks which pay in fiat, depending the country it doesn't worth as the inflation is too high and fiat is becoming useless in long term.

3413  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How can I spot Ponzi schemes? on: February 26, 2017, 06:03:32 PM
I'm pretty new to Bitcoin and the idea of cloud mining seems pretty appealing. However I keep hearing about Ponzi schemes which rely entirely on new members to stay alive.  Besides the blindingly obvious, what are the main signs that a service might be a Ponzi?
Cloud mining sites are not appealing they are appalling, and the simplest way to know if a site is ponzi is to see if the returns are way better than anything you could get, the website looks unprofessional, there are not phone numbers you can call or a physical address, there are lies in the web page, and there probably more signs to identify a website as a ponzi.

It's good to check if there is a phone and local address, but it's not sufficient. When the investment site show you an address, try to find it on google maps or any other app. The address can be fake and doesn't exist in real life.

HashOcean did it. They had phone number, address, but all fake. The legitimacy of site owners is important too, look if they are reputable persons in Bitcoin businesses area, possible to know it when they are members of BitcoinTalk Forum.
3414  Economy / Micro Earnings / Theme for Bitcoin Faucet on: February 26, 2017, 02:05:23 AM
Would be nice to have a new faucet/site paying satoshis for playing tower defense game. This kind of game is very strategical and hard, people need to play it lots of times to complete a stage and it's exciting (at least for me) because there are many upgrades and different tower combinations to use that are useful in some stages and worthless in anothers...

Most famous is Kingdom Rush. I'm sure if the game is good many people would play this not only to earn money, but for fun also. It's a challenge, people like this.
3415  Economy / Speculation / Re: I don't want a $2,000 bitcoin by February on: February 25, 2017, 08:50:07 PM
Is there anyone else on this forum who is solely interested in what is best for bitcoin and not necessarily just it's price going through the roof? I suppose if it's price does rise high that would be a good thing for bitcoin, but not always. If it shoots up too quickly because of hype or what have you it could collapse like it did before. However I do believe that if the price crashes all the way back down like it did in 2013 it will only strengthen bitcoin even further, just like it did in 2013. However that doesn't mean that's what I'm hoping for.

I'm rooting for a slow and healthy climb like we've seen the past two years. I don't want to see a $2000 bitcoin by February, only to be followed by a $200 bitcoin in March. What are your guys' opinions?

I understand what you say, but there is not problem if Bitcoin hits $2000 soon. The price will surely decrease very fast after this happen, but won't decrease so strong like in the past. We already have a solid base near $800-$900, and that is a good price to be.

Bitcoin can hit $2000, down again and rise again, the only thing I know is that Bitcoin won't lose its price because an event like you said.
3416  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining 2 on: February 25, 2017, 05:15:28 PM
These guys promoting cloud minings with much effort are looking for referrals to receive comission and make profit (that is the only way to make profit with cloud mining sites). They want you believe that it is a good investment and that they are earning a good income from it. Some people considered trusted by many on the internet still promote this, many people believe them because their reputation.
3417  Economy / Securities / Re: [Crypto-Games.net] Investment Returns, Updated weekly, Week 7, +6.24% Total on: February 25, 2017, 04:11:48 PM
Crypto-Games is a good casino to invest, I have a little investment there since last year.

You said the profit isn't guaranteed. Would you say it's not guaranteed even on long term?
With this little investment for almost a year long how much have you received back for this little bit you put into their site?
6% of how much?
That would be a nice little chance to take since it was said: It is not guaranteed. Sad

The investment started in November, last year. I made 7% in about 3 or 3,5 months.

In a year I don't know, I'm still "new" to this.  Smiley
3418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not dead yet but should be. on: February 25, 2017, 03:51:58 PM
Bitcoin is bothering many people, that is good... Things are going very well for Bitcoin enthusiasts, so be prepared, fake news will launch a new attack wave against the virtual currency, that is what their sponsors want, so that is what they do.
3419  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: February 25, 2017, 03:27:08 PM
Actually it is totally irrelevant to compare the popularity of both currencies because there are much more important features that makes the bitcoin better than the dollar, and working seriously to improve the technical issues that bitcoin has today, I have no doubt that it would lead the bitcoin to gradually displace the current popularity of the American dollar around the world.
You can't compare the popularity of bitcoin with dollars. Only 20% of Americans will actually be aware of bitcoin and you can't blame them at all as most of the mainstream media doesn't want many people to be aware of bitcoins. Even though bitcoin has better features unfortunately it is never going to replaced in place of dollars.

In short term it won't replace Dollars, but we don't know in the far future what will really happen... Technology advances everytime and lead us to new times we can't imagine now. Tomorrow is uncertain.

I believe the Bitcoin adoption is still low now because it's not used as normal currency, most used by speculate investors. Many people still fear to use Bitcoins because the security features, they aren't sure their money is really safe this way.

After Bitcoin broke the ATH, it is now setting its new all time high, I think Bitcoin will eventually hit $1300  and a push of the approval of ETF (if ever) will further increase it to $1500 before the end of this semester.  My only worry is that the decline if ETF is not approved.  Probably we can see another dump till sub $1000.

Both alternatives are possible to happen, we don't know yet exactly what will really happen, so be prepared for both situations. The pump possibility is a good moment to make a nice profit, the dump possibility is a good moment to buy more Bitcoins and wait for the next pump to sell again. Thinking this way we can make profit anyway.
