3483  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: where can i invest to make money on: February 11, 2017, 03:21:21 PM
You want max return of Bitcoins, but do you want to take the risks to achieve it? Or do you want a safe mode to invest your Bitcoins? I think way to invest Bitcoins is in a safe mode with lower returns. This way you need a big investment to make real profit and a good method is casino bankroll. You invest in the casino and they pay you when casino makes profit. Workvery well on long term. Split your money between some casinos and enjoy the profit.
3484  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: anyone who know "cointelegraph.com" on: February 11, 2017, 03:07:54 PM
ignoring the misleading articles from scams, they are very great on their own art, and the review.
i don't know what exactly happened on cointelegraph so far as not been tracking on.

Yes, their art is very good and always bring more attention to their articles. I like to access cointelegraph to see what is happening and to see come curiosities. Times ago they did a nice promotion/offer which you could use referral links to their articles, so who clicked on it gave you a comission, but it didn't last for much time, looks it wasn't good for cointelegraph.
3485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving bitcoins on: February 10, 2017, 11:18:33 PM
If I decided to save bitcoins in bank, how will deposit rate be changed compared to dollar or other currencies? Will it have much lower percent?

The HaoBTC wallet allow you to receive an income if you let your Bitcoins stored there, like a saving account. It's a chinese wallet. I think it's legit and trusted, but the income is low. Don't know exactly how much it's possible to earn there, I think there isn't a fixed rate.
3486  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: CetoBeto its open again? on: February 10, 2017, 10:46:21 PM
My balance gone.I had over 70k but now 0. Its annoying.

I dont know who is the new owner but new rewards are too low. If there is new owner he will lost lots of users. Best Beto make 9 sat in 10 min. Its too low. Hope it will change. I will not use this site anymore with this rewards.

Also i have suspicion about this site new ads. Look this;

They have ads from famous scam site bitminer.io. Now site looks like more scammer to me...

I would like to know too who bought the site...

They won't increase the rewards, it's impossible because the site doesn't have adsense anymore. But about the scam ads I think it's not Cetobeto fault as he doesn't have control over what the ads network promotes.
3487  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: CetoBeto its open again? on: February 10, 2017, 02:54:26 PM
This is very strange, the site owner didn't say if he sold the site or not, he didn't say if he would continue running the site. No official messages, better to don't use it.

DonaldBitcoin could tell here what he did with the site, for who he sold it...
3488  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are campaigs only the major source for earning BTC ? on: February 08, 2017, 11:37:29 PM
Signature campaigns is the starting point to earn bitcoin and put it in trading,i already seen a lot members doing this thing, instead of buying bitcoin they joined in campaigns to have a small capital and start trading.

Put in trading or... Finding a safe investment to start earning passive income with lower risk as possible. Trading only if you are really good on it or you will lose all your pennies earned with Signature Campaigns.
3489  Economy / Securities / Re: Investor for a mining farm with no electricity cost. on: February 08, 2017, 06:44:13 PM
Looks too risk for me. I don't know if the electricity fees there are expensive, if so it won't worth for you, consequently won'tworth for your investors. Nowadays it's very hard to make profit with mining by yourself, it's necessary a business working with many machines on a good place (cold preferentially), where the electricity is cheap. Your offer is what Cloud Mining sites offer and we know it's not a good investment.
Just read on what he said he does already a free electricity which is already an amazing thing specially for mining operations and I could see that op looking for partners to expand its mining operations but the thing I could complain on this would be the trust issue because giving money with a random guy without any proofs if hes running a mining farm or not is very risky.

"Free electricity", what comes next? Free lunch?

He doesn't pay energy, but someone does, and from where does this energy come? The person is paying knows OP will run a mining farm which can make the bill cost increase a lot?

I am with you, but i already have a mining room like i said, and i make a video for it. also the place i have bought recently but anyone can do videos too Wink

You could post your video link here. And tell more details about your farm like how many Asics you will set ready to work, etc.

If no, can you show me the post you want I edit?

3493  Economy / Goods / Re: How To Buy A Car With Bitcoin on: February 07, 2017, 07:33:46 PM
That is very dangerous and don't adviced. If you buy a car for Bitcoins you will need to pay a lot of fees to bring the car to your house. The transport fee is very expensive for this kind of stuff (at least where I live). And it's necessary to find a trusted seller, I think the risk is higher because the price of a car is much higher than other stuff people usually buy, like clothes, shoes... If I would order a deal like this the cost would be mich higher than buying for fiat near where I live.

3495  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Goldentea.com | Scam or legit cause cannot understand on: February 07, 2017, 03:12:12 AM
In Goldentea case we can withdraw without deposits, but up to 1 RUB daily I think (something low like that). To be able to withdraw higher amounts it's necessary to deposit money or make a referral deposit money. That is why there are lots of people trying to lure others to these sites, so they don't need to waste their money while others do it. And this site already reseted the progress of all users (scammed), but came back days after saying it was a hacker attack... Everyone started from zero again.
Good to know that something like this happened. As usual if you wan't to use this service as money making tool then better look elsewhere.
I wouldn't trust site which was either hacked and failed to keep important user's data intact or blamed their possible scamming on hackers.

That hacker thing was a lie from their part to justify the big scam and continue existing. They weren't hacked, the scheme just became too big that they couldn't continue without reseting the statistics and players progress. But it survived for a long time and continue surviving for now. The russian ponzies HYIPs make a big success, looks people there love this kind of "game".  Cheesy
3496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is fee still high (6000 unconfirmed transactions) on: February 07, 2017, 03:08:10 AM
mempool is practically empty now with 6600 https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions and unless they start spamming again, it will stay empty.

so why are fees still high (140 s/b)?!!
The reason is pretty much clear and obvious that it is due to the high number of traffic that floods the system and that heavy transactions cannot be cope up with the miners due to the limit of 1 mb blocksize. So sometimes even if you pay huge miners fee the transaction is still long to confirm but if you don't set a high fee then it will took much longer.

This situation is happening more and more frequently each few days. More people start using Bitcoins every day while many people spam the blockchain with many fake transactions. I believe the Bitcoin destiny must be choosed soon and fast. A upgrade must be done, something that can make the transactions more dynamic inhibiting the spam. For now, what we can do is to wait and don't send any transaction when there are many unconfirmed transactions.
3497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Technology on: February 06, 2017, 08:21:03 PM
segwit does not solve intentional spam, malicious users just wont use p2wpkh keys
segwit does not solve intentional quadratics,  malicious users just wont use p2wpkh keys

LN does not solve intentional spam, malicious users just wont use LN hops or hubs.

the only way i can see that will sort out the fee war and the intentional real spam, without much drastic action is to introduce a new "priority formulae" that actually does a proper job of sorting out the spammers from the normal users

And the spammers sorted out with this formula couldn't use Bitcoin? Banned of Blockchain?

The spammer sorted out would be the address, and this person can create another address and spam again a transaction and again with many other new addresses.

what if there was a formulae that NEVER gave priority unless someones funds were aged atleast a day or they added a CLTV maturity period of a day.
also where the more bloated their transaction was or the more they wanted to bypass the 1day delay to respend sooner would cost them dearly

EG where those genuine/moral users that want to spend more then once a day can save some costs using the voluntary side services such as LN.
while leaving malicious intentional spammers who would refuse to use LN as it doesnt serve their malicious intent, left waiting or paying alot

It could be a good idea.

It just would make too many eternal unconfirmed transation pending, I don't know if there is any problem with this for the system.
3498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Account Prices? on: February 06, 2017, 08:14:09 PM
Everybody says it's allowed to sell accounts on this forum, but it's not really allowed without negative consequences. I tell you about it now, because after you show interest in buying an account you can lose your reputation for nothing.

Don't show interest in buying accounts or you can have your trusted negatived by someone. And after this happen there isn't anything more you can do about it. Forget about accounts trade on this forum, even if you don't have pretension to scam others you can have desnecessary problems... Use your own account and be happy.

3500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Technology on: February 06, 2017, 07:09:58 PM
A fork isn't bad, it's actually a good thing most of the time (if done clean). Forks are a way of upgrading the protocol (e.g. increasing the blocksize -> allowing more transactions), the danger in hard forks is when they aren't done cleanly. This would mean that not every miner agrees on the fork, if this happens the network will split and we'll get two separate bitcoins, on that agrees with the fork, and one that doesn't. This happened to Ethereum after the DAO drama, the largest part of the network agreed on a fork that would return funds to the investors, but a smaller part (now "Ethereum Classic") didn't think it was the right thing to do and thus didn't agree on the fork.
Currently bitcoin has two forks that some people want to implement but not everyone does: SegWit, and Bitcoin Unlimited. The latter one would allow the blocksize to be increased and for there to be more transactions. Because not everyone agrees on one of the two yet, they haven't activated yet, which means the network won't be forked until a large part of the community agrees on a fork.

Hmm. And which of them is more efficient? SegWit or Bitcoin Unlimited?

I see the endorsement for BU increased these days, but looks it can make Bitcoin more centralized, making those holding higher amounts decide the future of Bitcoin, no?
