3521  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: July 02, 2023, 08:09:43 PM
~snip~
Casinos are out for business and would never allow all gamblers to win the house edge using AI. The moment the casino noticed this, they will also get an AI that will counter the gamblers game to make sure that they still stay profitable as usual. It is human that generates AI,so it will also be easy for casinos to get their own AI which will favor the house edge. A gambler can never be smarter than the casino, that is why we find it difficult to have 5 straight wins. Casinos are into business and will never allow a gambler to kick them out of business.
And that means there will be competition between the AI of casinos and gamblers using it, so we will see which AI will win. But it looks like the AI of the casino will win because the casino will try to maintain its business well and anticipate losses. Again, the casino owns the business while the gambler is the player gambling in the casino business. And even if there are players who win, the winnings will not be as big as what the casino will get. It will become even more interesting when such an AI is launched and used by both casinos and players. Perhaps, in a few years, something big will happen in artificial intelligence.
That is a logical conclusion surely, the casino AI will win the battle since there is a house edge factor by their side. I doubt anyone can be smart enough to use AI for beating the house edge. Casino games have some variables that show when and how much players can win. These seeds are created in the perfect math formulas and no matter which tool the players use it is impossible to beat the house edge in the long run. Just my 2 cents.
Exactly the point,  the casinos are out for business so at that there will always have a mechanism in place to constantly put the casino at advantage against the player,  and if AI ever gets a hedge over the casino system,  there will surely ban any account that is associated with the usage of the AI.

So ultimately,  AI won't record any success against the casino and at that, we must build a conclusion around that reality
3522  Economy / Gambling / Re: won cash x drop but no prize?? on: July 02, 2023, 07:41:36 PM
The casino itself should be the one contacting the game provider if their users experience this issue on their website. It’s very unprofessional for them to just passed you on the 3rd party game provider without doing their part on contacting the provider as you are their customer. Cashdrop should be drop automatically if you win the contest after the tournament ends.

Can you provide here what’s specific tournament you join so that we read the ToS and help you by understanding the full mechanics of this contest. Upload screenshot too that provng that you really win the contest. You can upload screenshot on talkimg.com and paste the image link here.
You're right mate, it's the job of the casino to deal with that. Usually, when we complain to the customer support of a 3rd party game provider, they say we will get updates from our casino and not from them, at least when they bother to accept our query instead of just inviting us to contact the customer service of our casino.
They usually explain they don't manage funds and players' balances, only the casino is doing it.
I try as much as possible to avoid playing games that are supplied by third-party game providers,  this is because most of the problems arising from their party providers are always unresolved and in the end, the players end up being sent to and from the casino will ask the player to contact the game providers and the game providers also ask the player to contact the casino.

So in the end,  the player is left with no choice but to abandon the case and move on to other things.
3523  Economy / Gambling / Re: won cash x drop but no prize?? on: July 02, 2023, 07:17:40 PM
I think you should share a link and include all possible proofs to show that you actually won a prize and from a casino,  if not no one is going to take you seriously and all will be seen as just mere baseless accusations.

So if you can include some vital information and proof it will help a lot in the discussion.
3524  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 02, 2023, 10:12:12 AM

When problem show up some people immediately read the TOS which is bad action to do. They should read this while starting to register on their casino to avoid any issue and now this problem occur I think if I'm not wrong the accuser might be lose in this case since he violate the rules of the casino. But either way let see if there's settlement of the issue in good faith so that both parties can solve the issue and move on.
If you have signed up after agreeing to the all the terms mentioned there and raise concern afterwards how should they be responsible for it? They are not providing odds themselves and if they found it void they can cancel it but wait if they want to comment anything on the issue to provide a better explanation.
Most of those laws are included in the company TOS and the user should have been aware of that and tried to avoid any possible cases that could get your vet voided and These kinds of cases arise mostly from the games provider and not the casino directly.

But since he has been directed to pm one of the admin, we can wait for the response to have a clear understanding of what led to the voiding of those bets.
3525  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Situation in france problem on: July 01, 2023, 11:14:23 PM
Situation in france not good now i hope it don't go over nice area like st tropez Cannes the french riviera wich one is always safe and nice location to be.

Anyways the situation in france shows exacly that people have enough the unjustice making people mad.
The situation in france can spread quickly alll over other countries Also becouse people stand up against rulers.

Hey,  I guess it will do us a lot of good if you always include a link to direct us to original and verifiable such of information because not everyone in the forum is from France or following up with events as it happening in France.

Of course, citizens will at a point get fed up with bad governance and at a point, it could result in civil unrest and possibly escalate into a full flag war or crisis just as it has happened in many countries before until there is a change of government or the system.

France is a well-developed country that its government suppose to have legitimacy and not a revote in this nature.
3526  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: July 01, 2023, 11:03:03 PM
But sometimes,  we can't blame the player for being too lazy not to read the terms and conditions of casinos before making deposits and playing on them,  even though the seizure of the document is a major point of disagreement for the gambler which has become the ground at which casino always win cases that arise from such mistakes.

Also, another point to note also is that some scam casinos always edit the TOS frequently as a way to favour their case and this have been discovered several time.
If the player has never read the TOS then scammed gambling has the opportunity to blame the player for not understanding the basic provisions before betting on a particular gambling platform, but if the TOS changes without notification then the player has never read the TOS repeatedly because he does not suspect any points have changed, my advice to archive the TOS gambling article link or take a screenshot of the TOS to save on your device.

If we have evidence of TOS changes from archive links and screenshots then we must immediately report gambling on the alleged fraud board to prevent losses from other gamblers. They will immediately check your report, if it is proven it will be marked as scam gambling and no forum members are gambling using their gambling platform.
That is the fact and the blame should be on the gambler most because of the failure to read the document and properly interpret its terms and services and how best to avoid breaking the rules because all casino has their own special and peculiar rules guiding their activities.

The mistakes I have also noticed that players make is the fact that they tend to contradict the TOS or misunderstood it because they already read a TOs document from casino A there will not read that of casino B thinking that the documents and rules will be the same for Casino A and B we're as it differs both in writing and applications.
3527  Economy / Gambling / Re: TRUSTDICE: up to $25 FREE BONUS [NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED] Forum EXCLUSIVE! on: July 01, 2023, 10:11:58 PM
I managed to win some money and the casino pulls with verification! According to the regulations, the time for checking documents is 48 hours, it has already passed.

Hello there,

It is our understanding that there are no such regulations, at least not in our jurisdiction (Curaçao). In case you have read any Curaçao court rulings or government documents in which operators are required to complete KYC verification within 48 hours, please feel free to let me know.

KYC verification can take up to 2 weeks and to be fairly honest, that's the industry norm.

My suggestion now is to stay calm and wait for the result.

Best,
TrustDice Team
Yeah i think 2 weeks cool off time is good for your health especially when you know that your balance is safe and secure, and the possibility of your KYC getting approved within that speculated 2 week time is also there most especially if you provide the clear and acceptable format of document submission for KYC since the 2 weeks is the maximum waiting time.
3528  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Enlighten people about Cryptocurrency. on: July 01, 2023, 10:03:33 PM
Yes, it's very good to always correct people in their state of misconception about Bitcoin or crypto generally, because if we see such people and don't correct them, they may still convince others to believe that Bitcoin is bad which can discourage them from investing into Bitcoin. Quite a lot of non-bitcoiners just have different thoughts about what they think Bitcoin is, and another thing that worries me is that some of them feel that Bitcoin is a get-rich-quick scheme. In my country, a lot of people also have all these kinds of misconceptions about Bitcoin. I was in the company of a group of friends one day as they were discussing Bitcoin, and one of them was saying that if you invest in Bitcoin, you will just make a sudden fortune. That's just what some people think.
The fact is that, despite that always trying to avoid taking part in cryptocurrency-related arguments around by vicinity, it is still very important to set records straight and try to correct every misconception and at some point, it is very good to confront the naysayers who always try to paint Bitcoin black alongside other altcoins, and since Nigerians have been the most victimized people when it comes to cryptocurrency-related frauds e.g scam Bitcoin investments and other crypto-related schemes, this has made room for all kinds of misinformation, misinterpretation of Bitcoin and what it entails.

So it has become very important to always clear the air when necessary and to engage in constructive discussion and to enlighting those who care to listen and gain knowledge on cryptocurrencies and their associated risks, and how to protect oneself from becoming a victim of the vad aspects of bitcoin and other altcoins.
3529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KYC propagation beyond my ownership on: July 01, 2023, 09:54:26 PM
Viewing it from that perspective can somehow be right. Yes, after you buy Bitcoin through exchanges which requires kyc your identity is actually tied to the ownership of that coin. But after you have used that coin or transferred it to another users, you are actually signing full ownership to a new recipient wallet.

You don't have any  reason to worry about how the new owner spends it. If he carries out illegal activities, sure it would only be seen on the Blockchain that you were the previous owner of that coin. But I don't think you would be penalized for that.

It depends on the level of the illegality committed by the receiver because if the receiver's wallet is flagged for money laundering or scam activities of means all connected addresses will also be looked at and investigated, but if the involvement of the address and its overall transactions volume have not exceeded a significant amount that could attract the investigator's attention you may easily be ignored.

But that doesn't mean you are totally avoided or off the radar, you are just overlooked, so you have to watch who you send your coins to and what they use them for unless on the p2p level where the transaction may be off the chain.
3530  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: July 01, 2023, 09:26:21 PM

Yes, not all casinos will give notifications when there are changes to the TOS, but as I recall, the popular casinos that I currently use, such as Stake.com, will notify you when you open the site after the TOS changes have been made.
Like last time when Stake changed the TOS and I opened the site and there was a notification that there was a change in the TOS that had been determined.
It is at that time that we are obliged to read the changes that have occurred so that we avoid the problem of violating the TOS.
Maybe not all casinos will have the same notices but I hope we all at least read a little bit about the more important TOS we have to comply with.
Stake.com has done that a while back. And they ask us to read it because it's important that we don't break it. So reading the TOS is recommended even though many gamblers don't like to read the TOS because it's too long.
I agree with you that sometimes gamblers will become lazy to read if they remember very long texts and they only read what they need as we discuss here.
In another problem, namely, sometimes gamblers who ignore these rules, they are novice gamblers who do not know beforehand that each casino has different rules.

3531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 01, 2023, 09:12:11 PM
Since mbappe has been on the pipeline to resume at Real Madrid when the deal is done in the next couple of days to come,  he will be a good replacement for Benzema who has been a very strong pillar for Real Madrid since he came to the club.

For Real Madrid to perform better than last season even though they are the current La Liga title holder they still need to buckle up for the next season and this point that Benzema exits the club is a very crucial point for the club and for them to make further headways in the coming season their need to make adequate preparation to bring ina new replacement.
3532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which League Makes Sports Betting Easy to Win? on: July 01, 2023, 07:56:48 PM
It is all about the matches that can be predicted easily makes the bets win. So, every league have got some difficulty, in every league there'll be top teams. When these top teams play against the small ones, we can easily predict the winner. This is possible with most of the Matches. Even here sometimes the underdog wins, which is the luckiest thing for the gamblers who always prefer to go against the winning odds. Mostly Tennis matches can be predicted easily, but in recent leagues young players disappointment with their performances.

What makes us win is not really about the leagues because that's just a name or title that combines the teams altogether, it has much to do with our individual abilities and gambling experience, what we know about bettings and the exper we had in dealing with gambling games matters alot also, if you choose the best league of them all but didn't know how to gamble and win by advantage of the knowledge in them, we may not win except for games we only experience luck while betting or playing them.
I agree with you for the fact that knowing the games is a major factor that aids in winning for us but then you have forgotten one very important point which is LUCK,  I am sure that we all can not deny the place of luck in all our bets no matter how sure the odds are nd how we place the bet.

Because we have seen we're even odds as low as 1.05 have lost before,  so what matter sometimes is luck and not the technics
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: July 01, 2023, 07:52:29 PM
that we should have a plan when we decide to gamble and without any plan there are high chances that we will only face losses in gambling. Even if one gets wins in gambling, those wins will be unsustainable as we would have no plan of quitting on a certain profit margin, and keeping on playing will only lead to a loss in the long run.

If every gambler do some homework before actually gambling, he would save himself from losing big money but at the same time, there are high chances that he or she will never become addicted to gambling.
The most important thing to set out with before we start gambling is to make a laydown plans that will serve as a guide to our gambling activities as as setting a game time and also balancing spending limits,  this level of preparation will help a lot to settle any potential temptation to spend excessively along the way.

And also it will eradicate the tendency of sliding into addictions unknown.
3534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 01, 2023, 06:07:28 PM
PSG are holding on Kylian Mbappe simply because they see a promising future with the players, Mbappe is currently with the club because he's earning massively, although he clears out his mind and wants to exits Parc des Princes. Kylian Mbappe is an outstanding player at PSG, having won the club's most important title, but the Frenchman still yearns for the Ballon d'Or, which he can't win and his chances are slim; he needs to win the UEFA Champions League if he wants to be nominated in the top three positions. I believe it is past time for him to leave the club and pursue a further comprehensible elite team in La Liga to play for; Real Madrid would fit him well, and the club has always included him on their radar.
I saw today that Real agreed with PSG all the points and Mbappe will be a Real player next week, the transfer amount will be about 180 million. It will be a good deal for everyone, Real Madrid will get a great striker that they have been interested in for a long time and for Mbappe it will be one of the best options he had, since he will have a better chance of winning the Champions League with Real than with PSG. This is my subjective opinion, but it will be very funny if PSG win the next Champions League without Mbappe.  Smiley
I was excited  for Real madrid for sealing this deal to bring in Mbappe against next season and having the word player on the team will really change a lot of things ms for the club, real Madrid did not perform at their best in the just concluded season compared to their performance in last season were their reach the champion league finals.

The 2023-2024 season is going to be a top deal for most clubs that did not perform well during the last season and most of them are making use of the transfer windows to bring in the best possible players.
3535  Economy / Economics / Re: Bad impact when You carry out Online or Offline Loans on an ongoing basis on: July 01, 2023, 12:07:41 AM
Try as much as possible to avoid loans most especially personal loans unless the interest is at 0%, which is impossible to get to this day.

So at that to become financially stable, try as much as possible to avoid taking loans, loans also have their implications and for that, anyone getting involved in loans is also getting into indebtedness.
3536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why People Still Gamble? on: June 30, 2023, 11:18:58 PM
Smoking and drinking are bad habits too (for your health) and people still do them… the main idea is the same. Some people just don’t give a damn. Some people gamble just because they like it, they don’t care if they get rich or not from gambling at all. Some other people are greedy and they want to turn their 1 coin into 10 coins… some people play just to pass the time while they are waiting for someone. There are many other reasons too.

Long story short; Gambling fills a need in life and as long as that need exists, the gambling industry will not disappear from this world.
Yes, smoking and drinking alcohol is a very bad habit for our body,  yes we are all known that our body needs some alcohol but not too much because it will lead us to addiction and once we are in addict to that thing our self-control will be lost and every day We involve in it. Just like in gambling if we are too much greedy and we don't have self-control then we can say that most of a time we will want to gamble.
If we dont have smokers how will the tobacco companies survive, if we dont have those that consume alcohol how will beer companies make sales and same foes with gambling, because if we dont have those that will gamble how will casino survive.

The point and botom line is that, we should all do this things with control and placing limits on them and never allow them to control our actions and decision,  so the bottom line is that, let the be moderation of all activities especially those activities that have addictive tendencies.
3537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 30, 2023, 11:03:52 PM
The Betting agent is to be blame for allow the gambler to play on credit, which is a big risk because if the gambler decide not to come to that shop to bet ,the betting agent will be the one to loose. But I don't know how some gamblers like to gamble on credit in some gambling center, hoping that the last  bet will help them to recover the amount of money he has gamble than to loose again because such gamblers don't know their limit in gambling. I don't borrow money on gambling center because I always budget amount of money I will spend on gambling in a day, and once the money finish without a good results, I will not gamble through out that day than to continue the next day till I recover the money back.
It is good that you have a self control , it is so sad that some gamblers who used the money they get and end up losing too much, there's no other thing that they can do but to sell their belongings. I think both can be blamed but mostly it will be the betting agent since he is the one who let that thing happen and let that person believe in him.
The problem is that, not many who think that they have self control can actully enforced that into their gambling events m, because i have experience a number of cases of addictions where the one addicted will say he have overcome his addictions or he moved on but will slide back in no time.

Same with those that claims to have limits i gambling but once they start playing, they tend to go overboard and ignore all the red lines and limits set by them.

This must have been the case for gamblers who run into multiple debts due to a lack of self-restraining.
3538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your opinion on shikoku inu? on: June 30, 2023, 10:58:51 PM
Does anyone know the token, it looks promising
The only prominence that this token will have is its familiar name with Shiba and apart from that I do t see anything that makes this token a promising one as you said unless you just looking for a way to hype the project or are you part of the developers?

If yes, then you should as well share some more information that will give more insight into the project and its intended future outcome that investors should look out for.
3539  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Enlighten people about Cryptocurrency. on: June 30, 2023, 10:50:50 PM
Nigerians have hard bad experience with ponzi scheme, and cryptocurrency in the Nigeria stereotyped perspective as a scheme and a get-rich-quick scheme at that, and this misinformation have cost a lot of devastating bad image for Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market in Nigeria, and only a few numbers of Nigerians who took the time to develop their understanding and knowledge on the subject matter have clear u derstanding of what the real content and context of cryptocurrency.

So it was the best decision for you to have chosen to educate those ops first before introducing them to the crypto proper, and now time, they will develop a basic understanding and build a knowledge base cryptocurrency foundation/coins portfolio in the long run.

Dear newbies pls don't rush into making Bitcoin investments like selling a property very valuable to you just to impress on the forum or putting in your entire savings to purchasing Bitcoin I am not against making Bitcoin investments but
Before making Bitcoin investments always make sure the odds are safe for you  like some members here will say  "make investments that will not affect you" In other words make investments with free money  except you have more profiting ideas than holding

I am sure this is what other investors here do

This is a generally accepted warning most especially to newbies who seems to be the most excited set of people here to always announce their bitcoin investment and how much bitcoin they are worth in the bitcoin accumulation model, not minding or taking into account what the risk of buying bitcoin at the wrong time is.

I saw a few guys opening a buy position at the current Bitcoin price, it is not entirely a bad idea anyways but buying at a high price is considered as buyi g under due rest and that won't be a good idea in the long run.
