There is still a huge amount of people mining, very few even at loses (which is dumb and utterly stupid). Most ETH hashrate is related to ASIC mining and free or nearly free electricity , specially in China.
In Europe , you should be counting the people mining with your two hands (considering they are not stupid)
The real question is: will ETH recover?? my bet is NO. it will die, and it's dying fast. I stopped mining months ago, when profit after electricity costs was less than 100$.
Total hashrate , by this time, should have been no more than 100.000GH/s

I thought it was a good deal to buy Cardano at $0.098 price, turns out I'm in a 25% loss right now. At some point the shorters should stop shorting and the weak hands should be gone right? It looks like the massive sell offs will continue for a while.  Yes, consider a lot of people are still waiting for another ETF deadline and it could give another bad impact to the whole of market. They should be gone but they will be back again if there will be a little recovery in the market. It's a big deal to buy crypto right now consider you don't even know how long it will go. if the ETF agrees whether it will have a good impact on the market? but I can't imagine if the ETF refused, surely the market will fall worse than now. Remember my words, because i said that the recent drop for postponing decision to 30 september had already been said to big investors and they reduced their positions in this market. 30 September SEC will DENY ETF'S. 100% sure. And btw, i don't think we will have a big drop. Because that situation is already discounted in the market. Probably BTC will see a major drop, not ETH, because ETH is right now in the bones. Nowhere to take more money out. |

A few days ago, I posted That ETH is going to 200 USD? That was my fear, not an actual prediction! And, today, Ethereum hits its lowest price of 2018! 190 USD! What's going on guys? Why is Ethereum price dumping incredibly? I just can't believe my eyes! Do you think ETH can recover its price this year? My answer no.
Former CEO Bitmex has stated that ETH is a shitcoin and it will soon go down 100$. I laughed and did not care about that. And now ETH is going down $ 100 as he says. In the future I think ETH will continue to dump until it's under 100$, It's horrible for those who are holding ETH it's horrible for those holders THAT DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY OPINIONS, because i've been saying ETH was dead more than 3 months now. if whales knew for sure that buying ETH they could do x3, x4 or even x5 , they would have already bought.
If they haven't done it already, is because ETH IS NOT LIKELY TO PUMP THE PRICE , probably NEVER.

what i'm going to say, CANNOT BE DISCUSSED, JUST ACCEPTED, (if you are an honest guy).
1º there is ABSOLUTELY NO GARANTEE THAT ETH WILL GO UP IN PRICE. You can believe it, but no garantee. Are you blind-faith guy?
2º ETH is the worst top 10 performing coin this year, with a dip of 87% in just 9 months. There is NO CRASH LIKE THIS EVER IN CONTEXT.
3º Many people, are VERY WRONGLY compairing this situation with past situation, saying that "as in the past it went up in price" now it will do the same. I´ll give you some reasons why you're mistaken
- ICOS were not dumping coins by that time
- PoS was not even in the minds of people
- Governments were not showing interest to regulate the market
- there were NO LAWS, TAXES, LEGISLATIONS AND REGULATIONS AGAINST THIS MARKET.
- Illicit activities such as drug dealing, money laundering, fireguns selling and crime had free way to pump the coins and use them to evade the control of governments.
- Banks had not banned people from using credit cards to buy coins.
- Publicity was everywhere
- Very large manipulations was being made (already proved) that whales and sharks were placing false buy orders to ride a false hype and get rich very fast.
current situation has NOTHING TO DO WITH PAST YEARS. You are terribly WRONG if you think this year is going to be the same as last year. Terribly wrong.
Now you have to decide: do i believe in ETH to the point that, even having lost 86% of it's value, it's going to rise?? Remember that MANY ICOS had a terrible amount of coins. The market is FLOODED with coins. Great amount of coins WITH NO DEMAND = price drop (the reason behind we are like this).
I will tell you another prediction ( i was on the spot the last 5 times ETH dipped). If this situation goes Flat in the next 24-48 hours, another dip in price will occur.
