Finally an interesting project which doesn't look like scam again Smiley It's a good idea to run the network via TOR, I wish you all the best with developing this coin further.
Also, finally another airdrop, I'm happy I didn't miss it this time Smiley
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 09, 2017, 12:00:14 PM
110,411,089,425,997 bytes has been moved from the address https://explorer.byteball.org/#MZ4GUQC7WUKZKKLGAS3H3FSDKLHI7HFO but the amount is not yet spent, has the distribution just started?

Tonych just said it will start in a few minutes on slack.

Yeah, It just started and I received the bytes Smiley

I received the bytes for my BTC just now as well Smiley
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Full privacy&data protection | Egalitarian PoW on: July 06, 2017, 01:22:00 PM
Can someone help me a little?
I trying to use my new quzarcoin wallet. But I can't sync to blockchain.
'quazarcoind' constantly saying, it can't connect to peers. I added 176.9.147.178:8380 but failed to connect to it. Is there any way to find other peers, so I try to sync with them?

If you're using 'quazarcoind', it's the original QCN daemon. I'm not sure if anybody except Minergate is running a node and I don't know their IP addr.
Forknote (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1079306.msg11523984#msg11523984) seems to sync without a problem, but as was mentioned above, it forked to a separate blockchain so coins on Forknote clone are no longer compatible with Minergate chain... basically we have two Quazarcoins now Smiley
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Full privacy&data protection | Egalitarian PoW on: July 06, 2017, 01:16:06 PM
Hi guys,

I got informed QCN does not sync to the Minergate's chain with Forknote anymore. I tried it myself, and I am sad to inform you there is a double spending on Minergate's chain. Here is the block and the transaction where it occurs:

Quote
2017-Jun-30 12:44:35.989405 DEBUG   Request to add block came for block 9eb6fe2fdd704850733159cdb5b14575335c185d868b92956f64d28e9555d834
2017-Jun-30 12:44:36.006558 DEBUG   Failed to validate transaction a5bed16177851bc6db7249e6d96c8a9cecf72d4c600eea791ed1b99acb817fa0: Transaction uses key image not in the valid domain

I can calculate how many coins are double/infinite spent, but since the block is found 6 days ago, it might be in the range of millions.

So it looks like we have a separate QCN blockchain running on Forknote... maybe it's time to rebrand and make it a separate coin?
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 25, 2017, 11:15:12 AM
Hi everyone!

Guys, tell me please, what about bounty which was end? Many people in Russian thread discuss "When the BNCZUK or BNCHDL or any BNC pre-token will be exchange on BNC?"

Maybe i lost any news about this theme, but i still wait and trust, because im participled too.

Thanks about any news. Huh Huh

Why nobody ever replies to questions about the bonty tokens? The people participating in the bounty programs already did their job, so now you don't care aout them anymore?
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 21, 2017, 03:40:09 PM

Good news finally, I'm curious how it will evolve.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DigitalNote |XDN| - ICCO Announce - NEWS on: June 17, 2017, 02:48:18 PM
No one interesting in XDN any more.
No new features but the price...

Good luck, dNote Smiley

Well they do have some Roadmap on their website: http://icco.digitalnote.org/roadmap.html
The question is if they will stick to it even if the ICCO will not be seccessfull.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Full privacy&data protection | Egalitarian PoW on: June 17, 2017, 10:06:42 AM
Ok, I'll be switching to pool mining also. Could not find any blocks in 12 hours solo, which hints something was not right in hashing speed (or very bad luck I'd say).

After the fork, what happens then?

Then it will be running on the latest Bytecoin code, which is (unlike Quazarcoin) being continuously developed. If nothing else, at least it will patch some security issues. I would also expect the price of QCN to increase thanks to this.
More things can follow, but someone would have to take over this coin. My programming skills are unfortunalety not good enough though.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Full privacy&data protection | Egalitarian PoW on: June 14, 2017, 04:46:49 PM
Ok, got it working by making a .bat file.

Quote
miner.exe --address XXXXXX --daemon-address 127.0.0.1:23081 --threads 8 --scan-time 20 --log-level 3

Does not show hashrate at any log-level though. I'm using 1x Ryzen 1700 currently.

I would suggest to use a pool that runs on Forknote daemon, since the forknote miner is probably not as optimized as some of the pool miners.
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Full privacy&data protection | Egalitarian PoW on: June 14, 2017, 09:31:43 AM
I think http://qcn.mypool.name has a running Forknote daemon, but you have to check with the pool operator to be 100% sure.

I wrote to them and they confirmed they are running Forknote daemon. So I'll be switching to this pool and hopefully we can fork.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 13, 2017, 04:28:59 PM
Anyone else having trouble logging in to the bounty portal? Every time I try to log in I am getting following "There was an internal error, please try again!"

No, everything looks fine for me. After reading here about the login issues I've tested it, but as I said it's working for me.

Hm, it's weird. When I log in, e.g. with Messenger, I get redirected to Messenger, but I'm still not logged in at the Bancor network app. I tried it at 2 diffferent computers and it's the same.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 13, 2017, 11:26:46 AM
i have been logged out the bounty program and I cannot log in any more. What's going on?

Same here... do I smell a ripoff? Wink
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 12, 2017, 04:39:19 PM
Despite of the attack, the fundriser went exceptionally well. It is indeed good news since there will be plenty of $$$ for further development, which will make Bancor to be a leader also in the future.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 10, 2017, 08:33:51 PM

- 20% is for bounties or 1% is for bounties?

No worries, only about 1% is for current bounties, 20% is fund to be used for bounties later.

So what kind of bounties are you planning for the future? Are the current translation bounties and social media and bitcointalk signature campaigns goin to continue, or do you think of something completely different?
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ADX] AdEx Network - Decentralized Ad Exchange on: June 10, 2017, 08:14:53 PM
It is indeed a very interesting project. However, I really doubt you extensive ad-blocker use solution will work... people will not stop using ad-blocker just because 0.0000000001% of advertisements (your network) is relevant and unintrusive.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][uni]UNICOIN CryptoNote ForkNote v2.0.4 very low diff made for CPU no Pools on: June 06, 2017, 04:46:39 PM
In a couple of months with all these blocks it will take ages for any wallet to synchronize

This actually can be a serious problem in the future. With such a short block time, the blockchain will be huge in a few months.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [New Ann]Environ - Fund for environment protection - Airdrop live until July! on: June 06, 2017, 12:12:09 PM
Of course the price is very low... many coins were airdropped now and the market is not developed yet. The price can only go up after the airdrop is finished and people start buying coins to hold & stake.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BOUNTY] PalladiumCoin (PC) on: June 05, 2017, 09:13:56 PM
Do you have a list of seed nodes that could be added to the config file?
Do you plan to get listed on some exchange some time soon?

PS. Good luck Smiley
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 05, 2017, 08:07:26 PM
People seem to complain if there is a cap no matter whether its low or high and now people are fudding about it cause there is no cap. It seems people are unhappy no matter how an ICO is structured.

Pretty much this.

Capped ICO -  Angry NOT FAIR, ALL THE GREEDY WHALES WILL BUY IT ALL!

Uncapped ICO -  Angry NOT FAIR, ALL THE GREEDY WHALES WILL BUY TOO MUCH!

Just STFU and keep your ETH if you don't like it you whiny twats.

LOL, very true... some people would complain even if they would get it for free Cheesy

Three quastions:

1. What is the premine percentage?
2. Is there any future plan/roadmap?
3. Is there some mining pool running yet?
