Anyone with access to the private key of an address can move the Bitcoins in that address.

Bitcoin spam. There's nothing to worry about.

There is a checksum in a Bitcoin address, for checking the validity of that address, so it is highly unlikely to get a different valid address by just changing a few characters. It's best to always copy-paste addresses.

It'll take a very long time to get your ROI on cloud mining, so it's not really worth it except you're ready to wait a very long time.
HYIP means high yield investment programme. They ask you for your funds and promise high interest return rates. Most of the rates are ridiculous, thus, most of them are most likely scams or ponzi schemes.

Limits would be based on the wallet software that you use. A nice, easy-to-follow computation of basic expected limits have already been posted.

The safest form of 2FA is probably using text messages to your phone. Email can get hacked, but your mobile phone is always with you (well, except it gets stolen, then you have bigger problems to worry about).

I like PrimeDice for the simple and straightforward interface, but I've played with it only once or twice. I don't usually like to gamble.
I would like to build an online gaming site with games like texas hold 'em poker, billiards, chess, etc. similar to the Yahoo! Games of old, but I'm still not sure of the legality regarding licenses when using cryptocurrencies instead of cash.

I don't think there's any hard rule to the output transaction order. If you're using createrawtransaction, you can specify the outputs in whichever order you like.

Bitcoiners are very particular about privacy, so I doubt that a lot actually use Facebook.
I'm not as particular about privacy, but I barely even use Facebook myself. Just to keep in touch with friends that I don't live close to or see every day.

Has anyone actually been able to roll 10000? Surely, a lot of people use it, so there has to be someone who's gotten this at least once, right?

It could be due to any number of factors. If you didn't send it with a fee, it may have taken some extra time to process.

I can't even run Bitcoin Core on my desktop anymore due to the speed of my Internet connection. I have my wallet hosted on a VPS.

I would use it for Bitcoin business investments. So much can be achieved with just that amount.

Hey everyone, My team has working on a wallet app for Android which we plan to release to the Play Store within the next few months. It is still very much an early work in progress, so there is no alpha or beta release available yet. However, here are a few screenshots of what we have so far. We intend to implement support several multiple wallet addresses for receiving (perhaps up to 50 or 100), and the ability to send to multiple addresses in one transaction, among other things. We're not looking for donations, but if you like the idea and you would like to donate, you can send to 1F5tQ3cwLCQJEgqCEYyZabmUzxWjir2n63 Suggestions and feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.

You can use a VPS for mining, but you're probably gonna consume way too much resources which might not sit well with some VPS providers.

I love the blockr.io interface so much, I could lick it.

I'm building a wallet for Android, and I was wondering what values would make sense to be displayed as the wallet balance.
I'm querying a third-party API for obtaining the balances. If I display the wallet balance making use of confirmed balances from transactions, it's possible that there may be unconfirmed transactions and this doesn't reflect the actual spendable balance. The other option is to get a list of the unspents available and display the total value of unspents as the wallet balance. Which seems more reasonable?
