If BTC is not work for you:
If the money is for yourself, just use a credit card that doesn't have foreign transaction fees.
If the money is for someone else, I would use PayPal or Western Union or something else like that.
I haven't seen a credit card that allows up to 50,000 in limits. Are these actually available? I would imagine the cheapest would definitely be bitcoin, but purchasing bitcoin will still have some exchange fees. So the next best option is probably a wire transfer.

What technology will you be using for the MMO frontend? Flash or Unity? I've always wanted to build a game, but never really got around to it.

Yes, it is possible to withdraw from a bitcoin debit card. I've ordered a Bit-X card and intend to take it for a spin.
Been reading up on the available cards, and it looks like the Bit-X one lets you spend from your bitcoin balance directly. The others require you to convert your bitcoin to fiat first before you can use the card.

This looks like the same card as the Bit-X one (called the Nanocard), but it looks like it's cheaper to get it from CCEDK? Saw some announcements about a CCEDK and Bit-X partnership a while back. Looks like this is what it was about. I also don't see an option to add your name to the card on CCEDK. I will be ordering a Bit-X card soon and hope to try it out on a day-to-day basis.
