GF's get boring too, then nothing ever happens with them also.
True. Some can even get expensive over time.

362  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 10, 2013, 06:54:43 PM
PR skill are not bad but paying skill is another mater. Even with the best PR skill in the world he will only get flamed until he pay.

Even if he does pays out owed money, i don't think anybody will play on his site anymore.
There is still players playing sometime and don't underestimate greed.  Cheesy

It isn't a matter of greed, it's that we're among the few casinos that work in the creative mindset and try to deliver a fun experience for the players rather than recycling and rebranding another dice script for nothing but financial gain. If anything we are the least about greed than any other casino which I know of.

Sorry for the delays with the payment, 45,000$ isn't exactly a small amount of money.
When I wrote about greed, I was referring to players and investors that will keep playing if you ever pay back. I will be the first to leave about 80% of my actual investment; unless, it gets eventually too much diluted.

If someone has a proper liquor license, I believe they could do it. There is a USPS option which requires a signature from someone over 21, so I believe its possible to do legally.
Not where I live, government has monopoly which equal high price and low quality.  Cry

One hour without a single trade at Gox.

DDoS? Not looking good.

Gox is down

502 Bad Gateway

It has been completely down for one hour down. Normally, when there is a DDoS some trades come through... Now, not a single trade in exactly one hour. Not a single update on Gox or Twitter. Didn't check IRC, but its not looking too good.

There aren't any trade, but the order book is slightly changing over time.
Website works but is lagging from Canada. Maybe there are moving server. Trade API was up but seems down while writing this post.

If they could accept Bitcoin, I will buy more t-shirts.

Where's my daily dose of hope? Still have multiple winning blockchain bets that have not paid out. They are aware of it, and have not paid. Kinda sucks to lose even when you win.
...
Thanks for coming back to give me my weekly dose of hope.

They call this a lose/lose situation.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has the NSA already broken bitcoin? on: September 10, 2013, 02:57:40 AM
I'm reading this book right now. Pretty on topic. In this novel the NSA can decrypt any algorithm except one...

I'm sorry for your loss.  That book is total junk.  At least with the other formulaic dan brown novels, they touch on something he knows about (religious history).  This one does not.
I'm reading about 1 novel a year. Much more than that when I was younger. I don't expect everything in this book to be accurate. I'm 50% done and enjoying it. The rest of the years, I'm reading technical books and stuff so this is relaxing for my mind.

I'm only interested at inspecting the binary but are you really expecting us to pay for this?

Even if the forum is in French, bots topics are mostly in English.

Be wary of suspicious executable. Source code is preferred.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ASIC Testing on Scrypt? on: September 09, 2013, 11:29:16 PM
If a botnet is a problem then it show a flaw in the coin. Fix the coin since trying to kill all botnet is a waste of time.

I don't think that statement should even be graced with a response.
Then have fun botnet hunting with Microsoft and Kaspersky.

Ok, I'll bite. How would a coin stop from being mined by a botnet?
By using ASIC technologies thus making the hardware used by botnets obsolete. Maybe there is other methods, I don't know. My point is only that you can't eradicate all botnets. If a coin is destroyed by them then it was flawed.

There is already other theme available but they miss some functionality.

Theymos should change the default color and/or font on the forum.  Maybe even change the layout a bit with a different theme.  This will immediately screw up the scammers plans and all the hard work they put into cloning this site.
It's not difficult to clone a website. The hacker would probably clone it again almost immediately.
