he is on-line right now as I type this. I really hope the guy can get his stuff together and do the right thing. he could have potentially made more money legitimately than just runaway with roughly 300 BTC, in my opinion that would be short sighted.

Well, I have a couple problems with the response:

1. If some winning bets are not being paid for a week or more, why is the site still accepting them? That is a fantastic way to alienate and/or lose customers permanently.
2. The only reason i can think of for #1 is that you don't have the coins on the site to pay. If that is the case, why are you still accepting bets?

Betters expect to be paid immediately. I understand the issue with investments getting overpaid and I hope you can resolve that. However, that is no reason to not pay bets. Really, that's inexcusable. Either you pay them immediately or shut the site down. Anything else is a scam, plain and simple.

You have not addressed this issue AT ALL.

@casinobit if you need a financial consultant to figure out how much you owe people from this site something is seriously wrong here. It seems pretty simple you have a history of what's been invested & how much people bet & won or lost. I'm not exactly sure what a financial consultants purpose is in this situation. If you really need one then you have no business running a site that involves simple math.

I think we can forget about it.  I sent him an e-mail telling him that I would arrange to pay all his debt for control of the site several days ago.  Nothing.  I am however preparing to post his whole life online.  It won't get me my money.... all 30 BTC.. but it will make me feel better at least until my Asic miner arrives in the next few weeks.  After everyone has lost interest in bitcoin.. I will continue to enjoy posting his life's details online.  Maltego is such a wonderful open source program for special occasions just like this.  There are people working hard to make bitcoin legit.. and then there are people like this douche.  Who wants to go to Canada for a nice little getaway?

I'm pretty sure he's to busy trying to cover his tracks to respond to emails, if he's smart I'm sure he's trying to obtain some legal advice to make sure his ass is protected. You should do a search on tmbp as well, it would be very surprising if its not the same person.

I got so much information when I was running cross reference machines it takes up like 15 pages.  I have to work through the night but will be off the next 5 days or so.  I am going to try to put this info together the best way I can to share it with EVERYONE.  A lot of the info will need to be pruned, but rest assure there is lots of good stuff.  Links to bitcoin account transactions, sites where he attempted to hide his identity.. etc etc.  Im 99 percent he's in Canada.  But I WILL find out.  When I get it all together I'll put it out there so that anyone else who wants to dig can.  Fairly certain he is in Canada too.  Too many references point back there.  His hosting company all comes back to the place below.  I have only spent about 45 minutes poking around and have a ton of stuff.  I'll know his sneaker size when I'm finished :-)   As for my Asic miner.. KNCMiner Jupiter 400+ GH/s order # 452. Shipping on day 1 baby! I got a refund from the retards at BFL way back haha.
