362  Local / Alt Coins (India) / Re: Trestor Foundation on: May 19, 2015, 08:38:02 AM
One more question: Who is and what is deciding trestor's value?
How trestor's are being generated and how they are distributed to retailers.?

Quote
Mahin: How Trests are generated? Like Ripple?

Anonymous:People pay us money and we give them trestor.

@trestorfoundation Is that written by you?

364  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it legal to run LocalBitcoins type platform as a proprietorship firm ? on: May 15, 2015, 07:29:02 PM

Casascius was dealing with physical goods. Laws are altogether different for that. It requires VAT, export permit etc.

The only reason he was shut down for money transmitting. It was nothing to do with physical goods. He has carried on selling them perfectly happily without BTC value.

That's right.   “They considered my activity to be money transmitting,” he told Wired’s Robert McMillan of the FINCEN letter, and the Treasury insists that such activity adhere to certain regulations.

365  Local / Alt Coins (India) / Re: Trestor - A clear cryptocurrency scam going on in Chandigarh & perhaps all over on: May 11, 2015, 02:17:37 PM
Retail Partners
Retail Partners are independent retail businesses that support us by accepting donations on behalf of
Trestor Foundation and give out Trests (Trestor Donation Receipts).
As a Retail Partner, you can accept donations in US Dollar or any currency of your preference and give out equivalent Trests to the donors.

According to them, they are a non profit organization based in canada, So basically it means, they are accepting foreign donations through these retailers and issuing digital tokens without having a non profit organization and proper license in India.Huh

I guess, we need to ask
Who's generating trezors and sending to retailers?
What they are doing with the donations?
Why do the need bitcoins and FIAT if trestor is better Huh?
LOL it's like asking people to donate all their real money and bitcoins to them and believe in a currency that popped up out of nowhere, while they are having fun with the real cash just because they have listed some retailers name on their website.

https://blockchain.info/address/1KvmcX8VqrVxkabVgGiWV2yMZXanVKZfqu --> ah, there is a large transaction that is clogging up the works in front of your transaction.

If that last transaction is unconfirmed then how was I able to send the coins? I own both addresses.

You can send unconfirmed transactions from blockchain.info wallet.
368  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: somebody help!!! on: May 08, 2015, 09:08:39 PM
@Chaoman you tried to spend a unconfirmed transaction
https://blockchain.info/address/1KvmcX8VqrVxkabVgGiWV2yMZXanVKZfqu (You can see input and output transaction here)

So this transaction needs to get confirmed first
https://blockchain.info/tx/66a06c54deaad937b56ce0750f72c2f0d4a061a9e131b3198b523691eeb13305?show_adv=true

which will gonna take some time (Approx 15 minutes or more) because there are mutliple small inputs in both transactions.
369  Local / India / Re: India's Best Bitcoin Exchange goes Live with Deposits & Withdrawals! on: May 08, 2015, 08:53:16 PM
Benson more then 4 months past since Coinsecure launched. Still I can't buy/sell  BTC @ good price like Bitstamp +_ 2%.

There is a 4 BTC sell order at 15700 (Approx: Bitstamp+100 Rupees) Feel free to complete it.
370  Local / India / Re: India's Best Bitcoin Exchange goes Live with Deposits & Withdrawals! on: May 08, 2015, 07:38:44 PM

That's the my concern too Coinsecure have Pankaj still they were not able to convince him as a market maker. But other thing also involve as a market maker. Because there is so much risk involve working as a market maker. Mostly team work as a market maker and they put big amount of money for cover loss or gain profit.

Well I know what you are trying to say but as you said only a team can become market maker, there's no such thing like a Individual Market Maker because one person can not provide liquidity to a real time exchange. I can sell my own coins and probably put a buy order too but again I do have to wait for someone like you or anyone else to buy them.

There are few more issues as well

1. Timing: I do not stay online 24x7, so I can't keep changing my orders as per market rates,(Probably other traders are getting same issue , who prefer to sell their coins with some % profit margin.

2. Indian market is too small, competitive and irregular: I can try to sell coins at low rates on exchange but what I'm gonna do if someone is selling coins for cash in cheap rates. There are many more issues which people do not understand. Like people prefer to sell coins on localbitcoins to a unknown guy but they don't want to sell it on a exchange, same goes with buyers as well.

Anyways thing will change slowly, coinsecure is a new exchange which needs some time.
371  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Accusation against user: lophie on: May 08, 2015, 06:05:21 PM
@Lophie I'm sure you know what "One Hand Can't Clap" means. You are also responsible for cyclop's actions. Also It's not good to take someone's money, make him wait for a month and call him asshole just because he needs his money back. Anyways now if you are willing to close this case, you should refund his money as soon as possible as he clearly stated that he just need his money back not a professional response.

You'll be fine with virvox otherwise try localbitcoins but only deal with trusted buyers.
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Little help in ENGLISH needed on: April 18, 2015, 09:00:47 AM
i still need one more thing
100 confirmations

100 confirmations for what?

"Generated coins can't be spent until the transaction has 100+ confirmations", so 100 Confirmations are required to get mining reward from pool.
