What about Aphroditecoin?
And with this we can have a section of "nation" coin , just like the not mineable ones

where do those coins come from ?
from the market at market price. He was just trolling because of my question above. If I paint my bitcoins black, would that count ? I see a reddcoin and I want it into black... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) There is also a blue coin , and a green one. Suit yourself.

Also a short note on rate adjustments, we will likely be raising rates for those who are a senior member or higher.
Thanks
So is the scheme going to be entirely based upon activity or by a combination of posts and activity similar to last month? Yeah, and what about full members? Are payments staying the same? Other deals are offering 3 and 4 for full members. Full members can go home (or elsewhere to hunt, lol)... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) That was a bit harsh , even as a joke. I'm sure that Stunna will find a way to keep even the full members interested in the program But if they consider there are better deals (and safer) one , everybody is free to take what's better paid , right ?

Ok , have mercy for the people that browse those forums looking for information , not 3 pages adds for some mining pool. Change your advert or i'll start reporting those posts. They are annoying like hell. And copy pasting in every thread isn't helping at all.

I'm not loose hope not. I have been past this kind of situation many time with other coins -- CENT, COL, TIPS, MOON. These kind of coin is easy to manipulate the market. It need time to know the real price and of cause some will die. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) You can't put all money at one coin, or one time and hope the price will rise. Now every coins are so down even DOGE, so This time just buy and buy while it is still cheap. Lock it in cold storage and open it next year who know maybe we all will be rich. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) You just mentioned 4 coins that I wound't touch no matter what. Especially Moon.

Need bigger exchanges
Bitcoin is going downhill. Having more exchangers would cause people to dump faster to turn coins to fiat ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Bitcoin Going Downhill PMSFL that's a Laugh & a Half, is that by you looking at the Exchange rate for a couple days..... Bitcoin is a Rollercoaster ride, It was going for just under $600 AUD Last week and a few days ago was at $725 AUD, This is the reason why people say It's Volatile but it stays at its Median Range, We will never see a $100-$300 BTC EVER Again, Trust Me ! Bitcoin was more or less stable for the last weeks. Now out of the blue a small downtrend that started on Saturday is amplifying . If you do remember the history of bitcoin , you should know that those kind of downtrends that start for no reasons at all persist until there are good news (really good) or huge volume coming out of nowhere in the exchanges. But , lately... those things are not that likely any more .Huge amounts of coins and cash lost , credibility of exchanges down the drain. Investors are starting to use off market buying and so on... I might be wrong , and that might happen seconds after I type this , but the situation isn't going to change to soon. Without this , the downtrend will continue. And in this situation even 10% of a loss is cutting in the profits of altcoin like hell. Besides , all the alt are suffering even more than bitcoin and this is just increasing the fear.

... the best way to curb difficulty is using KGW and tweaking it for the best of BEE and as far as POS is more for the holders , what I suggest is first add KGW difficulty retarget formula tweaked for BEE and then later on when BEE goes BEEing we'd go ahead with POS
Also i did see some discussion that KGW has some security issues? aurora are worried about introducing it. CGA coin has removed KGW from their code to avoid exploits... Orbit has PoS already implemented, if you want to take a look at their code. Only the Orbit dev (TheRedMist) is MIA, we have recently only seen support from a hired dev Ghostlander. KGW has not been verified totally and is on theory and sandboxed operations and not tested on a real blockchain with 100 - 1000s of wallets and miners so yah , a network is secured by the number miners mining and the support of the end users thus it is what makes the network stronger to outside attacks , KGW is simply an algorithm to curb retarget issues and multipool attacks so even if exploited will not make any drastic impacts to the coin.POS implementation is not an issue , it's just that we need to get the priorities straighted out and discussed with the tops in the community such as Cryptohunter and John since they are the one's who know's what the community needs. PS: Orbitcoin became an entire mess sometime back. Regards, Soopy If the exploit is possible then I wound't be so sure about this. Looking at the thread BCX started , the exploit itself would lead to far more dangerous options for the attacker.

Wow now I know what "DECENTRALIZED" means, it means BULLSHIT. Anyone having access to the FKINGCOIN.org website or being the OP on a thread can switch the wallet with a modified source and make everyone's coins worthless?
No I think you learned what CENTRALIZED means, as in the alt coin had such a small community that it was essentially one person. All these altcoins are CENTRALIZED then not just goldcoin. This guy akumaburn if he is the OP on the [ANN] thread, he basically is the god of that coin, he can manipulate the wallet, fork the chain, create a new fake chain and have the new updated 1.2 wallet download the "fake" chain which he created to have some other people's coins move into his account. There is no "decentralization" here, we are just kidding ourselves. Bitcoin may be different somehow, but still, someone (or a few) has (have) the password to update the QT wallet on bitcoin.org which could change everything in a snap. He could put a code in there to take the coins out of 1% of the Bitcoin owners and send them to his own account. No one would care about that 1% screa, ing their lungs out in these threads. Many may not even find out before its late. Such a thing could completely destroy all altcoins. I don't know what you're smoking but don't do it anymore. At least not while you're on this forum. Go back to the support section and do your homework again before even thinking of writing this things down.

I use to rent Scrypt miners sometimes. In Jan 2014, the cost of rental was around 0.02 BTC Price/Mh/day, today the cost is only 0.0075 BTC Price/Mh/day ( http://www.betarigs.com/) .. and numerous rigs are available now. Back then Scrypt Rig owner's were able to recover the cost of investment in 3 months time, but with present scenario..maybe it would take atleast 8 or more months. People always say Wall Street, Hedge fund group entering btc scene, but as like most of them I am losing hope. With BTC at ~$600, all those wall street, hedge should have entered and price spiked again.. I lost quite a money on betting alt-coins. Accepting it and trying to recover. With BTC malleability issue and numerous security issues/hacks going on, ..I do not have a good feel about BTC's future. Crypto concept is cool, but BTC and alt-coins are like... you printing your own notes and asking people to believe in magic and value. I hope Govt's will look for a way to digitize fiat. Just my opinion. Oh , bitcoin is not growing by 30% a month. Panic everyone ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) )) There is no issue with the code. The problem is with the users and the idiots (scammers) behind the services. If you're going to use a fork for chopping wood , something bad will happen , just like int he "possible" gox malleability issue.

why difficulty changes so often? ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Because of the hash rate that is also different at times. it's obvious. But not every minute... http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/2014/03/13/dogecoin-forks-again-to-avoid-multipool-exploit/lso included in the update is the DigiShield difficulty algorithm, which will allow the mining difficulty to adjust near-instantly. This was developed by the team at DigiByte, who allowed Dogecoin to use it in a gracious show of community-spirit. In a rapidly expanding market, such team spirit is rare. Multipools are mining groups that use their hashing power to mine whichever coin is most profitable at a given moment. Miners participating in multipools configure their rigs in an all-purpose manner and the multipool server then calculates the exchange rates of eligible cryptocurrencies, directing the massive mining power to net the miners the greatest profit. The mercenary nature of multipools is the result of free-market competition, and in many ways is necessary for assuring that there will be hash-rate available to any coin that has demand. However, a problem arises when a multipool causes a sudden surge of hash-rate, resulting in increased difficulty of mining. Once the difficulty rises and the coin is less profitable, the multipool moves on, leaving smaller miners struggling through difficult calculations until the next difficulty-adjustment. Using DigiShield, difficulty adjustment is nearly instantaneous, eliminating the problem of large pools surging in when the difficulty is low and abandoning once it adjusts. This is a big deal, because this addition sets Dogecoin apart from the cryptocurrency it was cloned from, Litecoin. Now Dogecoin has something important that Litecoin doesn't. Neither does bitcoin. But bitcoin has a better protection than any other coin ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) or that digishield can get.

Weren't we all supposed to start learning chinese ? Why bother with english!
Because even the Chinese themselves are learning English. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It happened before in my country , people we're saying: in the 50's learn Russian , after that for a while french and english , then german , japanese for a few years, then english and now german is sharing the interest with english again. And every time people argue that this one will become the ruling language. 60 years passed and ... nothing happened.

24 hour volume on mintpal still around 50BTC... someone is buying up those coins.
Coins that are not scrypt based, and so cannot be mined and dumped by multipools, have some potential. Also, miners, traders and long-term holders are also hopefully seeing a few writings on the wall. Even "whale" traders entering with big $ into the scene got burned by dumps (e.g. Maxcoin, which isn't scrypt but was a mine&dump fest either way which I witnessed at the mcxNow trollbox) and moved money out of crypto, so hopefully the rest of us are not dumb enough to dig the hole further. Again, I hope ... A single person is intelligent. People en masse are quite irrational and very very dumb. Hope and wishful thinking has nothing to do with it. Fear and greed will drive the value of these coins, nothing more- nothing less. Too bad they drive in different directions, And currently fear is holding the steering wheel.

Zeit on the ground again ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) im loving it. nomnomnom Love is not enough. Need your buy support. Seems like the buy support is just as thin love. But , don't worry , I'm pretty sure it's just the bad news surrounding cryptos in general.

Added more goodies to the website! Including a twitter and reddit feed. I also implemented something a little fancy on the logo curtsey of the logo designer (XCessive). A facebook like button will come soon.
This!. There are some dark times coming in , with the price of bitcoin tanking again and only the better alts out there will survive a real drop. I agree, I think we already see the first signs of a crypto currency stagnation. Entering a phase of a market characterized by cut-throat competition before returning to a groth market. In my opinion this is long overdue. Stagnation would be good. I fear something far worse , but i do hope it's just fear , nothing serious.
