3781  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Experience on: August 28, 2017, 04:25:48 PM
I think there are many people complaining about Poloniex exchange, I think Polo need to increase their support staff in order to solve the support issues very fastly because new comers might afraid investing into Poloniex.

I haven't had a single problem about polo so far but just like you i always see people complaining about polo  which is kinda persuades me not to put a large amount of bitcoin

to trade in there moreover it is said that their verification takes too much time. they really should increase their support staff and replace the incompetent with competent/

capable ones. its such a waste that they have such large volumes but with poor service. the site is also laggy on some low end devices/laptops unlike bittrex who's not.

3782  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: August 28, 2017, 03:41:37 PM
Hello, as we all know that Bitcoin is heading straight to the moon. Me, as an employee, do also invest with this cryptocurrency, and I kinda need to divide all of my salary for my needs, and on how much should I invest in? Let's talk about percentage. Anyone?
Before my pay out my salary alzready divided for my family needs. But most of all I want to provide all my needs because its so hard to budget a short moneyIts really good to have percing cap.

I can't cope with this. Every month, I promise that I will buy cryptocurrencies with some portion of my salary. Then I spend all of my salary on my rental fee, bill payment, family spendings, personal spendings etc.

If you really can manage it, I strongly admire you guys for doing this.

Thats why it depends on peoples situations. some have decent extra money and don't have one. if you find yourself in a situation where you can't buy bitcoin because your

income is only fitted for your expenses. what you have to do instead of dividing your salary. you will have to divide your time to earn bitcoins. i see that you're a part

of some signature campaign. since your income is enough for your expenses. you can easily save some of your income here.
3783  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: August 28, 2017, 12:45:30 PM
The way to make large sums of money fast, is by trading very low mc coins straight as they hit Nova, Coinexchange and Yo.bit. It doesn't work for large amounts of money, but it sure works if you want to flip 0.01btc into 0.03btc.

Care to explain why do large amounts of capital will not work on low market-cap coins? based on your statement you are trying to move the market but when you have

a huge amount of capital, you can become a whale easily because it is has a low market cap e.g. $3000 market cap so you'll become a whale if your capitall is $800+

bottomline is huge capitals are more suited but yes the huge amount varies per market cap
3784  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have 1 BTC , is it good decisions to go all-in in 1 coins? on: August 28, 2017, 11:56:07 AM
the title says it all, i wanted to learn some advice from you guys, how you guys actually manage trading if you already had with that such amounts or more
For me it is a bad decision. If I have 1 btc, I will invest it in different ICO. I know that many ICO today are really promising and have a great potential in the market. If I have 1 btc I will not invest it in 1 altcoin.

i know that not all ICO are scam or shitcoin but most of them are so there will be a huge risk if op will try to invest on those moreover it seems like op is a newbie.

so there is a high possibility that he will choose the wrong coin because scamcoin overpowers the serious one in numbers. now back to the question, i also agree to others

that op shouldn't go all in 1 coin if he plans to go to altcoins because i think its worth it to just keep you 1 btc. yah in other words invest on bitcoin itself.
3785  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc = you make me tired on: August 28, 2017, 08:24:17 AM
BTC makes tired it can actually be an early struggle, where btc has a good track record and a fairly high rate from time to time. But all the fatigue is paid when getting bitcoin as income and managed to sell it at the highest rate.

damn straight. i don't get why do people keeps complaining that its tiring when all their hard work are paid off? or maybe its just one of those sick habits of people these days

where they want to earn without struggling too much. there is no easy money you have to work hard for everything. well if you're not gaining profits but you worked hard maybe

something was wrong so make your strategy more different than usual.
3786  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How does everyone trade? on: August 28, 2017, 07:21:02 AM
To start,

1. Where do you buy your bitcoin from
2. What exchanges do you use
3. When you buy alt coins and profit, do you convert back to btc? Because what if your profit from alt coins and convert it to bitcoins but bitcoins is low, doesn't that defeat your alt coin profit?
4. Do you convert from bitcoin to usd to withdraw? If so where do you withdraw and which method do you use.

Oh and this sounds like fees over fees.
First you buy bitcoins for fee. Then transfer them to a exchange for a fee. Then trading on that exchange is a fee. Then transferring it another place to withdraw, then the actual withdraw fee.

1. I don't buy bitcoin, i earn it

2. Poloniex and bittrex only as of now

3. i haven't done trading altcoin to altcoin, i always do altcoin to btc or vice versa so yes i inevitably converting it to btc but with a higher amount because i profited right?

4.No i don't convert my btc to some local currency when withdrawing. if i'm gonna sell it for my local currency is usually wait for a pump

it depends on what service you use but in my case what i use is kinda cheap and the miner fees are just $1
3787  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading cryptocurrency for cryptocurrency without identity verification? on: August 28, 2017, 05:39:42 AM
I'd like to trade small amounts of cryptocurrencies without having to do any sort of identity verification. I don't want to trade fiat at all. I'm only looking to trade small amounts of $25 to $100 worth of cryptocurrencies. I simply want to do this as a hobby without having to jump through any hoops. Are there any exchanges where I can do that?

Bittrex was a good option, but they are quickly moving towards more intensive verification levels and said they plan to implement mandatory basic verification for all accounts sometime in the future.

Yobit and Nova Exchange are the smaller exchanges with lots of altcoins and no KYC. There may be some other Chinese exchanges (Bter?) but I don't know them very well.
Bittrex is still a good option bro Smiley their movement towards intensive verification is far from near future and the OP wants to trade crypto to crypto for a  short term
So bittrex will be the best optoin for him to complete his task. I agree with Yobit , it is a good platform for trading too especially when they have no KYC  Tongue
But there are a lot of shit coins on yobit which makes yobit look like a crappy website. I like its investment platform though  Grin

Nah, for me i don't recommend yobit to anyone particularly to newbies as it have too many shitcoins with a very low volume and yes too high fees also.

to be honest bittrex or poloniex are good for op, yes they have various ways and levels of verification but op only wants to trade for a hobby so small amounts

ranging from $25 - $100 is his target, its perfect for the tier one account on bittrex or polo. and yes op no verification will be done on tier one. You maybe asked

for your email but you can just make a dummy one. you maybe asked for your phone number but its not like they will know your identity. you maybe asked

for your full name but as always you can just fake it.
3788  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you see trading as fun and games? on: August 27, 2017, 10:03:47 AM
It's very difficult to do it while having fun, but I think a lot of people are happy to trade, not as a game, but to earn more income than their income. well, this is not like gaming and having fun, but this can be said to work.
Yeah i agree with you..i think it is not the word fun. It should be "enjoy" because if you like of what you are doing and you love it then you are enjoying it. And ofcourse just because it is a serious matter i did not treat it as a game or having fun on it because my earnings/profit was depend on how i treat and take it as my source of income.
True,i would rather use the word enjoying than fun since this kind of investment do really need to be serious since our money is at stake on this one. If we are just basing or looking for fun then we should go for gambling instead on doing trading. Enjoying on the things you do really love to do gives a positive vibes while you are trading but we should really be serious on making orders anytime.

What are you guys talking about? you mean if you're having having fun? then you're not enjoying it? lol. Come and read the dictionary, enjoyment is in the definition of fun and

on enjoy there is fun on its synonyms section. they're basically the same in this situation. fun is a state of receiving pleasure on something but it doesn't necessarily mean that all

through out will be happy times and no shit part of course it doesn't also mean that you're not serious. for example in my case i'm enjoying trading  because i consider

cryptocurrencies as an innovation and taking part on it  earlier than most people is great moreover i'm earning money
3789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: August 26, 2017, 05:32:26 PM
At some point you must do what you feel or know is right for YOU. You should also obey your parents, but when they tell you to do something you know is wrong then you need to follow your heart.

some might say that you're bad for disobeying your parents but i also think that theres always a limitation on how much you can obey. i think op is just a teen like me so my advice

is making your own decisions is part of growing up so don't be afraid, our parents are there to only guide us so talk to them. but first plan the whole approach thing. i also think that

a proper explanation will work on this. if bitcoin is legalized in your country you might start with that but if not start with the basic concept of money where all kind can be used for

illegal activities and from that explain why the money used is not to blame but the people who did
3790  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: August 26, 2017, 03:06:31 PM
Been many ups and downs but it always goes up.  It's definitely shown constant growth over a very long time period and something like that is very promising. Smiley
It has to stop one day. Nothing can go up indefinitely. The thing is to predict that moment when it will stagnate and sell.
Every accepted technology has its boom that leads to stabilization. I think Bitcoin is still in the stage of boom, but the stabilization is lurking around the corner. It can be next year or in two years, but some investors will not gain anything by investing.

i agree, the fact that it increases always doesn't mean it'll always be in the future. i also believe in the saying that some things will certainly come to its end although

based from what i'm seeing the trick on staying in demand as much much as possible is to adapt or should we call it innovation? particularly in the field of technology

if you fail to bring significant change in this changing world you'll probably lose because the competition is no joke.
3791  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a way of avoiding to change money when travelling abroad on: August 26, 2017, 09:59:30 AM
All statements you've said make sense but yes that is if bitcoin become as popular and accepted like mastercard or visa-- i know they're both completely different but i'm talking

about the popularity and acceptance because paypal is mostly good for online usage but both of them are popular on both sides. now back to the question i haven't used it as i

have never travelled outside my country lol but it'll be difficult to use it directly now because of the limited merchants
3792  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 26, 2017, 08:49:49 AM
It is possible for developed countries to know their average citizen is already familiar with bitcoin, so they easily receive payments with bitcoin.sedangkan countries, for example in my country people who know bitcoin maybe only about say 20%, and for bitcoin transactions may be only in the city While in the small town town bitcoin does not apply at all as a means of exchange of money.
Yes, in big cities, it is easy to push the use of bitcoins for common purpose because people are mostly quite modern and educated in cities whereas in towns, first we need to work hard to spread knowledge about bitcoins. The markets and businesses that have started bitcoins as payments are all from developed countries.

i don't think think having a big country or developed country has any significant connection regarding peoples awareness, acceptance and understanding about bitcoin.

i mean having a big city or a developed one doesn't the people who lived their are knowledgeable about technologies and open minded as well. if that is true then those big

countries would have accepted bitcoin like japan did.
3793  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 25, 2017, 11:43:29 PM
If you were in desperate need for money / Bitcoins, what would you do? How to get it, earn it, whatw are your solutions and experiences? I wonder what people are ready to do when money is the problem.
Campaigns such as Bounties and Signatures will be a good option since it doesn't need a capital just to join. You may find these threads in Altcoin disscussion thread. There are lots of campaigns. All you have to do is to pick one, finish the task, and wait for the tokens to be distributed. Tokens will be cobverted into Bitcoin that will surely give you profit.
Yeah, that's a good idea but I think we're desperate and need money, actually the first thing I thought of was borrowing money to solve the problems I was facing. The campaigns are good but we will need to wait for a long time, we do not have much time, we need to do something right away to deal with despair, I always believe that when we are desperate, the light will appear. And we should not think of breaking the law, if we do that, everything will end with us, borrow money, pay and start over, always positive thinking is the way I face despair
I think people who desperate money and commit crimes like stealing are people who are urged. Maybe they have no way other than this, I've found a case of money theft in my town, and he is a poor person has no stuff to be sell, and most of their friends also do not trust to lend money to him so if that happens of course there is no other choice right?

some may say that this is not true, theres no way that a person didn't have a choice because he has, we all have. No i've seen plenty of them. if you get to know their story

you'll hesitate to blame them but in the end what they've done is wrong and its not the only thing where they're wrong because in the first place you can always prevent it.

they should have expected the problems to occur and should have made a strategy to counter it. well if its money problems, the most common way is saving
3794  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think about pump and dump? on: August 25, 2017, 09:31:46 PM
Pumps and dumps are normal on cryptocurrencies although in my opinion there are two kinds of them, the slow but good and the fast that is mostly not that good.

slow one typically occurs after price correction where it dumps and slowly rises. the fast one typically occurs because of hypes and fuds, its a bit risky but many traders usually

go onboard on this and quickly gets out before the big dump comes. now back to the question, i they're both good, i mean you can take make a strategy and advanatage on both

of them right?
3795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: August 25, 2017, 05:19:28 PM
Correct me if i'm wrong but from all the news i've seen i think bitcoin is more popular in asia compared to other countries. i mean they've got the big three which is china, japan and

south korea and we shouldn't forget the other countries like Philippines and malaysia who seems catching up. in short bitcoin is a booming success there. on the other side, good

news on them are very rare and most of it are just hype and fuds.
3796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO YOU AGREE? on: August 24, 2017, 05:19:16 PM
Possible but I don't think so. Bitcoin is indeed way to bubbly right now, and there has to be only one large holder who decides to sell, that can drop the price to 3000 by selling 5-6K bitcoins. Other than that, I don't think anyone can predict.

yah its always possible if some conditions are met which is in my opinion, less likely to happen. almost everyday there are tons of speculations regarding bitcoins price to the point

that it gets tiresome so asking us if we agree will probably don't mean anything moreover some people have this fixed idea that bitcoin will constantly rise to any speculations stating

that it'll rise is fine to them even though its not realistically possible. in my case theres no need to rush since i'm a long time holder bitcoin can take its time.
3797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on Uber on: August 24, 2017, 02:33:41 PM
That's a good news since Uber in the Philippines is very popular. Actually it is more popular than the traditional taxi. If they are going to accept bitcoin, much better. But the transaction fee plus the rate of meter, isn't that a bit expensive? Anyway, this is a good help for bitcoin because this will promote bitcoin more. And hopefully bitcoin will be a part of people for their everyday lives. Good job Uber.
I think that's a great idea for everyone especially in  the filipinos out there in the Philippines. We all know that  uber is very popular in the country of Philippines and also it has a lots of consumers depending on transportation like this.  Some are Filipino users here are using transportation like uber and it is very easy now because they accepting bitcoin.  I don't have an idea if this is true but i hope it will accept that.

correct me if i'm wrong but from what i understand on that tweet. bitcoin is only available on tipping drivers via app. this is great for awareness and circulation but people who tip

cheap amounts will not be able to use bitcoin because dust payments are highly discouraged as most likely you will be paying a higher miner fee than the actual amount although

its great with decent amounts.

3799  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Myceliums Bad Reviews on Googleplay on: August 22, 2017, 06:57:00 AM
I've been using mycelium since last year but stopped using it ever since i lost my phone. with things getting better now, i've bought a new phone and plans to transfer some
funds on mycelium again but when i was downloading it, i saw tons of bad reviews. what can you say about this? is this true? got any problems you encountered? is it still
trustable like it used to?
3800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: August 22, 2017, 06:13:25 AM
If done right, its probably the best way to spread awareness about it unless if its a one sided commercial again setted up by the entities of the government.

it'll be nice if a big shot on bitcoin world will do it because the mid-tier and the low class bitcoin users like me certainly can't afford an ad but here is the thing,

even if you don't do the advertising yourself, bitcoin gets spread all through out little by little.
