2801  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 17, 2018, 01:24:05 AM
Hi.
its me again...
Iqoption (the sender) doesnt answer my emails any more.
Aex (the receiver) told to wait 3 to 7 days to give me a answer before I send him the transaction Hash...
I did received two transaction: BTC 0.0281 and 0.000107 instead the 0.0271.
If both parts doesnt do anything is there any way to have my BTC back?

Iqoption has already sent your withdrawals so they have done their part. It's now up to Aex to do the rest.

Sad to say but the only way to have your btc back is to involve an affiliate from AEX by contacting their support because they're the only ones who has an access to your wallet.
That's the thing about third party services, you are just trusting them with your funds and that's the only guarantee you have.

But Is there any specific reason on why you have to wait for 3-7 days before sending them another transaction hash? because if its their way to not increase their workload, it's bullsh*t

How do their support system works anyway? If it's by using your email account then you're probably replying from your previous mails (quoting your past convo's) aren't you?.
If it is, try sending a fresh email to them.
2802  Economy / Exchanges / Re: NovaExchange.com Market Manipulation.. no deposits allowed on: January 16, 2018, 06:40:37 PM
I don't remember when was the last time I used their exchange but you shouldn't believe anything that a random user says over the internet particularly when it's in trollboxes because most people there are either spreading FUD/hypes or just a plain butthurt  Roll Eyes. Furthermore, the screenshot he provided doesn't really prove anything  Huh I'm guessing he's mass sending the mails to random users because he's upset about something.
2803  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 15, 2018, 01:49:43 AM
Hi thanks for your patience...I request the withdrwal form IqOption at December 16 but the order has been finalized only at December 28

Aex.com (the receiver) told me that the transaction was invalid and Iqoptoin (the sender) told me that the problem was or blockchain or with aex.com

I has trying to send a print sreen from my wallet history at aex.com to show all the transactions but I'm a new member here on bitcointalk so it is impossible to send it pic...

Alright then the transaction I mentioned in my previous post must be your withdrawal in Iqoption and it was already confirmed.

Now double check your transaction/deposit history and see if the following amounts are there: 0.02712600BTC, 0.02810600BTC. If not, Try to contact aex again and reference the Transaction Hash: https://btc.com/7a3403f777b3cf7e0a1409f0f3d5d84e5a69f3b4c66db29df607d8cad4b23327and the screenshot of your transaction history.

By the way. Just like what aex says this transaction is really invalid as it was rejected by the network but upon checking your address (1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1) I found a confirmed transaction which has a similar amount to be sent you (0.00010746BTC). I'm guessing since the first transaction got rejected by the network, they made another one. Here is the transaction hash: https://btc.com/18e2ca0deeab262d7960bc9efe74f0a81511f40130d704201160f603c399fc23. But only reference it if you haven't received the amount 0.00010746BTC

Basing from the quote above, The business hours stated applies on both contacting them through email and by calling so yes, you should wait a little further since it's still sunday today (currently) https://time.is/UTC-5

And some guys on twitter are complaining about their deposit/withdrawal

Coinapult is not dead but their social media's are lol. Check all of it at the bottom of their site and you'll see that the recent posts are from a long time ago.
However their integrations/partnerships on some companies (services etc...) are still there and people are still using it (saw some recent reviews/tutorials) which is why I'm convinced that they're still in service.
2805  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 14, 2018, 03:17:49 AM
Hi, a contact the receiver from this transaction follow the answar:

"You can enter: https://btc.com/6c4481be7c5261df434e133adcd004d9d697127e7be637e80edcbebc8e3eb9f0 View, he is invalid, it is recommended that you contact your sender check"

The sender IQ Option told me that his transaction was done and the problem was on blockchain but what I have to do with all of that?!

The transaction has been rejected by the network and when cases like that happens, the coins simply return to it's original address as if the transaction didn't happpen.

But before anything else when did you issued a withdrawal? Because looking from this address 1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1 which is I think your deposit address in aex. It received an amount of 0.05523BTC which is in two outputs since you've mentioned you did two withdrawals

But this was last year on December 28 as you can see here: https://btc.com/7a3403f777b3cf7e0a1409f0f3d5d84e5a69f3b4c66db29df607d8cad4b23327
2806  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex ETC deposit problem today on: January 13, 2018, 09:39:46 PM
Yes we are talking about deposits ETC to my account on Polo, which worked fine up today morning ... now I am waiting about 7 hours to deposit, but nothing .. here is my transaction to my adress on Polo, but last not completed by Polo funding service ..
http://gastracker.io/addr/0x579983b837585d83888dc628cd9ceab8ba4a7165

I think that is not my individual problem only

PS: I know that I am new here and you can look at me as noob, but i have some experiences ...

The last TX is confirmed, poloniex is definitely at fault here. This is actually a common problem and what the users usually do in this kind of situation is filing a support ticket in poloniex but since they are slower than turtles most of the time the problem just solves without their reply  b u t it's also possible that they're just too busy and didn't bother to reply but they actually read your ticket and solved the problem???. Sad to say, but the only thing you can do now is to wait. Let's just hope for a good outcome of things.

P.S. This forum is for sharing information/helping each other so as long as your opinion contributes, it doesn't matter which rank you are in. If I sounded sh*t it's because I haven't slept yet lol Sorry for that.
2807  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex ETC deposit problem today on: January 13, 2018, 07:53:08 PM
Thanks for your reply, but i think that is global problem not only for me. But I would like to comfirm that from another users :-)

I haven't heard of this global problem about ETC so I'm not really sure  Huh but If there really is one, then I would have known it considering that it's a large scale problem since you've mentioned it's "global"

Here is interaccount transaction log which show credited ETC incomming payments to each users acc on polo, as you can see, last transaction is submited today morning...

http://gastracker.io/addr/0xb09cbe4f7e845184d8c6e4607cd816bfc9bc08d3

sorry for my english ...

thanks for reply again ..

Just to clarify, We're talking about deposits here right? and not withdrawals? because depositing is just as simple as sending an X amount of coins to your deposit address which you've got from X exchange, and after the transaction "confirms" the amount should be credited in your account on that exchange or your wallet there to be precise.

Check the transaction hash of your deposit in any ETC block explorer if it is confirmed or not because if it is, poloniex doesn't have any reason not to credit your account.

2808  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex ETC deposit problem today on: January 13, 2018, 05:23:35 PM
You didn't provide a detailed explanation about your problem  Cry. I'm guessing it's just another my deposited X coins didn't show up in my account ??. Correct me if I'm wrong but If it is, then sending a support ticket will surely help as this problem requires a help from an authorized personnel in polo. Although most people get a response after a month or longer  Undecided.

P.S. This should be on Exchanges board. There's a "move topic" option on the bottom left.
2809  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Sent bitcoin to bitcoin cash wallet and havent received it on: January 13, 2018, 04:18:36 PM
Whats up with their customer service though. Ive since sent 2 emails to coinbase and havent heard back from them. Forget calling them too i stayed on hold for 2 hours lol. Any tips on how to get in contact with them quicker?

Because of the high volume of support tickets, Only the following are prioritized and unfortunately your problem doesn't fit to the following categories. In short you're in the lowest priority  Undecided

Our team is prioritizing only trust and safety, account lockout, and delayed payment issues. Specifically:

Account compromises
Account lockouts (password resets, 2-factor authentication, device verification, lost access to email address)
Delayed payments or orders

We are unable to prioritize other issue types at this time.

And it's also stated not to send multiple tickets as it will just delay their response.

Quote
Please submit only one ticket for your issue. Creating multiple submissions for the same issue will result in an additional delay.

The ways to contact coinbase are here: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2288496-how-can-i-contact-coinbase-support-.
The only thing you haven't tried is contacting them through twitter and according to the article, They won't be able to help with account-specific problems for security reasons. I'm not entirely sure but it should be fine if you will just be asking if they can retrieve your wrongly sent coins or not since it's just a yes or no and you will not disclose any sensitive info anyway.

If by any chance they said yes. You will still have to wait for their response in your email.
2810  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to develop a mining app on: January 13, 2018, 11:36:50 AM
Don't bother developing such app. The only ones who will use it are the people who don't know how mining works furthermore, they will probably quit after they have come to their senses to notice that their loss will be bigger than their gains since mining in smartphones is unprofitable even if you have lot's of units plus the heat and battery drainage can damage your phone.
2811  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 50+ Hours is way too long, it seems something else could be going on at Kraken on: January 13, 2018, 11:18:42 AM
Maybe they aren't as competent as they seem to be?  Huh

The progress of their maintenance  can be seen here: https://status.kraken.com/ and based from it the site will probably relaunch shortly. Let's just hope that we have the same definition of "shortly" lol. Quoting it for you sir.

Update - We are preparing to relaunch the site shortly. All orders have been canceled. More details to come soon.

It's just almost 2 hours since they made this update...

I can't find any reviews about it and in every situation that is a big red flag and an enough reason not to use it. Why don't you just buy from the main site anyway?
They are always announcing in their social media site before releasing a new batch for a certain product so what you should do is to always check their twitter and facebook account as well as be ready with your BCH.
2813  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 12, 2018, 08:36:10 PM
Hi. Tks. but a just received this transaction, this transaction was confirmed...
The problem is that the amout of BTC that I received was wrong

Uhh so you made the withdrawal 20 days ago and a portion of it is missing? Am I correct?

First check if Iqoption.com sent a correct amount by pasting the transaction ID in any block explorer. There should be a withdrawal history in your account which should also have a TXID per issued withdrawal.

If the amount sent were correct, The problem is on aex.com so you should contact their support and follow it up in their social media sites which can be found at the bottom left of their site.

Is this your deposit address in aex or???

P.S. This should be on Exchanges board. There's a "move topic" option in bottom left.
2814  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bity.com stopped working on: January 12, 2018, 07:43:00 PM
Almost all exchange are currently experiencing problems mostly due to high traffic and bity seems to be not an exception to that. Anyways, this is not the first time they disabled trading so I'm sure it'll be back like always.

As for eth, Seems like it will take some time hmmm...

yes it does. ongoing SWAP are delayed. but will arrive as soon as issue is fixed. no estimation of time for now

For your peace of mind, Try contacting them in their twitter account. Saw some users getting a response there
2815  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info problems on: January 12, 2018, 02:19:26 PM
After registration on Blockchain.info I have only problems. It was the worst my decision to register there.

Today I tried to send some amount from Bitcoin wallet. I received error "Validation error .......":

http://take.ms/eyqD2

This is a problem on their side and they're the only ones who can solve it. You can try sending a support ticket about this although I'm pretty sure they are already aware of this problem since I've seen lots of similar problem in the past few months.

In the meantime you can import your wallet to Electrum. (Download the latest version as vulnerabilities were found in the older versions)

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees.

In December I tried to exchange ether on bitcoin cash. And received this:

"Your pending transaction expired before we received your deposit. However - it looks like we dont have a valid return address for you. Please contact our support and reference the following id to receive your deposited coins back"

I sent several tickets to support and have received 0 answers. And lost my money, of course. 21 days without answer.

How to solve this problem? Anybody knows?

Quoting what I said to a user with a similar problem

You should contact shapeshift directly because blockchain.info's support can be slower than turtles. 2816  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoin transaction accelerator on: January 12, 2018, 06:36:55 AM
Seriously, I doubt you just created an account here just to vouch for a site you don't have any connection with. Why not just tell us its your site and stop f*cking with us. You are just another scammer that is trying to get some free money from people who desperately need their transaction to get confirmed
Agreed man.
Transactions usually will get confirmed in 48 hour if fee isn't very low, so your free service is useless from the very begining. Why did you create this thread? If that website's owner wabts, he/she would create ANN thread but I agreex to Yakult. Also how do they guarantee money back? I will only use their service if they escrow 1 btc or more. Otherwise they are scammers for me.

This is just another self-proclaimed accelerator which just resubmits transactions into free accelerators, The 48 hour interval proves it. I bet they're just taking advantage of the chance that a transaction will get confirmed after a few or more hours if it has a decent fee. For instance, If some newbie whose transaction has a decent fee used this site and it got confirmed after a few hours, he will surely believe that it is because of the accelerator he used and the odds that he will recommend it to others is surely high.

And Unless they can prove their partnership with some pools they are most likely a scam like 99.9% lol.

What is BTC TX Accelerator?

Ans. BTC TX Accelerator is smart API based Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator service that cooperates with many partners Bitcoin Pools to ensure speed up your Low Fee Bitcoin Transaction.

B.   Low Priority Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator: Fee 0.002 BTC, we add some extra fee according to low priority on your unconfirmed bitcoin transaction also push your unconfirmed bitcoin transaction over our all partner's Pools, Guaranteed confirm within 24 hours.

Did I understand this correctly? Are they saying they're gonna add some extra fee in your unconfirmed transaction? lol. It's impossible unless you're the receiver/sender.
2817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Wallet says transaction unconfirmed, blockchain says unspent, help please on: January 12, 2018, 03:06:47 AM
It's a wallet problem. Which wallet are you using?

Can you confirm if your wallet matches the latest blocks (Height)? https://btc.com/block
2818  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Unconfirmed transaction + one other question on: January 11, 2018, 08:32:19 PM
1. What can I do now?

You could try using a transaction accelerator like viabtc or doing a CPFP if possible as it is very easy on mycelium. The option is at the vertical three dots when you clicked the unconfirmed transaction in the "Transactions" tab. Can you also post the TXID here?

2. When I'm checking final bilance of my recent bitcoin address in blockchain.info, it says the 0 (even If I see some btc like on the screenshot), why?

What screenshot?

Are you asking why your address shows 0BTC in block explorers even though it is stated in your app that you some?? Then the answer should be simple and that is because your wallet doesn't contain only one address which is why it's no wonder that you didn't get the total amount of bitcoins you have in mycelium using a single address when you viewed it in a block explorer e.g. blockchain.info.

You probably entered an address which doesn't have any bitcoins in it.
To know if an address has a balance or not try following this: Go to your Accounts tab --> Click an account  --> Vertical three dots --> Show Unspent Outputs
2819  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex office address on: January 11, 2018, 03:09:54 PM
They have some kind of address in their site. Quoting it below:

Bittrex LLC is a limited liability corporation formed and operated out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bittrex LLC
6077 S. Ft. Apache Rd
Suite 100
Las Vegas, NV 89148

So I tried it with google earth however the location sign is just pointing in the middle of the road  Huh. There's a lot for lease beside it but I saw in the street view that the pictures were taken in 2017 and bittrex has been operating for years so that can't be it.

If you're somewhere near that address, it might be worth giving a try but if you're in another country, consider thinking it twice since the address is not as specific as it sounds so you have a very slim chance of finding their office.
2820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How do I export my Bitcoins from BitPanda to my own wallet on: January 11, 2018, 05:32:06 AM
Bitpanda is just an exchange so it shouldn't be treated as a wallet to store funds and they don't let their users access their private keys from what I know so it's impossible to import it into another wallet.

If you want to move your funds to electrum. Just send a normal transaction. Click "Send" and a pop up will show up where you will enter the receiving address. I assume that you've already bought bitcoins and they are now in your bitpanda wallet right?
