2781  Economy / Exchanges / Re: lost bitcoin. 50$ reward for any help on: January 19, 2018, 04:02:44 PM
hey were you able to resolve this issue with coinbase? i am in similiar situation Sad. sent usdt to bitcoin address on coinbase.

As mentioned by OP, Coinbase doesn't deal with usdt so you have a very slim chance of getting your coins back. Not to mention, they can't even retrieve mistakenly sent coins which they support (BTC, BCH)  Roll Eyes although they have said that they are working on it: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/7ntt4t/bch_accidentally_sent_to_btc_address_will_be

Either way it's still recommended to contact their support to get a clear gist of things.
2782  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Has anyone successfully used the Blockchain.info wallet exchange function? on: January 19, 2018, 02:22:53 PM
Hi there, thanks very much for the reply - much appreciated.

I checked Etherscan and it confirms that nothing has left the wallet. Blockchain.io have not provided the actual transaction hash as far as I am aware, only an order number for ShapeShift...

I can put in a ticket over there if that is the best thing to do? (Sorry if I am being ignorant, your help is appreciated!)

Oh! So you mean the funds weren't even sent to shapeshift? From what I know, Once you confirm your order, the funds will automatically be deducted and be sent to shapeshift *should look like this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2783163.msg28454968#msg28454968

If that's the case, the problem is on blockchain.info's end and unfortunately, they're the only ones who can solve this.

Blockchain.info has proven itself to be a buggy wallet and explorer so it'll be better to just ditch it lol.

Anyways, This is not a solution but you should be able to access your funds again after you imported it to a different wallet e.g. eth --> Eth wallet

1). Export your private keys
2). Import your private keys to any eth wallet (https://coincentral.com/best-ethereum-wallet-reviews)
3. Use shapeshift directly to convert eth to btc (https://shapeshift.io/#/coins)
2783  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Has anyone successfully used the Blockchain.info wallet exchange function? on: January 19, 2018, 11:05:24 AM
Your deposit should be deemed valid first before the exchanging begins. In your case since it's still at the "sending funds stage", I'm guessing your deposit transaction is still unconfirmed so you need to wait until it confirms first.

Can you post the actual transaction hash of your deposit here? since it's been reported that blockchain.info may show it as unconfirmed but is actually confirmed if you check it with the other explorers

In case the trade fails, It's recommended to contact shapeshift directly instead of blockchain.info as many other users who had a similar problem says that their support isn't responding at all.
2784  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is this normal? on: January 19, 2018, 08:37:05 AM
Yes they'd recognized that there is an incoming transaction to your deposit address but for it to be considered valid, it should have a certain number of confirmations. According to shapeshift's site, Large transactions require at least 1 confirmation and from your picture, yours is unconfirmed = 0 confirmation

Transaction's confirmation time varies on it's included fee, for instance if you have included a high miner fee = faster confirmation time.

Can you post the actual Transaction hash?
2785  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance 2FA reset on: January 19, 2018, 07:57:22 AM
Did you ever get this resolved, I am in the same situation and getting ready to start the process, seeing allt eh comments does not make me happy

Well you don't really have a choice do you?

Unless you have backed-up your secret/recovery codes of your 2fa (assuming you're also using google auth), The only way to gain an access to your account again is to submit a number of stated documents they ask. Now if you don't do that, consider your coins donated. You should start as soon as possible since it'll be on first come, first serve basis.

2786  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Why is it doing this? on: January 18, 2018, 09:36:15 AM
I just exchanged some BTC for ETH and when I log into my blockchain account sometimes it doesn't show my ETH it says I have 0 ETH but should have 0.33 and when I refresh it a few times my ETH appears and then if I refresh again they disappear whats that all about?

Try to paste your address in any ethereum block explorer such as: https://etherscan.io l https://ethplorer.io as it is a good reference of what state your wallet is really in (how much coins, unconfirmed/confirmed transactions etc..)

Now if your wallet doesn't match what's stated there, Try to clear your browser's cache and cookies or try logging in to a different browser or device.

And since this talks about blockchain.info, This should be on Web Wallets board. There is a "move topic" option in your bottom left which should help you.
2787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help: My transfer not listed on blockchain.info on: January 18, 2018, 08:51:51 AM
I haven't heard of this beetle wallet/exchange but it seems like it is made by finom themselves so you can alternatively contact them.

Beetle is the first product of Finom blockchain corporation

Here is a user who is affliated with them, Try sending him a PM: finom.io
They also have their telegram: https://t.me/finom_community

Quote from: CitaTo
Is Beetle.io is a scam or my situation is normal? What could I do now?

I haven't dug much yet but just by reading their reviews in google play, it doesn't give that vibe https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tabtrader.beetle&utm_source=finom
2788  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: To contact Xapo Support, please use our FAQs (https://support.xapo.com/) on: January 18, 2018, 07:28:02 AM
Come on!!

Of course i wrote them emails! not one mail, mails.

They said they will be back in 24 hours, but no feedback...

You can also try to follow it up on their social media's below:

https://www.facebook.com/xapoapp
https://twitter.com/xapo

Unfortunately, Only xapo can solve this and there is nothing left to do except to enter the big waiting game because as mentioned above, xapo is known for their closeness with turtles and horrible service.

I would like to say that this could be because of high traffic that most bitcoin services are receiving as the recent price hike attracted several users but NO, since this kind of problem/s existed even before.

And obviously, You're not the only one who's experiencing this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Xapo/

2789  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo mobile wallet on: January 18, 2018, 06:41:38 AM
You can get better exchange rates if you buy directly from an exchange like Bitstamp, Kraken and Coinbase. If you don't care at all about getting the best price, using Xapo would obviously be the easiest way (since you already have an verified account). It all depends on what you are looking for.
I have already registered on Bitstamp, Coinmama and some other exchanges too. But, they took a long to verify. I submitted documents two weeks ago. But, still Bitstamp/Coinmama verification processes are pending. How long it will take?

Most exchanges are now experiencing a huge amount of traffic e.g. mass account openings, support queries, verifications etc... which is the reason why there are severe delays and bitstamp is not an exception: https://www.bitstamp.net/article/update-high-demand/

Navigate in the "exchanges" board here on forum and on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitstamp/), you'll see that some people's verification are even delayed for more than a month  Shocked
2790  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Chinese Exchanges (Gate.io)? on: January 18, 2018, 04:40:56 AM
I mean based in China. And I'm saying nothing specific, just want to know where it's located.
The Cayman Islands

Registration in cayman, but for Chinese users?

Since gatehub is a british based company, It doesn't make sense if their offered services are only available for chinese users right? And I can't even see any option that allows to change the site's language into chinese.

Here is an address from gatehub itself:

Address
GateHub Limited

Suite 48 88-90 Hatton Garden
London
EC1N 8PN
United Kingdom

EDIT: On a second note, Are you asking if chinese users can access the given site?
2791  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: To contact Xapo Support, please use our FAQs (https://support.xapo.com/) on: January 17, 2018, 11:00:32 PM
Hi,

I made a btc transaction to another wallet 12 hours before and i am still waiting for you to "validate" my transaction. Not blockchain...

And i paid "high priority" tx fee

Here are my questions:

Meaning to say they still haven't initiated your transaction? is that it?

or you've already got a transaction hash from them but it's been unconfirmed for 12 hours? If so, post your transaction ID here.

But from what I know, Xapo's High Priority Fee means exactly as it sounds. It's indeed "high" and miners prioritizes transactions with a higher included fee so once your transaction has been broadcasted to the network, it'll be confirmed in just a few blocks.
2792  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Selling a very high amount of BTC (100BTC) for Euro -- Where? on: January 17, 2018, 09:43:27 PM
From what I've observed, All exchanges are very wary of accounts which are dealing with a very large sum of money particularly when you're dealing with fiat which is why what you should do is to divide that amount into small parts and deposit them to an exchange individually. And your account on that exchange should be verified.

If you can find someone or a group of people who's willing to buy it, you should do that instead (with an escrow of course). You can also setup a selling thread here.

2793  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info problems on: January 17, 2018, 09:05:55 PM
Well I havent received my BTC yet throught them. 180$ gone. Not only problem but least trustful webwallet i've ever seen.

Exchanging fiat --> cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency --> another cryptocurrency in blockchain.info are powered by a third party which is why if you ever encountered any problem concerning your exchange, you can also contact them aside from blockchain.info. But before that, you should have a clear gist of things which is why you should provide more info regarding this e.g. transaction hash, did you exchange fiat to crypto or what?? etc..
2794  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I’ve lost my Google Authenticator on: January 17, 2018, 07:45:52 PM
You're talking about this link am I right?: https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

If it is, Then It is most likely that the problem is on your side since I can access the site with no problem/s (I've also tried it the other day).

Which browser are you using? Have you tried accessing it through a different one? And clearing your cache and cookies at the same time?
2795  Other / Meta / Re: My account has been hijacked, how to recover it please? on: January 17, 2018, 03:02:43 PM
Regarding recovering hacked accounts, please refer to this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0
How to sign a message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0

Since the person who hacked your account will most likely delete posts that contains address/es or change it at your profile tab (if you had one there). It'll be safer to use an online screen capture tool such as this one: http://archive.is (recommended)
2796  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to buy Antminer in Europe ?? on: January 17, 2018, 10:34:37 AM

The price is not right. It's selling $2,300 at the antminer's website preorder and Alibaba is sell $850 to $950.

Since you have to contact the seller to buy it, It's either the price will stay low which is another "too good to be true" offer (red flag) or it'll be high like what we see on amazon etc..The point is, whatever the result is, it's not recommendable unless you'll be using alibaba's escrow or the seller is offering reversible payment methods such as paypal etc.

I've seen enough post of "I've been scammed in alibaba when I bought X miner" to stay away with it.

did you buy from China? from where exactly (site) ?

i look over Alibaba and found some good prices but i don't know if the product is ok or not, if the seller is on or a scammer ...

Pay with any reversible payment method e.g. paypal so you can easily issue a refund. It's not the most accurate way of determining if the seller is legit or not but at least your money is safe.
2797  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CoinPot question on: January 17, 2018, 02:25:29 AM
Maybe you entered an incorrect email address??? To double check it, Log in to all of your email accounts and search coinpot in it one by one If something shows up like verification email from them etc.. then that must be the right email address.

Now if you deemed that you've used a correct email address and you still can't login using it. You should now contact their support. Explain it to them as detailed as possible such as referencing that you've already check all your email accounts etc..
2798  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 17, 2018, 01:24:05 AM
Hi.
its me again...
Iqoption (the sender) doesnt answer my emails any more.
Aex (the receiver) told to wait 3 to 7 days to give me a answer before I send him the transaction Hash...
I did received two transaction: BTC 0.0281 and 0.000107 instead the 0.0271.
If both parts doesnt do anything is there any way to have my BTC back?

Iqoption has already sent your withdrawals so they have done their part. It's now up to Aex to do the rest.

Sad to say but the only way to have your btc back is to involve an affiliate from AEX by contacting their support because they're the only ones who has an access to your wallet.
That's the thing about third party services, you are just trusting them with your funds and that's the only guarantee you have.

But Is there any specific reason on why you have to wait for 3-7 days before sending them another transaction hash? because if its their way to not increase their workload, it's bullsh*t

How do their support system works anyway? If it's by using your email account then you're probably replying from your previous mails (quoting your past convo's) aren't you?.
If it is, try sending a fresh email to them.
2799  Economy / Exchanges / Re: NovaExchange.com Market Manipulation.. no deposits allowed on: January 16, 2018, 06:40:37 PM
I don't remember when was the last time I used their exchange but you shouldn't believe anything that a random user says over the internet particularly when it's in trollboxes because most people there are either spreading FUD/hypes or just a plain butthurt  Roll Eyes. Furthermore, the screenshot he provided doesn't really prove anything  Huh I'm guessing he's mass sending the mails to random users because he's upset about something.
2800  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can my confirmed BTC transaction just disappear? on: January 15, 2018, 01:49:43 AM
Hi thanks for your patience...I request the withdrwal form IqOption at December 16 but the order has been finalized only at December 28

Aex.com (the receiver) told me that the transaction was invalid and Iqoptoin (the sender) told me that the problem was or blockchain or with aex.com

I has trying to send a print sreen from my wallet history at aex.com to show all the transactions but I'm a new member here on bitcointalk so it is impossible to send it pic...

Alright then the transaction I mentioned in my previous post must be your withdrawal in Iqoption and it was already confirmed.

Now double check your transaction/deposit history and see if the following amounts are there: 0.02712600BTC, 0.02810600BTC. If not, Try to contact aex again and reference the Transaction Hash: https://btc.com/7a3403f777b3cf7e0a1409f0f3d5d84e5a69f3b4c66db29df607d8cad4b23327and the screenshot of your transaction history.

By the way. Just like what aex says this transaction is really invalid as it was rejected by the network but upon checking your address (1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1) I found a confirmed transaction which has a similar amount to be sent you (0.00010746BTC). I'm guessing since the first transaction got rejected by the network, they made another one. Here is the transaction hash: https://btc.com/18e2ca0deeab262d7960bc9efe74f0a81511f40130d704201160f603c399fc23. But only reference it if you haven't received the amount 0.00010746BTC
