9 hours and 54 confirmations on a BTC deposit, but I still have a zero balance on the exchange. Maybe folks should refrain from depositing until this is cleared up.

i can understand the dumping up to one grade as all of us want to make money out of this but dumping in this low price is one thing that i will never understand.why someone to sell too low. where is the profit in these actions ? you have to pay for the gear and the power in the end of the day .if you want to dump do it in a reasonable price  People who bought into ECC 6 weeks ago are probably frustrated, and hence selling at a lower price and accepting a loss. They probably see the price of coins like BC, CINNI, AC, DRK and WC all rising extremely fast, and want to release their BTC from ECC in order to invest in these other coins for the gains. It makes perfect sense. I know I've mentioned a couple of coins which have failed or are failing, but they all did something to have massive interest and price increases at some stage. We need a fully functioning multipool for ECC ASAP. It's the most important thing right now. Without it, a PoS coin in the current market will surely fade away. |

+1 It would have cost me 0.35BTC for 24hours of 4x Amazon EC2 32 CPU rigs. With 4x 95H/s all I'd have received was a potential 62 MRO, IF I got lucky. Instead I bought 200+ MRO for 0.2 BTC. Out of curiosity though, any miners here care to share their stats? I'd like to see a comparison between Amazon VM's and physical machines. |

My coins are at poloniex. Can i just leave them there until they bring the coin back, or do i need to update the wallet and transfer or send to my old wallet, then update the wallet? Help.. Poloniex have the coin trading again. Login to Poloniex and check they have your coins safe. If they do, I'd install the new AC wallet and transfer them to it. |

I bought fake ID from adverts in The Viz and HMV using GBP. Once may fake ID even provided the police with my particulars, since I was in no fit state to give them up myself  Many thousands of these fake ID's must have been sold and yet the adverts were never stopped, never mind slating GBP over it! It took bloody ages to get those ID's, since money had to be sent using a cheque. Now the lucky wee buggers can send payment in a matter of minutes! |

Hello. I like what I see here, so I'm going to get back into mining. Excited! I just wondered if any of you can help with a couple questions I have. 1. After setting up a machine with Ubuntu to mine, I was going to take an image of it and install the image on a couple more machines. Would I be able to start mining on all three machines to the same wallet address simultaneously? 2. If I install yet another instance on a Windows machine with a different wallet address, could I mine on the Ubuntu machines directly to the wallet address on the Windows machine? If so, does the Windows wallet need to be running at the same time? Thanks folks On each bitmonerod you type: start_mining xxxyouraddressxxx xxxnumberofthreadsxxx so this way you can mine with all your VMs on a single wallet address It doesnt matter if it is windows or linux. You are getting "working for the dev" and "fulfilling a bounty" confused, you are blinded by rage or you are purposefully trying to point the finger in my direction. What I did was come across the ann thread, see that there was a video bounty to fulfill so I made two seperate videos, one being a promotional video and one being an instructional video. The promo video wasn't approved but the instructional video was. the only way I communicated with the dev team was through forum posts and PM at this site and through the support site of theasiacoin.com. The screenshot of my desktop is simply a chosen thumbnail from the youtube link, that's it. You are angry and trying to find the right guy which I agree, justice should be had for those who got scammed but I am being 100% honest when I say that I am not the guy you are looking for. You need to focus your efforts on finding the real AsiaCoin Scammer.
Using the term videographer is a little misleading as I'm not that, I made the two videos for Asiacoin and I made another instructional video for another coin (I will not say the name so as to not bring negative attention to that coin but I know you guys already know which other coin I made a video for, I assure you, I'm not the dev of that coin either).
also, Asian Chao is a little restaurant/asian food place in the mall of georgia food court. You guys are looking in all the wrong places. Do you have any idea of how many asian food places there are in the world? (let alone asian people)
While I thank hilgi for backing me up as we do know each other from the occupy movement a couple years back, we don't keep in constant contact and so he doesn't know that I'm not in fact a videographer.
If the screenshot provided previously is the only "evidence" that you are the dev, then there really is no evidence. There's as much evidence to say I'm the dev. i.e. none! |

How are you going to make sure that none of the billionblockbounty coins are converted into AC2?
There are bound to be some unsuspecting bag holders who bought some of these "illegal" coins at exchanges too, and if the coins are removed these innocent bag holders will lose out. |

ECC have bright future because the creative developers it has, i believe in it longterm, just focus on creating more innovation and distribution of coins than green and nature projects - many green nature coins have been created none have survived, we need different aim. Better work on distribution and new features.
You are the community, let us know what you want from dev team we can focus on it. I believe you work extremely hard, Hostmaster, so I think we will have a great coin and multipool. When you speak of a dev team, who do you refer to? If there is an official list of team members, why not list them on the OP? Transparency like this helps gain trust from investors. Is there someone charged with ECC promotion? It appears like Hostmaster does everything. I believe there would be greater interest in this coin if there were periodic, summarized updates on the coins progress both on twitter and the ECC website. Hostmaster is very active here which is great, but often all we get is a copy and paste of the coins goals. Also, the English grammar is not great (no offence is meant Hostmaster!). Positive reinforcement of the good reasons to mine at the ECC multipool will draw in more miners and investors, instead of declaring on twitter that "With that low hashrate we can't mine anything". Promotion should always be positive! The promotion just needs a little finesse! How about the multipool donating a proportion of fees to something like http://www.avaaz.org/? This could be one of the positives. Avaaz is an online campaigning organisation. After only seven years, it has 33 million followers. Avaaz raises money for a large number of fantastic human rights and ecological campaigns. You could pick the particular projects that ECC donations are used for at Avaaz, and promote ECC with news about those projects and the donations made to them. I think cleaning up the OP might help too. It's so cluttered that it is difficult to extract useful information from it. Is there a need for all those links? I doubt many people click them. For anyone just joining the party. The Dev is releasing a new version and all AC will convert to the new AC. This will eliminate all the eronous coin that showed up. Please disregard FUD - also it was removed from the trading platforms as it will be being converted to the new version. Some people on here like to spread shit - call me out, i don't care, you can miss the boat, but everyone should really question why they are still in here if they hold no coin...
