Looking for someone who can set up a mining pool for qrk based coins.
server is ready with root access for the one who is willing to do the job for 45k PRT.
need it to be able to run in a subpool configuration.
looking for coinmine.pl sort of clone with lesser amount of coins.
The ability to direct the pools combined power to a different external pool is a must. (this will only be used once the pool isnt generating enough hashing power to find blocks)
pools needed for the following coins:
QRK, PRT, MINI, PTS, DTC and MMC
stratum should be open on port 80.
Front end is a must

I think good marketing activity would include things to gain broad awareness/publicity: - comment on news articles with broad distribution e.g. forbes/businessinsider/etc. and include short blurb about Particle. You don't have to drop links (might get flag as spam), just mentioning the software helps get awareness. - Twitter - Tumblr - comment on blog posts - comment on crypto related youtube videos - comment on forex related youtube videos interest new trader - reddit comments - make short videos with webcam post to youtube (like fyrstikken does) - Screenshots to instagram and pinterest - start a blog and write blog posts about it Would really like to engage more general public interest, and start grow outside of the niche crypto community. Posting on threads here etc. is good to keep existing interest going, but need to grow the potential user base too. Basic content marketing / social media marketing. Engage people on Twitter etc. and casually mention Particle. Also generating newsworthy events. This would be like gaining an integration with coinpayments and similar services, we should be pushing hard for this. Maximize utility for users. Of course, I post this but I am terrible at keeping up with it, because too much code to write so I don't have time to sit on twitter etc. But the community can! Like in rise of the apes on FX channel last night, Caesar say one ape weak, many ape together strong.  edit: Another place to maybe start to try to pull users/interest from are traders on investorshub.advfn.com. I'm disappointed that you are watching apes documentary instead of coding! Go apes! |

Particle PRT/BTC This may not be the most suggested pair yet but I urge you to look at it. I see you seem to want to add the best coins and this surely isn't "junk" And you wont see a bunch of people trying to over hype it like some of the usual pump n dumps. I think the next logical and easier step would be to get PTR on coinex.pw and coinmarket.io before cryptsy.
+1 They want cryptsy to increase it's value. Not because it's the best. Far from it. If they put it on cryptsy my 1st sell order will be 1 PRT @ 10,000 satoshi.  A lot of us could care less about immediate value. Cryptsy is the platform shouted a lot because it historically adds a lot of coins so the best shpt currently. A lot of people just want the ability to exchange properly and gradually increase awareness. Cryptsy offers that. Even better would be bter.com. They are a little more discriminating about which coins they add so adding particle would show this is no joke. But anyone following particle knows its no joke. Maybe just need a little bit more hype for people to hop on board. Nonetheless, once the wallet is released, every crypto news worth a damn will post articles about it, so the publicity is coming soon. |

somehow i believe the criptsy "grand opening" for particle will happen exactly at the right moment when particle gets ready for it. btw, i don't know if coinedup has latency problems, the page is not available What problems CoinedUp does not have? Today it's really getting on my nerves :/ Edit: just saw that they have "The fastest transaction engine" written on their twitter page, which is quite hilarious. transactions are fast! Because if you make it far enough to make a transaction, youll be the only one! |

anyone thought about a particle donation to cryptsy if they list it? i bet it would work I don't like this idea at all. If they actually choses coins by their possible long time value (sadly, it doesn't look that way), they will notice Particle sooner or later, there's no need to encourage terrible practice of bribing exchanges, which would be gladly used by investors of shitty pump'n'dumps. pretty much that. Particle is one of the coins with the less hate and one of the only ones that did something else than tweak algo. It's bound to hit bigger exchanges. Don't really have to force anyone's hand after they take a look at what is particle. |

why does particle only on coinedup?
It's very new. We highly suspect that it should be added to cryptsy soon. (Pretty much highest vote count on the cryptsy request threads and also known not the be a "shitcoin") |

Well there is no reason for this coin to have a market cap below 50million (relatively abstract value pulled from comparing coins on coinmarketcap). So anything around this price i am not interested in selling. So surely when it dips a little i just have that urge to buy to double my btc when jt recovers (too bad i missed my chance here).
Other than tnat, im in the same boat as snotty. I remember selling 50k ltc when it reached .70$. Not making that mistake again.

Sending some btc at coinedup as we speak . Most of the volume comes from Chinese exchange and Chinese price is actually up in the last 24 hours so this is merely someone trying to sell some easy coins. and my btc didn't reach coined up in time  . (1 hour btc block).... One more reason to love particle. |
