Поделюсь своим опытом балконного майнинга, благо его достаточно. Фермы на балконе у меня с ноября 2016, в данный момент на балконе живет 27 карт, в основном это 470 и 1060. Фермы собраны на стеллаже высотой 2 метра и 5 полок. Размер 100 на 70 см. И так зима: зимой все отлично открываем окна, ставим термометр, а потом вечером и утром палим темпу на балконе. Регуляция происходит величиной открытия, но не нужно парится на тем что утром темпа 10 а днем 22 это нормально, по 10 раз на дню окрывать и закрывать окна не надо. Самое низкое что я видел это 8 градусов тепла, если закрыть окно то дойдет до 40 легко. Балкон застеклен одинарным стеклом и не отапливаемый. Читал много историй про запуск компов в сильный мороз до минус 30, но есть одно НО хард врятли стартанет. Самое главное и страшное в балконном майне это точка росы. Но боятся тут нечего, роса появляется на холодных предметах, которые занесли в теплое помещение, это главное что нужно запомнить. У меня выключали свет и фермы просто остывали вместе с балконом, приходил домой никакой росы не было, закрывал окна и запускал фермы.
Реальная опасность это дождь или снег с ветром, вот здесь нужно предохраняться по полной. Фермы от окна должны быть минимум 2 метра. У меня был случай что на расстоянии одного метра в щель 10 сантиметров открытого окна по под очень острым углом за счет сильного ветра, капли дождя долетали до фермы, благо это были единичные капли и по итогу всё нормально.  Меры предохранения здесь это расстояние от окна, если у вас его нет, то вам необходимо как минимум сделать двойной слой москитной сетки, это спасает.
Лето: балкон с полностью отрытыми двумя окнами нагревается до 40-45 легко. Какие меры: нужен мощный вентилятор для перемешивания слоев воздуха и хоть какого то охлаждения ферм которые стоят на верху. Многие скажут что он просто гоняет тот же самый горячий воздух, а я вам скажу вы сначала попробуйте))) Вентиляторы только металл, никакого пластика по 500 рублей, хорошие венты это джервисы.  Летом в обязательном порядке запрещен дуал, я копаю эфир онли. Темпа карт вырастает но не критично, все карты держаться от 50 до 75 градусов.
Поэтому если с головой подходить к делу то будет все норм. Если кого то интересуют еще какие то момент спрашивайте.

2 месяца назад профит с моей мощности был примерно 50 баксов сегодня это 15-18, подсчитать не сложно. Такие застои я проходил уже дважды, первый это январь-март 17 года, потом лето-осень 2017 и третий сейчас. В прошлые спады я сливал практически под ноль, все что было и это было моей хомячковой большой ошибкой. Сейчас сидим держимся ждем. Выбираю актуальные карты для след. фермы, жду форка монеро, жду асиков под эфир, а потом можно и расширится. Главное в этом всем то, что пока еще никому не выгодно слить этот рынок в ноль. Поэтому всё будет)

Но и пробивал цену в 1350, так что со временем будет больше Вопрос только сколько времени это займет.
