41  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Market is down. on: September 11, 2018, 11:13:25 PM
It seems to me that the majority of people trading cryptocurrency have no understanding of the underlying technology, and they carry with them the same short sighted and impatient mindset that plagues amateur traders across all securities. As a result,  any sort of sharp downtrend with any security is enough to scare off the majority of traders into panic-sell mode. At a high level, this only contributes to the downtrend.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and altcoin: Who will take control of the market? on: September 10, 2018, 11:18:37 PM
For now bitcoin still  dominate the market,  and I guess it still takes control over all cryptocurrencies. However  we don't know exactly when it can survive. It could be someday there will be another coin which takes control the market. Just not sure when.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if someone bought up all the existing bitcoins? on: September 09, 2018, 11:12:37 PM
If someone bought up all the existing bitcoins,  the price of bitcoin would so much expensive. Bitcoin would be something scarce. Or it could be that there would be another coin which replaces bitcoin.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think it's a good time to buy ETH? on: September 09, 2018, 10:50:45 PM
Sure. The price of Ethereum is dropping now,  and it's a good time to buy some. Or if you think that the Ethereum price could be lower than now,  then you could  wait. Somehow buying now or later,  the bottom price is hard to predict. Just buy and hold for a long time. Ethereum has a great potential to grow in the future.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what happened to ethereum? on: September 09, 2018, 05:52:02 PM
Ethereum price is dropping because ICO, or Initial Coin Offering, gone very wrong. keep in mind july and august are always a bit slower than the rest of the year. Don't worry too much about those price swings. If you already hold ETH, hold on to it. If you were looking to buy, now is the best time! The price will return.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: September 09, 2018, 05:43:35 PM
Hold it. This kind of fluctuation is only to be expected, both because cryptocurrencies are new, and because the current cryptocurrency market is wildly speculative. Besides Ethereum is going strong, and growing impressively, and being used by more and more blockchain projects for many facets of the platforms and solutions they are building. Ethereum is a very solid investment for the long term.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold or sell ? on: September 09, 2018, 05:33:31 PM
If you don't need money for any emergency situation,  then it's better to hold your coins. Don't get hesitate to sell your coins because of  the dropping price. Just believe that the price will recover and gets high. As the time come,  you could sell them.
48  Economy / Speculation / Re: will the price of the bitcoin will reach so high that no one can buy it ? on: September 08, 2018, 11:02:56 PM
When bitcoin reaches a very high price,  it could be that nobody wants to buy it. People will only sell it. I think it's possible to happen if the supply of bitcoin getting less.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Rewarding signature campaign, are you satisfied? on: September 05, 2018, 11:23:33 PM
A rule is a rule. I think the rule was made  in order to make the participants having more qualified posts. Besides the rule will require the participants to b emote responsible for their job. So,  if we can't make 10 or 15 post a week,  we wouldn't get the reward,  and that's true.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange it or Hold it on: September 05, 2018, 11:14:25 PM
For airdrop's tokens,  I prefer to sell them immediately in the exchange since I'm afraid if the price getting down. I guess it needs a long time for the tokens to go up. So,  better exchange it if you're not patient to wait.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: September 05, 2018, 11:11:04 PM
It's a good idea. Ethereum has a great potential to grow in the future. This is good for a long term hold or investment. Besides ethereum is getting popular and widely used.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Ethereum on: September 05, 2018, 07:12:48 PM
Ethereum offers an automated, programmable, trustless, digital currency. Ethereum is a revolutionary idea with first-mover advantage.Currently Ethereum has found wide adoption among the Cryptocurrencies. And The future of Ethereum depends upon how well the feature evolves compared to its competitors like Stratis, Waves, or EOS.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I give up now? on: September 05, 2018, 07:03:29 PM
It often happens in crypto world. I believe many people have experienced it. Just keep going and don't give up if you still believe in cryptocurrency. It should be our lesson next time to be more careful and selective on selecting bounty and airdrops.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH so popular on: September 05, 2018, 06:45:17 PM
Ethereum would enable people anywhere around the globe to offer services on top of its blockchain infrastructure. Ethereum allows developers to program their own smart contracts, strings of computer code capable of automatically executing when certain predetermined conditions are met. On the other side, Ethereum, alongside blockchain, is a technology that truly has the potential to revolutionize the way we manage data and interact with the world. Thus, many companies are willing to invest in it.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin on: September 05, 2018, 06:29:13 PM
Surely Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the oldest and most known, of cryptocurrencies. As demand grow, and supply is getting lower and lower because of difficulty increase and mining reward halving, Bitcoin is a better choice.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: September 05, 2018, 06:25:43 PM
Wait for the tokens to go up, if you're patient enough to get its profit. Somehow holding is really frustrating. However if you choose to sell the tokens right away since you're afraid that the tokens have no potential. Then,  never regret what you've done.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: September 05, 2018, 06:16:08 PM
It's absolutely true that to get a big profit in crypto,  patience is the key. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile. it changes every second, minute. If we aren't patient enough, we would easily give up when it keeps decreasing.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE OR LITECOIN on: September 04, 2018, 11:28:52 PM
I prefer Ripple.  Ripple introduces a significant change. It is used for fast money transactions and as such has a lot of appeal to major financial institutions. This is something that makes it somewhat more stable and less prone to fluctuations.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: September 03, 2018, 11:20:36 PM
Crypto Currencies are safe in a sense that no one can take it away from you - providing you do you part on security like don’t give up your password for the wallet and also don’t reveal your private key.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government announce bitcoin is illegal? on: September 03, 2018, 11:16:17 PM
Because the government made it illegal. And because of the decentralized nature of Bitcoin, governments fear that their fiat currencies, trade and taxation are at threat (for those with an obtuse outlook) and hence they try to declare any trade (on or off) from the existing fiat currency onto/off-to Bitcoin as illegal.
