Dear, users. Please bear with us as we are working around the clock to solve this frustrating situation with the stuck transactions. We would like to stress out that since NiceHash operates (more than tree years) we have paid out more than 95.000 bitcoins in tens thousands of transactions where each and every one was confirmed and we delivered each and every bitcoin to our miners. Therefore we kindly ask you not to be insulting and do not spread wrong information. We will make sure that all transactions will be confirmed. Please be patient, for more information please see here: https://new.nicehash.com/news/201 Thank you for understanding and thank you for using our services.Best regards, NiceHash team.

Alright maybe i am doing something wrong, but when i go and add say daggerhasimoto as my algo i want to mine and put in nicehash own pools to mine too and put my nicehash btc address, i get back "bad pool provided" and to try pool verify, which i do and comes back 100% but still wont let me save the pool. What am i doing wrong?
This is actually not possible, it is also discussed in this FAQ. You can mine into your NiceHash wallet account when using your own hardware (that is, if you are a seller). However as a buyer you can not place a self-order, you can only place orders, targeting 3rd party pools (not NiceHash stratums). Thank you for using our service! Best regards, NiceHash team.

Hi, rig 7xRX480 8G. Installed Nicehash, benchmarked, running mostly on DaggerHashimoto using Claymore dual miner from \bin_3rdparty\claymore_dual folder. Problem is - EthDcrMiner64 do not mine DCR, it say "0 decred pools". How can be this solved? Nicehash latest version .10.
You will need to add the nicehash decred pool. Open the NiceHash Miner, go to Settings>Devices/Algorithms and select GPU#1 - then choose the Dagger/Hashimoto Claymore Algorithm (should be second from top) - on the right side the is "Extra Launch Parameters" in that box add: "-dpool stratum+tcp://decred.eu.nicehash.com:3354 -dwal YourBitcoinAddress" ^That should do the trick. It's actually even easier: https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashMiner/wiki/Enable-ClaymoreDual-with-Decred-Lbry-Pascal

After I bid on the hashing power I noticed nothing was happening. I checked my pool and my pools difficulty was too low plus I accidentally didn't put the full Username information. I looked everywhere for my order so I can pause or cancel it put nothing showed under orders. I deleted the pool and that's all I could do. I noticed they charged me for the order and the fee but I got no service for it! Is my money gone forever? I read somewhere on their site that if the order can't be filled the money refunds back to your wallet in a few mins but it's been a hour and nothing has been refunded. *Update I sent 3 support emails and no response, they did respond to me on Reddit with a copy and past response not related to my account. I will keep everyone updated with this! Here's proof I had zero orders! https://imgur.com/a/BhH7dSorry for having issues with order management. Just to follow up with the issue: we were in contact with @marketorder and there was nothing wrong with the order. @marketorder found his order(s) - the only issue was a not-so-perfect user experience with managing orders via our website - but stay tuned - we're preparing to launch a new website which will make buying and selling hashing power on NiceHash even better! Thank you for using our service! Best regards, NiceHash team.

Hello, A bit late, but still: a couple of weeks ago our Bitcoin Solo Pool solved it's 20th block - and the first block to signal our SegWit support Congratulations to 17nGH71Axs9da7WnA453XMhJ1LvcFxnRrz for solving this 20th block! Keep on hashing! Best regards, NiceHash team.

How do I prevent nicehashbot from draining all funds in my account.
Does all of my orders have auto renew or what?
Please see here for a list of all features: https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashBot#featuresNiceHashBot is an open-source tool and can be modified to your needs by anyone. The current implementation is only basic and it simply provides you a way to keep your order with hashing power at a minimum possible price until you cancel it. You're also welcome to submit ideas for new features here: https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashBot/issuesBest regards, NiceHash team.

Hi, is qubit pool (stratum+tcp://qubit.eu.nicehash.com:3344) offline? I see in the miner dashboard that the other pools ( X11 / X13 / X15 / Quark) are ok "alive" but qubit pool is "dead".
Thanks W_M
qubit pool (stratum+tcp://qubit.eu.nicehash.com:3344) is working fine. If you have issues with connection you might also want to try USA location (stratum+tcp://qubit. usa.nicehash.com:3344) Best regards, NiceHash team.

i'm thinking of investing in a full rig setup, does anyone have any idea where i could get a performance chart relating to altcoin hashing??
If you're looking for GPUs profitability information you might wanna take a look at our Profitability Calculator. Best regards, NiceHash team.

Alright, any review on this website?
As recently wanted to try some mining but instead of getting the usb mining stick itself, i think renting hash cloud service is good
Any tutorial or website that i can refer on profitability and how can i use this??
Thanks!
You might try this extensive review/guide. Best regards, NiceHash team.

Is there anyway (other then not mine eth) to remove the paused 2 gb ram used on Nicehash miner?
It's paused and not mining, and wasting 2 gb of system ram....
This is only when using ethminer on Nvidia (on AMD sgminer/claymore is used). It can not be disabled - this technique is used to quickly restore mining after switching back to DaggerHashimoto from some other algorithm without the need to re-generate the DAG file once again. It yields more profits at the end of the day. Best regards, NiceHash team.

As on nicehash to run a double extraction of eth and pascal?
You must specify the second coin/algorithm with "-dcoin", from EthDcrMiner64.exe manual: -dcoin select second coin to mine in dual mode. Possible options are "-dcoin dcr", "-dcoin sc", "-dcoin lbc", "-dcoin pasc". Default value is "dcr". Therefore a complete command line to start Ethereum+Lbry would be: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal BTCADDR.WORKER -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://lbry.eu.nicehash.com:3356 -dwal BTCADDR.WORKER -mode 0 -dcoin lbc You might also try Ethereum+Pascal mode (you have to use latest v8.0 EthDcrMiner64.exe miner): EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal BTCADDR.WORKER -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://pascal.eu.nicehash.com:3358 -dwal BTCADDR.WORKER -mode 0 -dcoin pasc Best regards, NiceHash team.

hi, can anyone explain why i dont see any stats for daggerhashimoto under the my miner tab? its mining away in nicehash miner telling me i'm earning 0.74mBTC/day 0.88 USD/DAY but the balance is stuck at the last amount it mined with equihash so i'm concerned i'm either doing something wrong to mine with ethminer or its not reporting to the site properly??
Check which miner are you using for DaggerHashimoto in your NiceHash Miner benchmark config settings. We suggest you to use sgminer-gm.
