I'm so glad to hear that Leclerc has finally got rid of Xavi. Because I believe he is one of the worst race engineers ever in F1. We see that not only in real life, but also in F1 Manager game.

Xavi is just terrible with communication and strategies. I have no doubt Leclerc has also been fed up with him. Bryan Bozzi is Leclerc's new race engineer now. He has been with Ferrari since 2012. He has been working on wind tunnel, aerodynamics and more until this time. I hope that Leclerc doesn't have similar problems from now on.

According to recent news, Domenicali wants more sprint races in a season. Maybe even a sprint race on every race week.

Source: https://www.racefans.net/2024/04/26/f1-ceo-domenicali-wants-more-than-six-sprint-races-per-year/
That is some concerning news to hear out of the Ferrari team but probably welcomed since that is were they are lacking this season and in the previous ones.

Ahead of their home race at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola.

Talking about the NBA, they have the next and probably the final game of the series for the Mavericks included in the Sportsbet Special:

https://sportsbet.io/sports/sportsbet-specials/matches/today

The one yesterday where Haaland scored had you double-double your winnings so it was a winner!

As two EPL matches are on tap for today with Chelsea going up against Brighton hove albion and Newcastle vs Manchester United.

Now Alejandro Tabilo who was the player who took out Novak Djokovic just might be taking out another one of those pros on tour Karen Khachanov, as he just took the first set.
The young Chilean player is looking like the surprise hopeful in this tournament in Rome.
That was a very close 2 set battle, Tabilo took the win in 2 tie breaks! He is a quarter
finalist now and takes on Zhang today. The odds on this one are Tabilo 1.59 - 2.34 Zhang.

I wasnt expecting Paul to beat Medvedev yesterday, Medvedev lost easily to Paul
6-1, 6-4. Paul plays Hurkacz next, hard to know which way this goes but its more than
likely going to be a 3 match encounter, Over 22.5 maybe @ 1.67
Watched both matches yesterday and Jarry won aswell.
Thus having both Chileans in the quarter finals is quite the achievement where Nadal and Novak were playing.
So these can be the new age of the sport if they can go farther into the tournament.
Roland Garros is just around the corner too so keep an eye on these two going into that tournament too.

Fret no longer those who missed the Sportsbet Specials on their screens!
Gosh I was busy today so I didnt even check the page. Well I probably would have taken it without any doubt though but Newcastle didnt ended up winning so thats good I guess. If Im being honest, the odds are kinda low but yeah Im a sucker for specials so I would still have taken it

Also Im kinda wondering that why is the 2nd special on your page in Spanish? Is it spanish? The first one is in English so why would the 2nd one on Spanish though, its kinda weird lol
Both of the specials failed when I first noticed them back where there was one for Arsenal over 2.5 goals and the Newcastle one.
Didn't check to see if Liverpool had one for yesterday's EPL match but since they tied 3-3 then it probably did aswell.

Today as Manchester City can grab the title in the league with a win then I highly doubt anyone who is a true fan of the Premier League will want to miss this match today. Where they face Tottenham Hot Spurs to try and win it so to let somebody else other than City have the trophy for once.

Here is the Sportsbet Special for today's sole match in the EPL:

https://sportsbet.io/sports/sportsbet-specials/matches/today

As for the language on my specials page, maybe they think I am spanish. Who knows.
It has shown up in Japanese several times in the past so I just count it as wanting to prompt to different markets and just chalk it up as lost in translation.

I have few guesses for this card, I really believe in Nascimento's victory, but it will be quite difficult and will probably end before five rounds. This is one of the few times that I won't bet on all the fighters or a large part of the card.
Same here @Pumared !
As I had mentioned before, I'll be only placing a bet on the Cortes-Acosta vs Despaigne bout.
Because this guy is a massive favorite so will be betting on the KO to get better odds.
And might bet on Carlos Ulberg but that is about it.
None of the other fights inspire me to place a big parlay for this UFC fight night.
My bet that there wouldn't be five rounds ended up being successful, but Nascimento's defeat was expected but as I bet on him I ended up losing. In any case, it was a good fight, Lewis adds another KO to his list. What he does is impressive.
Congratulations on your prediction but since he is one of the knockout artists now, I would imagine the odds were quite low for it not going the distance. I hadn't checked those odds when it comes to such fighters.

Cortes-Acosta was the shocker of the night where he taught the Cuban that knockout power is not the only thing in MMA if you want to be successful in the UFC. The dominican handed Despaigne his first loss with a good tactical fight where he had a takedown in every round.
Ulberg of course finshed his opponent in no time and as I said before is a uniform fighter.

So you say your father has caught the bug of memecoins aswell?
Thought it was the teens and those who are older who want to get rich quick in buying as many of these memecoins as possible in hopes of their bags to inflate beyond their wildest dreams.

Uniswap I believe were sued by the SEC awhile ago. So they are attacking every corner of the cryptocurrency hemisphere.
Including memecoins and probably brc-20 tokens and then ordinals, inscriptions on the bitcoin blockchain.

Here in Romania we have a weekend dedicated entirely to Scuderra F1 Ferrari and right now you can go and visit the SF 21 car that is being exposed for public view ( without paying any entry ticket ) and I'm glad I went to see this beauty live but also couldn't maintain myself to buy a Perroni because this entire event is being sponsored by them. What I didn't like is the fact they had little things to actually buy ...no lego cars and no hoodies as this was the 2nd reason I went there but overall , very glad that I've saw the car live.

Last time I've went to a such event was back in 2005 with my dad where we were able to see LIVE Alonso's car but I remember my dad has to pay a very expensive ticket because the event was entirely about cars and Alonso's car was the main point of attraction , followed closely by a full simulator of BMW Sauber of Montoya but unfortunately there were way to many people that wanted to try that simulator and my dad didn't have the necessary patience to wait his turn hahaha  Grin Grin Grin
That is some great story to know and a thrill for any true fan of the sport to see in person.
So very lucky you as there are F1 public exhibitions popping up in some major cities around the world from the popularity of the sport grabbing hold and they don't want to left behind.

some little news regarding formula one:

Magnussen is at risk of suspension for his Formula One driving licence, with everything he did last week he lost a lot of points and if he reaches zero he will be banned.

Kimi Antonelli could take Hamilton's place next year, tests will be done during the year and the human benchmark will be Mick Schumacher who is currently Mercedes' third driver.

Lecler changed the track engineer, out of nowhere. The reason is not yet clear
Those are some interesting tid bits of news especially Kimi to me as it gives where Mercs headspace is at with who they might choose to replace Lewis's seat. As you had mentioned, tests will be done first to see where Mick could fit in and who could be lead driver for the team.

Bye bye Dominic Thiem: he announced that this ATP tour 2024 will be the last of his career. He is 30 years old now and well, he earned around $30 million in prize money and he feels it is the right decision.

He has played some amazing games I think, but his trend was pretty much only negative in the last few years. Unbelievable that his last win on the ATP tour was this amazing match against Zverev in the US Open final. Best ranking ever was 3rd and he can say he won a Grand Slam. Sounds like a successful career to me. Can't compare everyone to Djokovic, Nadal and Federer.
Thats a real shame to hear. To retire during this tour and at such a young age but I guess he saw his performance on the court not improving as it hasn't the past couple of years from what I remember.

Those names are some of the best to ever play the game.
Djokovic and Nadal both left this tournament in Italy early unfortunately.

Now Alejandro Tabilo who was the player who took out Novak Djokovic just might be taking out another one of those pros on tour Karen Khachanov, as he just took the first set.
The young Chilean player is looking like the surprise hopeful in this tournament in Rome.

@rdbase

hope you had a great weekend loco and you've enjoyed it at 110%.  Now , I don't want to spoil it , but have you seen the Mouz performance at ESL finals ? 3-0 against Vitality and a massive and impressive performance from their entire team and a very deserved victory. Odds were also around 4 for Mouz to win but I decided to watch instead of betting.
This is quite shocking to hear actually. Especially from the heavy favorites not putting scratch to MOUZ.
They were the ones to take G2 out of the tournament from what I recall remember from your post on here earlier in the tournament. So they are the new misfit team to be the worldbeater in CS2 all the sudden?
What changed? Any shuffling in their roster or did they just get lucky like most one and done teams in these majors?

And yeah, enjoyed the weekend in the sun and well burned now. Thanks for asking.
Just waiting for one more football match then can see if I get a cash prize or a free bet of $50USDT secured already for tomorrow.
So overall quite successful in my bets this weekend.

One of the Wall Observer's regular residents had this question up on that board:
WTF, Is it believable for a low amount transaction of this fee.

4 may 2024, someone paid $100,608 fees for their $6 amount Bitcoin transfer.

Hmm. No change address. Weird. I don't think any legit wallet would miss that.

Looks like they mixed up the fee and the output fields, ie meant to send the ~1.6 btc

There is no fee field. Any fund not allocated is the fee. Usually you have the target and the change address (though you can't necessarily tell which is which) but you can have more target addresses if you want.

Somebody really wanted that sat.  Why? I do not understand.

The block was worth so much due to the auction for it because of the rune within it was worth alot more to most.
And the thing is, the ones who bid on it DO NOT get it back if they lose to be a holder of this ordinal.
So the potential winner just keeps bidding til they actually win it or they just wasted their time and obviously their bitcoin bid!
Sounds only for the crypto rich style auction house type bidders to be a part of. Grin

Come on guys , is no one watching ESL Pro League at CS2 ? or the current first season of Wallachia PGL ? Both tournaments are Tier 1 and we have great teams playing in both tournaments.

Well its weekend and top football league is my main priority on weekend so yeah Its football night.

I got decent profit from betting on ESP pro league on round of 12 and quarterfinals so yeah Im probably going to bet another one for final tomorrow. Im going for Vitality despite whatever team they are facing on the final. Heck I'll even throw in -1.5 for Team Vitality tomorrow.

As for PGL Walachia, so far I havent made a single bet yet. Enjoying the game yesterday but pretty much going for the favourites is the real strategy to make some money on this event. Basically Falcons -1.5 seems like the best strategy ever on the group stage.
@boltz
Been to busy enjoying the first weekend where I am where there is sun and it isn't raining, so no, didn't watch any of the PL matches. Grin
Easier to watch every one of these tournaments each weekend in the winter when it's so cold to go out.
Once we get bored of the heat and sun tanning at the beach, then will catch the next one coming up! Cool

@arallmuus
You did hella good in the ESL Pro League matches coming up to the Grand Finals today?
Think I saw your acca for the win of over @2.58x on a betslip via another site right?
Well congrats to you on unlocking the code to winning in these CS2 tournaments because I haven't yet and gave up in the last tournament trying too. Wink

So today we have MOUZ vs Team Vitality in the ESL Pro League Grand Finals.
Who do you have winning? The favorites are Vitality but the odds don't look that great last I looked they were 1.35x

I think Lando has become a consistent contender and this will turn out a great year for the F1 fans, I think.
It depends. The car needs to stay powerful in the meantime. McLaren brought a huge update to Miami. This also helped Norris a great deal here.

However he is absolutely a wonderful driver. One of the most talented drivers on the grid undoubtedly. He got so many podiums - it must be 15 - until this race but still no win. Finally he took advantage of this chance and got his first career win. I would love to see Norris being a contender for podium all the time but it depends on McLaren to keep up with others in power.

By the way I read that Leclerc wasn't able to drink water during the race because of a system error. Driving a full race without water at 60° and still being on podium is really tough and nice work.
That is critical if Ferrari is having such failures when they have equipment malfunctions causing a driver to not retain enough water to finish a race in the Miami heat. As you can see after the race many drivers were pouring the water from their drinking bottles over their heads. What if that system error affected his breathing during the race?
So Leclerc would have a hard time retaining proper oxygen levels during the race from the G-Force pressure produced by the speeds these cars achieve?

Thanks for contributing some useful information for the rest of us F1 fans that actually care about these facts and not just the outcome for their bets or pool results.
I really do not think that Norris could have gotten a win with that SC giving him such a huge advantage, he definitely won because of that there is no doubt about it.

However, does that mean he didn't deserve it? Of course not, while both the SC being like that allowed him to win plus the new upgrade made mclaren much better, all of that is just shows that Mclaren got the right driver at the wheel when the time hits perfectly. Look at Red Bull, you think they could just put some terrible drivers and hope that they have good enough of a car to win? Of course not, they get the best driver Max at the seat, so does Mclaren, they are aware how awesome Norris is and he deserved the win.

Norris is growing better and better with time as well, he used to be a kid who rushed into things, now he is seeing more stuff and being more mature and I bet that he will win a lot more after this one. Just needs to wait until Red Bull car gets worse or crashes.
I do hope somebody else would win these races every other weekend.
That is including Norris and if McLaren can keep their car upgrades they way they have been, then expect them to win more podiums this season.

Max Verstappen has a 88% winrate this current stretch of races won while in comparison Lewis Hamilton has had a 82% during his best stretch.
Verstappen can win his 60th race this month at just 26 years old while Hamilton won his at 32 and Schumacher at 33.

It's bad enough to see defending champion Elena Rybakina having to withdraw from the Italian Open due to illness, and this year she has withdrawn from at least three WTA 1000 tournaments and two of them as defending champion, it seems like she and her team have to be more selective in choosing tournaments because she often get sick and that was the only obstacle she faced.
https://twitter.com/InteBNLdItalia/status/1788868637337477468

Rafael Nadal yesterday managed to win against Belgian Zizou Bergs even though he had to lose the first set, but in the second round his opponent was Hurkacz, this will again be a tough battle for Nadal.
Was surprised to see Rybakina resulting as a void on all my betslips I had put in earlier today.
Thought it was just a walk over but having her withdraw from the tournament is quite sad to see.

Nadal losing the first set was difficult thing to watch as he is a great tennis player and to see how frustrated he was after losing that set was quite sad to witness.
But legends always find a way to bounce back and he did.
Looking at his ranking I don't know if he can endure Hurkacz as his next opponent since he has been more active in the last couple years than Rafael has been.

My pick = Pacers ML @2.55. - Loss! Crap! I have been on a losing streak for the past few days. I thought they could win it after making that 12-point lead but they cannot protect it and the Villanova Boys are just too energetic.
Haliburton tried and he is doing some volume shots now unlike in Game 1 where he only shoots 6 times in a game. Still, he badly needs some help on the offensive end. Their defense is great, especially TJ McConnell against Jalen Brunson. It got me curious why he was benched on crunch time.

Anyway, we have two games later. Here are my picks.

Boston Celtics - Cleveland Cavaliers - Cleveland Cavaliers (11.5) Adjustments will happen and I think Allen is ready to play again. We will see. It will be a great addition to their offense and defense underneath the rim.

Oklahoma City Thunder - Dallas Mavericks - Dallas Mavericks ML @2.65 - I will not give up on the thought that the Mavs will steal one game from OKC's home. Game 2, adjustments. I know Coach Kidd is good at reading the floor, he did it against the Clippers.
Looks like both your bets finally hit!
So congrats as the dogs were out last night dealing a massive blow to the egos of the hometown crowds in both matches.
Boston game was a complete joke. Believe it ended with them being outscored by nearly 20+ points once everything was said and done. So I didn't even bother watching the last game with the Thunder.
And glad I didn't because the Mavs handed their asses to them in that one, so I didn't miss any sleep on that one either.

Another win, home teams really are racking in the playoffs so it's hard to go against the trend. I thought the Pacers would beat the home team when Brunson went to the locker room after a possible injury, but man he's really tough, he came back and lead the team even losing OG in that game due to an injury (which will possibly made him unavailable in game 3).
Yeah, that game was a rollercoaster, I thought the Pacers would continue to pull away once the third quarter started, but Brunson and the Knicks quickly brought it back in the third quarter.

I'll keep rolling the same bets for the Celtics game and better go with the same strategy when it's working since the previous series. I can't find the first-half team total market, so the first-half handicap should be fine. I doubt any adjustment is enough for the Cavs to make this more competitive.

Edit: My bet lost as the Celtics finally got that off day while the Cavs popped off hitting at least half of their three-point shots.
Donovan Mitchell managed to get 29 pts and 5-7 3 pointers from what I recall.
I too had the Celtics on my betslip so literally tuned out once they were down by double digits early in the 4th quarter.
Now only have the Pacers and Timberwolves to look forward too for tonight before the weekend comes.

Funny how you say all this with a Elon Coin as your banner. Undecided
So can your views be bias just for the sake of holding a signature to a coin named after the topic we are discussing?
Because to me that is not being truthful to ones self if you are getting blinded by your campaign on the forums.

Anyways, there was one thing you said which can be valid. The rich are greedy.
Just look at Warren Buffett for instance.
He has as much money as a man can know what to do with in ones life yet he wants and makes more.
It is a power thing obviously. He can't seem to get enough of it.
To him money is power but for Elon I believe it is the number of companies he owns and relaying he is right to the world. So Twitter was the ultimate prize to him because now he has a platform to do and say whatever he wishes to without anybody else to tell him otherwise.
Just look at what the SEC tried to do to him with their investigations on X.
Of course, nothing will come of it.
