There are different plans about the future. We will focus now on few important things.
- final development of blockchain solution
- easy-to-use DAPP that will enable mainstream adoption
- innovative marketing strategy to make average Joe aware of our product
- new partnerships are on the way with companies that will be cooperating with us or use our technology/services
- preparations for autumn when we will have to get first producers into our pool
- straightening of our team
- smart use of raised funds.

So as you see there is a lot of going on right now in our office. We will publish all updates here, on Reddit channel, Twitter etc. However, it is a long term product so short term valuations of SNC token should not be main driver to get one involved into our project. There will be a lot of volume once we enable signing up on our platform. One average household spends between 50 and 100 EUR for electricity per month so there will be huge sums of money flowing through our platform. We have to be smart here!

Bounties are currently being paid. It takes a lot of time so do not worry, you will get your bounties.

SNC tokens Transfers enabled now!

We are happy to announce that SNC token transfers are now enabled. You can freely move your tokens to any other address or to exchanges that already support us.

Deposits and Withdrawals are already enabled on HitBTC (HitBTC exchange) exchange. You can start trading with ETH, USD and  BTC pairs.

We are not going to be a grid management company but will legally act as a retailer. Due to liberalized market in EU with Single European Energy Market program anyone with proper paperwork can access this network and do its business. We will not manage grid systems but will utilize it.

Also there will be no need to access long-range power lines because business model is to produce and consume electricity locally.


Next week when tokens will be transferable.


First exchange will come next week, we are already trying also with Bittrex. You can always help us by writing Bittrex a ticket to list SNC.

Token Sale Summary

Dear supporters, we would like to thank you all for your trust and support of SunContract project, the first energy trading platform backed by blockchain technology. Below you can find short summary of token sale campaign:

Value in USD: 2 millions

Number of contributors: 2,274

Total supply of SNC tokens: 122,707,503

Starting exchanges: HitBTC, GateHub

Duration of token sale: 33 days

Enabled moving of SNC tokens: NOT YET

In next days, we will start define our NEW development plans. Due to lower raised funds then predicted, we will have to adjust some of our plans. However, we will try to develop as much as we can. More will be revealed in next few weeks. Please note that it is summer vacations period so it will take us some extra time.

MOVING OF TOKENS

Right now token transactions are not enabled yet. This is due to security measures we introduced to protect our contributors. After all security checks will be performed we will enable transactions and you will be able to move your tokens. You can expect that in next few days or in max. one week time. Until then we ask you for your patience.

EXCHANGES

Right now, we can confirm that HitBTC and Gatehub exchanges will list us. HitBTC is already offering IOU tokens trading. IOU tokens should be changed to SNC tokens after we enable transactions. GateHub will offer FIAT pairs like EUR and USD.

Other exchanges will follow soon. We plan to add one bigger exchange and few smaller. All new updates regarding exchanges will be revealed on our blog and through emails.

In few days when we ensure proper security. Right now we are doing some final tests to ensure max. security possible.

Tokens are created when Smart Contract receives ETH. So it is an instant process. That is why we do not burn anything because there is no need.

We would just like to add we are not disappointed about result. We were prepared for different scenarios and even for this one. We have plan how to develop a lot of features. We will reveal our plan after token sale. So no need for disappointment guys, Start-ups do not need tens and tens millions of dollars to provide awesome product

Energy willl be traded between producers and consumers and not to local utility company. Monopolies are not allowed in jurisdictions where energy market is liberalized in some way. Our main goal is to come to those kind of markets first and later try to get into monopolized markets.

Middle man as a distribution network will stay - TSO or DSO because we will still need local grid to transmit energy. By liberalized legislation they HAVE to give us access to the grid.
