401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Masters Golf Tournament 2019 Top Picks on: April 10, 2019, 01:32:28 PM
Ever since the divorce issue with Tiger woods, he has lost form and whatever effort he puts in amounts to nothing. I remember his days, he of course would have been in number one spot.
I can really say such thing, been remembering his glory days.  Cool

My eyes is on Justin Rose next is Woods as usual.
402  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BTCFLIPS.com 🎲 Player vs player coinflip game 💰 SIMPLE on: April 10, 2019, 12:54:11 PM
Design- Below Average
Fee- Way too high(do see some pvp coinflip games do have 3% deduction this one is 5%)

This is SIMPLE literally.

You should be atleast concern on designing the site to look it more fancy or attractive if you do like to gain players.
403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Blockchain Ecosystems May Change the Face of Online Gambling on: April 10, 2019, 12:37:08 PM
Gambling has always been a very profitable venture,

profitable venture ?  for gambling owners maybe but for the gamblers no i dont really think so  .

provided you are the casino owner, not the gambler. Numerous problems found in traditional gambling businesses vary from causing addiction to trespassing the fine line delimiting grey area from crime.

not only gambling owners but gamblers do also experience a problem when using a gambling site  . gambling owners are not the one that can cause addiction but the gamblers are because a gambler are the ones that play the game not the owners  .

on the other hand . blockchain ecosystem do help change the way gambling was . by using blockchain , users can feel confident that a gambling site is fair  .

Online gambling is more profitable for the casino owners as they do not have to spend any cost on maintenance of physical location or staff. They only need to open a gambling website and also do not need any sort of physical location. Now with bitcoin / Blockchain , people can hide their identity and still play gambling.
When it comes to expenses between online and physical ones then theres no doubt that online do really have much lesser yet you arent arranging many things.
Even though it is still much riskier or prone to hacks and possible exploits if your sites security is compromised. We have seen on how Blockchain do affect gambling industry and its booming
as the years pass by.
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightning Network: 1% Daily Compounded Growth on: April 10, 2019, 12:14:33 PM
most of the balance is from bitrefill and LNBig giving out loads of free inbound balance

https://twitter.com/lnbig_com/status/1105801755265241094

https://twitter.com/lnbig_com/status/1112688601429614593
(~750 of 1000btc is related to LNBig)
Thanks for sharing this up.This shows exactly on where those balance came from.

Wrong.

Transactions on the Bitcoin network are either slow _or_ expensive, not both.

He do directly tagged them both. Slow in means of confirmation and expensive when it comes to fees on that time.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Heard of Crypto Games Conference in Belarus? on: April 10, 2019, 11:17:35 AM
Hadn't heard of it before, but it's interesting that this is taking place in Belarus out of all countries.
Does Belarus have lax gambling regulations or something?

I know that they have pretty open views regarding cryptocurrency, but I wouldn't think this was also the case for gambling in general.
Since its been held there then it might be possible for them to be open when it comes to gambling yet on the first place that these conference do automatically include gambling industry.
406  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♥ ♦ BetHash.io | Crypto Gaming Hub |💰Lottery 🎲 Dice | Earn Passive Income ♣ ♠ on: April 09, 2019, 08:51:32 PM
Not bad compared to other eos based gambling sites offering.

407  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: How to move bitcoins from one wallet to another without sending payment? on: April 09, 2019, 08:37:01 PM
According to their tweet its not totally down.

Electrum servers are currently under a DoS attack. We are working on a more robust version of the electrum server. In the meantime, affected users should disable auto-connect, and select their server manually

I dont have any issues at all yet you can still connect there might be some slight less response same as said above.
408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin posts seven consecutive weeks of gains on: April 09, 2019, 08:10:44 PM
Consecutive weeks of gains wont really imply a guaranteed signal of new bull run coming up but its good to see these gains compared on last years movements and as The Pharmacist said above
this do start since January but im not really expecting too much too yet these gains is achievable on a short duration just like on that 20% rise recently.
409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Now you can test your trading strategies on simulated exchange and claim rewards on: April 09, 2019, 07:48:49 PM
Not bad rewards actually but these things will be mostly targeted out yet it wont really be that hard to achieve.

We are talking to bunch of potential sponsors to get even more cool rewards. In terms of achieving those profit margins, it's not as easy as you may think. If you try to get it quick then you must increase the risks you are taking. I saw one user lost 30k when trying to pull off 5x leverage short on bitcoin, and he was like half way there.
Good to hear about getting a bunch of sponsors but wont really be that easy for sure.I agree somehow on the thing you said on achieving that target. It may sounds easy but risk ratio would really be high.
The good thing here is that for newbies would able to practice out their trading strats at the same time they can potentially earn but it shouldnt really be minded too much because it would be a stressful thing.
410  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: bitzstars 100$ promocode on: April 09, 2019, 07:22:55 PM
Giving 100 dollars for free, that is even more suspicious.
With this line alone its already suspicious even big gambling sites wont really give out 100 bucks for free.

And its been revealed already that this is just simply a disguise thing for some sort of malware or virus. So everybody be aware on this one.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regulations only for BTC to increase in FIAT value? on: April 09, 2019, 06:58:46 PM
One reason I see is because bitcoin is already being used by people as a means to get more of their local issued currency by means of speculation and trading. If we kept the idea of 1 BTC = 1 BTC and people haven't discovered its speculative properties, we may have flourished as a strict P2P currency system without government intervention, however since people are using bitcoin to get fiat and vice-versa, that's when governments feel the need to step in. With this, regulations are somewhat painful compromise we as a community have agreed to ever since people exchanged bitcoins to fiat, and that is back in 2010.

In my opinion, BTC will never replace FIAT in that way. I dont think that was the point either. The point is to coexist and be an alternative I guess (?). So no compromise really made, right?
I agree completely. Replacing FIAT is out of the question in my opinion. Bitcoin was designed to serve as an alternate payment solution to FIAT, gold etc by providing users complete anonymity while conducting their financial transactions.

Regulation to an extent can help Bitcoin which is why I am not completely against it.
Dont know why people do forces out that thing about Bitcoin replacing Fiat yet this thing wont really happen even on our dreams.Traditional market would retain and as long there are
governments who do hold up, they wont really let those things to happen thats why dont really expect that this scenario would be plausible.Sad to say but in further for bitcoin to be recognized, regulation
is one of the ways.
412  Economy / Economics / Re: Next Reason For BTC Price To Goes Up on: April 09, 2019, 06:33:53 PM
With this line we can already make inputs and insights that fundamentals specially tried to tie up Stocks between crypto isnt always a precise thing.

"Though the S&P 500 and the cryptocurrency market do not correlate directly, both the markets lately reacted to what was happening in the US economic space.
"

We cant say that the sudden price increase on crypto do correlates with this event.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What're your thoughts on Shorting crypto, CFDs, and prediction markets? on: April 09, 2019, 06:18:01 PM
Wheres the article?

Answering this question;

Can DAPPs like prediction markets help bridge this gap, and make it easier for first time traders to speculate on financial assets?
Possible but not always a reliable thing for you to stick on and theres no such thing about being easy when it comes to predicting markets.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Digital options - Gambling or trading? on: April 09, 2019, 05:53:23 PM
IMO, digital options is a type of gambling but then again what isn't?
This is basically Binary options on where you do set out or predict on where would prices would go into a particular time frame or duration.Yes, it is somehow sort of gamble due to short period decision making but
this isnt actually compared to gambling yet you can make some analysis on where would prices possibly go on next duration unlike on gambling where you do fully rely on luck on the outcome and thats the difference among the two.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the new model of fundrising is IEO on: April 09, 2019, 05:38:06 PM
the BTC market in 2018 is very bad and created a bear market. and that affects the fundraising model (ICO). finally a new alternative fundraising was coming such as STO and new model fundrising can attracted many large investors is the IEO.

We know that ICO can make money quickly because of the public sales model, but the fundrising model is often used by scammers to get money quickly and only for the benefit of the team. even some projects don't care about their projects. so they only create bad coin coins that have no value on the market.
coins from the IEO can be directly traded in the exchange after the sale is complete. but the ICO model must wait a long time to trade after it is listed in the exchange. so I think IEO is reliable and user friendly. how about you all ?
do you see bad results from the IEO?

When ICO is not working anymore, IEO is the new flavor with a twist.  Since IEO offers much greater security to investors due to guaranteed listing when IEO is completed.

But beware, Some Low rate exchange starts offering IEO for projects without any due diligence so its open new doors for ICO scammers.
If theres a new or revised system to prevent scamming then there would be always some sort of ways to take advantage on how those scammers gain easy money once again and with
IEO i cant really deny that this gives out some security on investors side but the probability of manipulation would really be high. Why? whales do still have that edge on buying it out on initial phase
and leaving those small portion into smaller investor so you do already know on what would happen next when its already available on trading.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China refuses mining? on: April 09, 2019, 05:18:15 PM
it's a good thing. Bitcoin mining is not environment friendly at all. Who cares about miners from China? BTC exists before them, right? Smiley
If we try to look at generally,China do really have that big contribution when it comes to mining and theres no question in that but talking on stopping then i wont completely believe in that they will do that.
They are earning profits and its impossible for it to be abandoned.Knowing china do make some decisions and proclaiming things but later on they will take it back.So dont take it seriously.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest BTC Lotteries? on: April 09, 2019, 05:05:29 PM
I used to participate in the freebitco.in lottery even won it once.
Now days its seemed to have died down and no one says they've won anymore.
Lotto's went from 2btc to 0.6btc
I would like to see a forum lottery/raffle can we do that?*Drafting One
Try to browse this Gambling section alone and you will find tons of lottery based games that you seek of but i dont know if they are still alive or completely dead yet any lottery games dont gain
much attention thats why they do end up dying after they launch  Grin
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Access to copy trading service without commission on: April 09, 2019, 04:51:42 PM
Yes its totally free.   Cool

If those are real then no one would do it for free unless if those traders are just totally bogus and you are just presuming that they are different people.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We could use academic acceptance, I need your help! on: April 09, 2019, 12:30:15 PM

So, if you have participated in an ICO and you want to help me, please send a pm. It will be very much appreciated!

No one will surely waste up their time for you to interview them about their past ICO experiences unless if you do set some funds on exchange.

Why not asking here directly on the questions that you would ask about ICO? People or investors will surely answer it out and its good that you will able to
see different opinions basing on their experiences which you would able to extent out your idea about it.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS THIS TRUE ABOUT CRAIG WRIGHT ? on: April 09, 2019, 12:03:40 PM
Lots of faketoshi not only Craig but there are some of them but still cant able to prove out that they do hold up such address just like been mentioned above about the differences between them which
is definitely right.
Even i doubt that Satoshi wont tend to come out or be known so easily thats why its better to ignore those people who claim that they are satoshi if you dont like to get yourself to be stressed.  Cheesy
