401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Buying More Tickets To Increase Your chances on: December 30, 2023, 04:38:58 PM
How about you as a Lotto bettor do you buy more tickets when the prize skyrocketed and how many more tickets are you adding

I’m not buying more tickets because what difference it can make to increase my winning chance rate. Winning a lottery is much harder than being struck by a lightning twice. It’s game of hard core luck and the only time buying more tickets to increase winning chance rate make sense is when you are pouring out tons of money until you cover at least 70% above winning chance rate.

Buying a single ticket is enough for me to enjoy this game. This is PCSO which means we have same country. BTW I bet on all of those draw with huge jackpot but failed to even hit 3 digits above on my tickets.

What would be your advice for a pharmacist hoping to create generational wealth in the pharmaceutical industry

What kind of advice you want to get here while most of the user here doesn’t have generational wealth? You should read books from successful man that has same career with you if you want a legit advice and not from a random user here that still under employment like me.

The only way to achieve your goal is to have a huge capital to develop your drug that can cure disease like cancer which no one still achieve. It’s very hard to reach this goal by just being an employee.
403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rich, average or poor. Who loses more? on: December 30, 2023, 03:01:32 PM
So why are people contacting themselves. They will say the house would win because of house edge. Now they are also saying the rich would win than the poor. Is it not the others way around that the more the rich spend on gambling, the more the money the rich will eventually lose.

You mean contradicting on the bolded part right? I think the topic that attached on the OP as reference describes how huge bankroll can have a but advantage over small bankroll because they can play longer and has more space for error to recover unlike small bankroll which nothing can be done once busted easily.

On the other hand. Your analysis is correct if the rich people will play like poor which means betting reckless without maximizing his bankroll advantage by betting slowly.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The frustrations in loosing a huge bet when your winning was so assured. on: December 30, 2023, 02:39:54 PM
To those who considers making profits a priority in gambling, I have come to observe that it is much more frustrating when you looses your game at when the game was almost over and you were on the safer side (winning) and just a few minute or seconds before the game is over it ended up at your lost.
I come to understand that it is more worrisome when the sure winning opportunities was so huge and got lost lately closed to the end time of the game.

This correct since most of the gambler is already drain on the game while it’s too tiresome to play again just not to close in lose especially if the gambler already spend a lot of time on gambling just to get that profit.

I usually feel this kind of sense of tiredness when I suddenly encounter long lose streak when I’m about to leave the game in profit. Usually I’m all-in bet to end the game quickly regardless of the result since I’m only playing money that I can afford to lose which means no string attached if ever I lose because I already enjoy the game.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling.. on: December 29, 2023, 05:24:06 PM
Be honest with yourself and vote on the poll on What's Your Feeling After You Finish Gambling?

Mostly emotionally tired and exhausted no matter what is the result since there’s always a point in gambling that you experienced adrenaline rush due to series of losses and gains. I’m not exactly sure if this is really rewarding or not but I still can’t stop on coming back because this kind of experience makes me wants more despite I’m more on the lose side.

I just consider this as drinking beer. Beer is bitter and pricey that just makes me drunk that later on turns o headache yet I keep doing it because the fun experience is what I’m paying for when doing this kind of activity.
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I dodge KYC using the his medium. on: December 29, 2023, 04:44:59 PM

Requesting for KYC is not because of your big win, it's because of the withdrawal you're making request for, if you like, be making small withdrawals and if you also like, make the withdrawal at once, what is certain is that when they requested KYC from you and you're unable to make provision of it, you won't have access to make withdrawals, don't even think of dodging them by making false or incomplete provisions on what has been requested, else they may block your account.
Not literally the withdrawal process but rather the amount on his balance he will gonna withdraw. Normal amount withdrawal will not gonna trigger KYC so both the winning big(huge balance) and the withdrawal process are the factors which KYC triggers.

KYC(Know Your Customer) is just a process for recording customers details to counter money laundering. It’s either busting current money laundering act or for future reference once the authorities ask them for records of certain players.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best sources for discovering high-quality airdrops? on: December 29, 2023, 04:20:09 PM
Seeking reliable airdrops can be tricky, especially with the risk of scams. Recently, I've delved into blast.io, where participants deposit 0.1 ETH, receive blast airdrop tokens, and reclaim their ETH with added APY. Similarly, y24.io, launching on BNB chain, employs a resembling tactic: deposit 0.1 BNB, complete tasks, and earn up to 1000 y24 tokens daily. Given blast's success, I'm inclined toward y24's potential. However, as y24 is new, I seek guidance. The profits in blast were notable, and I anticipate similar returns with y24. Expert suggestions are highly valued here.
check out for more detail

link: https://y24.io/airdrop

I’m not even familiar to blast.io but both of them surely sounds like a ponzi scam since there’s no way to yield the deposit amount while getting airdrop at the same time. Who’s generous startup project that will give this kind of benefit by just completing minor task while sending a deposit.

This is not an airdrop but rather a different form of scam token sale. There’s no airdrop that will require someone to deposit on the given address because airdrop shouldn’t involved any deposit but rather just task.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Must you lose before you gain in Bitcoin investment? on: December 29, 2023, 04:16:28 PM
Questions like this has popped out in several occasions and arguments concerning Bitcoin investment. My friends will say you must lose before you gain or rather have more experience investing in Bitcoin.

This is not always true because you can have an early success if you will just hold on Bitcoin without being a weak hands when the price go down. The only time this saying is true is if you enter on investment while you don’t know what exactly you are entering because you will always be fearful when the price going down.

If you will just hold Bitcoin, You will never experience realized loss but rather just a paper loss which you can recover by just holding. You are not really losing your money on Bitcoin if you will just hold tight until the price is high that is good for take profit.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Launchpool, a possible earning opportunity? on: December 28, 2023, 03:54:12 PM
Yes, you need a large balance upfront to be able to buy any significant amount of coin from launchpads of popular exchange like binance. And in places you could, the quality of tokens aren't good enough. The current hot place for launching an ICO is pinksale if you are into DEX but the locking period can be tricky as most  meme coins these days are dead after months.
It's also a good idea to have the coin have its first pump and dump cycle and buy it on the dump. The price at that moment would come closer to the ICO price.

Pinksale is home of rugpull and honeypot projects since anyone can launch a token sale there without spending much money compared to popular launch pools. It’s very rare to find legit project on pinksale though. Launchpad from Bluezilla is much more reliable to join even though it requires to stake their own token but atleast it’s cheaper compared to Binance launchpool that is just being monopolize by whale and institutional trader that holds huge amount of the exchange token.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CASHOUT OR NOT???? on: December 28, 2023, 03:34:06 PM
op using 20000 to get a return of 362000 is not a bad business but if you are not comfortable with the idea you can live the game to play, but one thing you should know is that, know bet is certain, greed should not be attached to gambling because gambling is not what to hope with and people that understand this always scale through, so any gambler that does not desist from greed will continued to be unsuccessful, you said what if you cashout and the game play, when looking you stake, you will understand there is know loss attached even though you cashout.

Greed is always attached on gambling because you will not gamble if you will not feel any level of greediness of earning quick profit.

Back to the topic, OP is just betting using around 22$. This is small amount if we consider just the bet value but it’s already big for people living on 3rd world country. I’m sure OP is already tempted to cashout this bet that’s why he created this post but the best answer always depends on how he consider the bet amount.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to ride and stop! on: December 25, 2023, 04:32:20 PM
This doesn’t happen always. I would say you were just lucky OP, as you got this winning streak. In casino gambling no strategy works. Everything depends on your luck and seeds. At that time, you were just extra lucky. Gambling is considered as game of luck rather than skill, hence it doesn’t matter how you bet or if you start with low amount or big. It’s just some superstitions sometimes for a gambler in order to make good money.

Agree and maybe not all gamblers will be lucky in a row like OP experienced, of course every gambler will experience different or varied experiences, and this also determines the size of the amount of money that will be bet every time they gamble. What is certain is that when a gambler has to stop or even increase the amount of his bet when gambling, it is up to him to determine whether at that time it is the right time to stop or not at all.

If you are a regular gambler, You will surely experience this kind of winning streak because that’s how probability works. You can experience it the longer you play but it also means that you will increase the chance of experience long lose streak too.

I believe at some point everyone experience that kind of winning streak. The only difference was we only use same amount of small bet that’s why we don’t view it as a big deal compare to OP that increased his bet per win. OP method is surely for fearsome gambler that doesn’t afraid to lose win more.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lack of proper knowledge on casino games increases chance of loss and reduce fun on: December 25, 2023, 04:01:26 PM
I would like to ask if some people here has experienced this too and what is the possibility that most people who experience repeated losses are Ignorant of the game play patterns.

Actually regardless if you knew the game well or not. There’s no strategy that will increase your winning chance rate because the result is random even if you knew the game well during the time you play.

The only difference can make was you will be cautious on your bet because you knew what’s the probability of winning which means you will avoid risky bet such as direct bet on numbers when playing roulette since it’s very hard to win that way.

414  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your feelings if Bitcoin price takes your expectations unaware on: December 25, 2023, 03:19:04 PM
As a short-term goal Bitcoin Investor whose eyes has been on the Bitcoin market and has accumulated as much Bitcoin while expecting the bull-run markets to come and skyrockets so you can sell you Coins at a profitable higher price, and then you wake up lately maybe at night or sometimes in the morning and learns that Bitcoins value rate (Price) hitted the market even times 3 of what you expected for example, you awaits the market to hit $65K and then it hits $165K just at your slightest mistake of given the markets charts monitoring maybe few minutes or an hour break and then it depreciated unimpressively against your will probably even below your hodling value at your notice, how would you feel at it?

Although this is just hypothetical since Bitcoin will not hit that kind of price target overnight but as long as I secure profit on my target price, I will be happy already and ignore the potential profit when I sell on the ATH price that I missed.

I’m really confused on your narrative whether the subject sold on his target price or never sold until the price dump hard? This kind of scenario always happened on crypto newbie, They always end up at loss even though they have the chance to take profit because they aim for more.

Taking profit prematurely is still good compared to taking loss.

Before now, there use to be begginers and help encyclopedia that a member took time to make a compilation of thread lists of users that have contributed well to the forum and make their their thread a reference for others to learn and discover more from those selected threads,

That thread really helped many beginners, including me. I don't understand why the op decided to take it down. It could have assisted many newcomers, like the op, here in understanding a lot about Bitcoin and the forum. Well, op, you've been given some links to check out. I advise you to take your time going through them. Feel free to ask questions about anything you find difficult to understand. It's better to learn the right things as a beginner than to grow with incorrect knowledge. Also, consider using the search button or ninjastic space more often, as they will help you find information from topics that have already been discussed.

Is this the Bitcoin encyclopedia by Ratimov? The link you provided is not working so there’s no way to check the specific thread but assuming it’s the thread by Ratimov(since he is the one who deleted most of his post) the have an issue on forum member here and probably he wants to delete all of his contributions here as sign of rebelling.

His post is available on ninjastic and anyone can create a copy thread with a reference and acknowledgement to him to avoid plagiarism if there’s really a demand for it.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does casino streamers have influence in your gambling life? on: December 25, 2023, 02:51:40 PM
I came across on YouTube where a gambling casino social influencer was streaming about a casinos platform.
He literally brought out his phone and was illustrating to the audiences that it is just few steps to take the winning on your games which is making choice of your predictions, choose amount to bet and also indicate his hashtag referral code and click on confirm.
Immediately you get credited directly to your account that just you won.
I just smiled but I want to ask, how many of you guys develops interests on a particular casino platform due to the influence of the casinos streamers?
Personally no. I was actually influenced by my friends. I was a bit skeptical about YouTubers who promotes platforms that of course paid them or sponsored their videos for that purpose because the bias will surely there.

I believe even an influence by your friend still involves some bias on your friend’s preference tho. The only difference was you knew personally your friend while streamers is just a stranger to you but still have bias since you didn’t choose on your own.

I personally don’t use a suggestion even from a friend because I want to DYOR instead of relying to someone opinion while my money is involved.
417  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk mixer ban, Altcointalk is active in that scope. on: December 24, 2023, 04:39:27 PM
Altcointalk is completely messed up site.
Horrible structure,
Many sections and arrangement of sections don't make sense,
To many sections,
Sections about each shit coin,
Needless explanation texts as default setting,
Ads everywhere. Altcointalk looks like Las Vegas.

Probably because you have different preference. It’s a forum dedicated for altcoins so it’s obvious that they will have many sections since altcoins has a vast scope compared to Bitcoin.

I agree that Altcointalk forum is kinda messy when you compared it to Bitcointalk because this forum is made plain and simple but there’s always a room for improvement to correct the flaws especially now that there’s some user that teleported in there. I don’t see it as a competitor but rather just a different forum dedicated for altcoin since altcoin discussion here is too generalized due to lack of section and category while there’s tons of altcoins.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best copy trading platforms? on: December 24, 2023, 04:05:32 PM
Hi guys,
I am LF copytrading service for BitMex.
Anyone know nice site?

You may check the copy trading at binance but before doing day,

OP is looking for a copy trading service specifically for Bitmex but Binance copy trading is good suggestion too since it’s more trusted than Bitmex to do a trade.

Quote
have you researched that if Copy trading is a profitable business? Isn't learning to trade and doing it yourself is a better option?

I haven't seen anyone successfully telling his story after doing the copy trading. If you have a good experience on it, then kindly share it .

Copy trading is good when you copy a real professional trader because they will do the job for you on doing technical analysis skills. The reason why only few give a success story is because crypto traders is not contented on safe trade strategies by copy traders that’s why they prefer to trade for themselves on risky trade rather than copying the trade of pro.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between Physical and Online Gambling which makes a person more addicted on: December 24, 2023, 03:53:50 PM
Do you think Online Gambling has the worst potential of making a person addicted?

If we are talking the gambling games alone then they have the same effect on gamblers since they are using same gambling games. The only difference is the convenience of playing which makes online gambling more of an advantage on making someone addicted because player can easily play whenever they want unlike physical casino that requires travel especially if you live far from the casino.

But if we compared only using the effect of the gambling games alone, they have same tendency on making people addicted because greediness on making more money makes people addicted and not the casino alone.
420  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Campaigns in the Service Board on: December 23, 2023, 04:17:16 PM
Yesterday I did payouts for 4 of my campaigns with fees ranging from $35-$50 and they confirmed in the next couple of blocks. So for now things might be a bit better Smiley

As a member of your campaign. I don’t mind waiting for days or weeks if you will use a bit lower fee than the current insane fee due to ordinals since I will not spend it immediately due to high fee when I transfer it to exchange.

Participants will understand if they will wait a few days just to get their payment since we have an insane fee and this is not a normal occurrence. Fee usually subsides at some point of the day. You don’t need to pay an insane fee just to make the payment instantly.
