401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which campaign is better? Bounty campaign or Signature campaign? on: June 26, 2023, 07:19:17 PM
We are a bunch of ambitious folks on a mission to revolutionize the blockchain world. Our goal is to create a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that empowers individuals and organizations like never before. Together, we'll shape the future of blockchain technology!

We're planning a series of marketing activities, and we want your input on bounty campaigns and signature campaigns. Which one gets your heart racing? Which of these two campaigns do you think will work like magic for FireDAO within the Bitcointalk community and beyond? We trust your expertise, and we want our marketing efforts to align with your preferences and expectations.

In my opinion, i think it is better if you have both the Bounty Campaign and the Signature campaign together on the forum. Why do i say both? Bounty campaign helps your project presence on social media platforms while the Signature campaign promotes your project presence on the forum too. If you are looking for an example to observe or follow; you can check Seasonal Tokens campaign here on the time.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: June 25, 2023, 10:36:20 PM
2024/25 will be my first bull run and I have been patiently buying and holding for over a year now.

Just wondering for those who were in the last bull run what it was like and how fast prices pump during the peak bull times?

Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?

For every bull season or bull run; there is usually a new trend all the time which means that previous project would die and fade away and only a few of existing platforms get a chance to experience that bull run/change. To prepare for the next bull run i would encourage you to look into products with real value chain, such as bitcoin, ethereum, bnb, polygon, avax and many more as your bias prefers.

NOTE: Every time is a good time to take profit, the question is; what do you call profit? what do you refer to as profit?

People think Pochettino can be a better coach than Potter and Lampard they are maybe right because we know Lanpard is not an experienced coach and he couldn't have a good performance in the last weeks when he was coaching Chelsea, while Potter also had nad performance in Chelsea and he couldn't even get fired in the first weeks.
Maybe Pochettino can help Chelsea to improve their performance and get a better place in the table for the next season.

The truth is that Pochettino is a better coach than both Lampard and Potter combined. Pochettino  squad building and integration skills is not something that can brushed aside in the bigger scale. Also, Potter and Lampard got every media support before and during the chelsea job and failed miserably. Why is the media not giving Pochettino  a chance at all?

Yeah, im also aware of that. Sadio mane was not feeling comfort playing on bayern.

Sadio Mane struggles in the Bundelisga is not down to feeling comfortable or new environment; instead it has been down to niggling injuries; the Bayern medics have been unable to manage Sadio Mane fitness compared to his time at Liverpool; Going into his second season; i believe Sadio Mane fitness will be better and improve, he will already be accustomed to the training modules there and can get his fitness managed better. I am sure he prefers working with Tuchel than returning to the merseyside.

PSG-related stuff is what we're focused on now.

Coach
Mbappe
Neymar

I still believe that the biggest reason why PSG is yet to find a coach to sign with them is because of the uncertainties surrounding the clubside. There are several questions that begs for answer in the PSG team.

1. Does Mbappe stay or leave to Real Madrid?
2. What happens to Neymar?
3. Ageing defense line, and poor midfield options, are there plans and funds to improve the team?
4. Terrible squad depth; what plans have PSG got to offer?
5. Messi is off to USA; Any plans for replacement?
6. Given 1-5, what is the Job security that PSG offers?

PSG Board need to find answers and build the team efficiently and accordingly too. They are going into pre-season with ageing squad and teenagers

What is going on! now Mohamed Salah is rumored to be the next target for the saudi league team. I can't believe that the Saudi league teams are endlessly hunting for European football stars and this time it is Mohamed Salah who will be Al-Hilal's next target. At the moment there is still no information regarding salary per season, but what is certain is that his salary will be on par with Benzema or Kante. It's a crazy investment for the Saudi league team, they don't stop to provide a comfortable place for European star players to compete in the Saudi league next season. Will Liverpool be willing to let Mohamed Salah go? What do you think?

From my point of view, i think it is normal for Salah to be tempted to move to saudi arabia, new country, bigger wage and new culture. But i think Salah will reject this deal. Salah is still a prolific player and an important figure in the Liverpool dressing room. i Think he will remain at the merseyside. Also, i doubt Salah will leave england soon because of his family.

Even the bottom line must also be improved, Manchester United's games are often not properly organized so that there are many vacancies in the midfield and bottom line.
I think so far De Gea is still in very good form, if you look at the saves he has made so many times this season and I don't think it's De Gea's fault and also Maguire's, this team is fully responsible and Ten Hag must be able to improve the condition of the team This is so that it can be consistent in the next season.

For the front line too I think Manchester United have to find another way out, Kane is of course a very good option.

This is a very good point and yes i agree with you. The entire MUFC team are not properly organized and it can only be down to coaching. Blaming a player or 2 for this poor organization is a very lazy way to analyze the situation. So the big questions, what plans does Ten Hag have to make the team play better; new signing or not!

Another good news for Real Madrid and bad news for PSG is, It seems the Emir of Qatar asked Mbappe to extend his contract or they will sell this player this summer.
Real Madrid is obviously waiting for this moment to hire Mbappe.

https://psgtalk.com/2023/06/emir-of-qatar-to-mbappe-extend-contract-at-psg-or-be-sold-this-summer/

I think its a complicated news tbh. Its been a long while when Perez has splashed alot of money repeatedly on signings, now after getting Bellingham for 100M, would Real Madrid pay PSG asking price of 200M? With just a year contract on Mbappe deal?
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current Topic: AFCON Qualifiers 2023. on: June 22, 2023, 09:24:53 PM
Whether a win or draw, Nigeria still qualifies for the AFCON
Good news for Nigeria, but heading to the AFCON, there are strong concerns about if the current super eagles coach José Peseiro is the best option to lead the country to that competition. José Peseiro was appointed on 15 May 2022 and the contract is to end this june.

During his time, Nigeria lost two international friendly games to Mexico and Ecuador, won Sierra Leone and Sao Tome & Principe in the AFCON qualifiers, lost to Algeria and Portugal in another two International friendly games, Lost to Guinea Bissau in one AFCON qualifiers game and won the other, they also won against Sierra Leone in the second leg of the AFCON qualifiers. In total, he has lost five games and won just four.

Do you think he should continue?

The Super Eagles coach is not only incompetent, he is also not the right man for the job. Under his tutelage, the team has struggled to keep their leads, struggled to win the easiest of games; fail to compete in the big games, and do not even have rhythm at all. I doubt if the Nigeria team can scale beyond the quarter finals at the AFCON tournament
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 22, 2023, 09:18:05 PM
Pepe Reina extended his contract with Villarreal for another season while he is a 40y old player and if he really stays in Villarreal for the next season he can be one of the oldest players in La Liga.
Maybe Villarreal had to start seeking a young goalkeeper instead of extending his contract at this age.

I think the dude just loves playing football and doesn't want to stop yet haha. and with a comfortable environment for him in Villarreal he has decided to continue playing for yet another season. I wonder though, why he has not opted to play in USA, SAUDI ARABIA OR China. One last pay uno haha

After such a disappointing season Chelsea need a serious rebuild anyway, so buying a good coach is not enough, no wonder so many players are leaving the club. The real question is, who will be in their place now?

Yes it was a disappointing season for Chelsea football club and the rebuild has just commenced. Pochetino is a good coach, and he was signed after mutual agreement was reached, and i believe he can change Chelsea fortunes. Also, Chelsea are making excellent sales, they have a big squad and it is only normal to cut out and sell players who wants out or are excess.

The sale of Kante, Koulibaly, Harverts, Ziyech, Mendy and KOVACIC are excellent means for Chelsea to recoup fees and also offload their squad. The new coach gets to work with the new signings. remember chelsea signed up to 10 players in January

Tonali is very close to leaving AC Milan for joining Newcastle.

They are talking about 80m €

Tonali will be a good addition and quality signing for the Newcastle united team. I believe the team are shaping up for the champions league campaign ahead of them. Next will be a left back, a winger and a forward. and ofcourse a quality medical team (because Newcastle united forward line are prone to injury lol)

The transfer window is shaping up nicely. with Arteta also getting Harverts and Pep getting Kovacic
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: June 21, 2023, 10:03:58 PM

I can't believe that Ilkay Gündogan prefers to move to Barcelona. I'm sure Man City still expects him to stay, but he may want to have a new experience. Well, Barcelona is lucky to sign Ilkay Gündogan. He will be a great addition to Barcelona midfield line, he already contributed perfectly for Man City in the last season. I agree that he is the right player to replace Busquets. Ilkay Gündogan is an experienced midfielder, he also can function as the leader in the midfield line. Congratulations Barcelona!!

With Manchester city signing Kovacic from Chelsea; i do not think they expect Gundogan to stay. Its been over a year dragging contract terms and they have been unable to reach an agreement. I hope Barcelona are able to manage Gundogan injury crisis just like Manchester city did or it would be a wrong transfer for the club.

Right profile for barcelona? yes of course. Would he fit into the barcelona team? time will tell
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 21, 2023, 09:58:40 PM

I think there are not many teams that are rich in any league. Most of the teams are in debt although I don't know how bad it is in Italy relative to other leagues, but Barcelona and Madrid are also said to have huge debt. Those teams who have big investors don't suffer from those issues. But I often wonder how these clubs always survive their financial problems. I have never seen a club go broke so far in one of the top leagues.

I think the easiest way to put it is that Italian league is filled up with manipulators lol. EVERY transfer window; they never have the funds to buy players, but they request exorbitant fees when they sell players same summer. Yet they wonder why no investors or agent market their players to the league lol. I think the league should improve on their marketing approach especially tv broadcast fees so that the teams in the league are able to compete well

I don't understand Arteta's plan for next season

Contrary to opinions, Arteta plans for Arsenal next season is easy.

1. Bin Partey and Xhaka for good amount of money.
2. get Rice to play the Deep lying playmaker role.
3. set up a jorginho rice odegaard midfield, or a midfield diamond of jorgingo rice harverts and odegaard or a Rice odegaard and harverts midfield. either will cook massively.

The big question is that, can Arsenal sign Rice from Westham? Their owner is not one that you can negotiate with easily.

What is happening in Tottenham game ? it's minute 25 and it's already 5-0 ?

After this game , I'm sure a storm will be heading towards Spurs board members and some players. This is not normal for an EPL game...not at this level , not with the current players of Spurs.

Newcastle United are having a field day at home to Tottenham and it is inexplicable!!! Massive underperformance from the spurs players. I wonder what the coach would say during half time talks. the performance is just unacceptable!

No manager would want to take up a managerial job in a top club like Chelsea and get sacked before six months of his reign at the club and that I think is Chelsea's main problem in getting a another good manager at the moment.

The true context is that clubs are not avoiding chelsea because of the "fear of getting sacked in 6 months", instead top managers are avoiding the job because right now in london, the Chelsea football club is a mess on pitch, and off pitch. The owner Boehly has assembled a 600m squad who do not complement one another, over 8 attackers with no striker except "lukaku". over 8 midfielders with 1 cdm "ageing kante"

Its a big mess at Chelsea club, and to be candid; with patience and good clearout of unwanted players; maybe Pochetino might fancy the job
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 16, 2023, 03:16:12 PM
Sacking naglesmann can be considered a blunder. So many bavarians were very disappointed with the decision that was already taken by the management. I think that if bayern was still under naglessmann and the result will be different.

Bayern munich hierarchy fumbled with the sacking of naglesmann. It was evident that Bayern munich troubles this season was all goalscoring and this is due to the board not getting a replacement for Lewandoski who went off to Barcelona. Hiring 10 coaches will not change or improve that defect in the Bayern munich team set up.

The good news is that, Manchester city will defeat Bayern munich again in the champions league second leg and it won't be business as usual.
