PSG will probably do a bid this week for Vlahovic.

This means Mbappè will probably be sold to Real Madrid too.

Juventus is expecting 70-80m for him

The Mbappe scenario is dicey; reports says Real Madrid will rather wait an extra year, get Mbappe on free transfer and give him a bumper sign on contract. On the other hand, with Juventus struggling with FFP; I believe selling Vlahovic to PSG for a huge fee will help them alleviate the burdens.

United will play their first game of preparation next season against Leeds United in Oslo, perhaps this will be the first debut for Mount. United are reportedly ready to negotiation to pay £50M for Rasmus Hojlund striker from Atalanta. They wanted him as Rashford's companion. According to Sky German Man United are also interested in Ambarat, although there have been no more serious talks.

Yes, Manchester United are interested in signing Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund for roughly 50M with Mason Greenwood going on loan to Italy for a year. The signing will be the first time that Manchester United has signed a young striker since Wayne Rooney. Rasmus Hojlund will rival Antony Martial for a starting berth in the leagu; while Marcus Rashford starts the new season in LW

Chelsea are trying to make their ideal squad. but Osimhen I don't think I will go to Chelsea. Moreover, recently social media reported that Napoli's owner made a statement that only PSG could afford Osimhen.

Either Ligue 1, or German League or England, i do not think Osimhen will get any transfer this summer; the Napoli hierarchy has reiterated time and time again that neither Osimhen  or other starlets will be leaving Napoli this summer. That aside, i hope Osimhen  gets a move to Bayern Munich; he would solve their goalscoring troubles and become a legend over there. Chelsea on the other hand, is not a healthy place for any striker because the team is simply rebuilding at this point.

During Real Madrid's first training session yesterday, it was seen that Toni Kroos was mentoring the young players.

Thats why Kroos and Modric were extended by Real Madrid for an extra year, so you can expect more of such mentoring this coming season. Real Madrid has already gotten the midfield prodigy in Camavinga, Bellingham and Tchoemani; they just need calmness, more experience and big character to succeed; with Modric and Kroos there to guide them; the process becomes even easier

I believe Lukaku unwillingness to rejoin Chelsea has to do with the fact that he had to deliver for the club based on his huge sign on fee, he is expected to score goals consistently and any thing short of that won't please their fans, unfortunately Chelsea had lack a good striker for a long time, Abumeyang who ought to have been an option flopped and I don't think their new strikers Jackson and Nkunku will have an instant impact on the Chelsea being their first season in the club, personally I think Pochettino should include Lukaku in his plan I.e tactical formation and the fans should encourage him to give them his best by not putting too much pressure on him to deliver no doubt Lukaku is a very competent striker.

Well, Lukaku case is very complicated and messy at the moment; its messy because Pochetino does not have Lukaku in his plans; Inter Milan does not want him to remain with them and AC Milan that likes his personality cannot afford him. With Nkunku, Aubamayang, Jackson all ahead of Lukaku its not looking good.

Meanwhile, Lukaku is being disrespectful not returning to training; he needs to fight this new challenge and make the most of it.

I still remember Real Madrid really wasting some of its young talent a few seasons ago. Martin Ødegaard is one of the players I'm talking about, he has grown into a really great midfielder at Arsenal while Real Madrid failed to develop his great skills.

Everyone says this about Martin Ødegaard but then this is not Real Madrid fault haha; Martin Ødegaard wasn't cut out to succeed at Real Madrid and thats just it. Infact, no midfielder in the entire world would displace Kroos, Modric and Casemiro from the Real Madrid line up in those amazing 5 years when Real Madrid won 4 champions league titles.

Instead it was Martin Ødegaard who wasn't cut out to compete for game time against those stars; for example, Camavinga despite his young age competed for games and got good performance in the champions league quarters and semi finals, what did Martin Ødegaard did in his chances? he flopped. In the end, i am happy for Martin Ødegaard career turn in London with Arsenal.

What do you think? Was this helpful?

I do not believe that learning stops; either you are pursuing a career in education, medicine, law, engineering, crypto currency, digital marketing, comedy etc; irrespective of your field; LEARNING never stops; even in our day to day activities. This coined the word "we learn everyday"

What stops is your passion in a respective field; so instead of diverting your attention to different areas when a particular niche bores you, i would advise that as an individual, you need to find and figure out what works for you. When you figure out what works for you; you will have no troubles learning, mastering and improving on it.

BTW: i am someone who believes that everything is easy; if we want it, we can to achieve it.
My piece.

Its alright mate. I just wondered how the rewards will be computed since its a leaderboard style on galxe. But I heard that the rewards will be in a form of nft. What do you think? Does this nft comes with a lots of perks like tokens for linea network? Or probably another sale requirement on their IEO or ido on big platform?

I think the NFT by Linea for the Voyager Quest comes with hope. Why do i say hope? the NFT as reward is a form of recognition; The hodlers of the Voyager Quest NFTs can hope that when the Linea mainnet launches; and criteria's for the retroactive airdrop comes into play and is being determined, the Voyager Quest NFTs will be a criteria.

Anything other than that means disappointment for every Voyager Quest participants.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 07, 2023, 09:05:47 PM

If Napoli will win the serie-a championship is still unpredicted,  but I  think their winning this season can be a motivation to try their best again to win the Championship next season. When a team wins it always affect them in a way to go back the same winning circle.

The Serie A league title is very open and can be challenged by any of the teams (whoever is serious amongst them haha). For me; its looking unlikely for Napoli to retain the Scudetto title; with a new coach coming onboard and not a quality improvement to their squad depth; its looking unrealistic.

None the less; i expect another tight title race in the Serie A this season.
371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 07, 2023, 08:59:30 PM

Pochettino's burden is very heavy because Chelsea is currently a team that is in a very downturn and right now they are overhauling a lot of players in the squad so Pochettino has to reorganize this team from the start.

If the Chelsea owners are very realistic with the clubs situation; then i  would say that Pochettino burden at Chelsea is not heavy. Its a tough and doable task. Over 9 first team players are sold and replaced with very young talents which means its a rebuild under Pochettino

For me, i think it would be magic if Pochettino is able to get champions league football with that squad; they are all new, no chemistry, no depth; just too many new signings. Time will tell
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 07, 2023, 08:50:31 PM

This is an excellent signing by Real Madrid; the Spanish club definitely understands how to be a Galacticos with the way they reshape, rebuild and also strengthen their squad players through out different cycle. Slowly but surely; Real Madrid has assembled a very young squad of excellent and technical geniuses.

With a search for a striker ongoing; and a new coach soon; i just Real Madrid to resume their dominance again!

I do agree with this article that discussed about what things that must be completed by pochettino.

https://www.goal.com/en/lists/five-biggest-jobs-mauricio-pochettino-begins-work-chelsea/bltc8e04c997a1b22d6#cs067633bee269dae8

Since pochettino has become a new head coach of chelsea. Pochettino will have so many jobs to be done in chelsea. The main job to rebuild the chemistry in the club. Chelsea has been loosing it last season. It will be a disaster for the club if chelsea gonna repeat same mistake again.
So many chelsea fans are counting on him right now. Chelsea needs to go back again to compete with top clubs in EPL.
It's a shame the came of todd has been making the club performed even worst than before. A difficult time already passed by the club. it's time for pochettino to open the new story with chelsea.

The article is spot on. in my opinion i think Pochettino has got a huge huge job at Chelsea. He is required to build the squad from the ruins because presently, there is no core to build the team with. Pochettino needs to find a new core; find a balance and then proceed to build chemistry for the new team ahead of the start of the new premier league season. Its a very very top tough job. With top squad players such as Mount, Harverts and Azpicueza off to different clubsides; it is even tougher. Hopefully, Pochettino has a good reign at Chelsea.

If the takeover process reaches an impasse and Man United still belongs to the Glazers, then Man United will have a bottleneck this season related to the lack of budget spent by Glazer. But if Sheikh Jassim succeeds in acquiring Man United, then most likely Man United will experience a very significant development.

This is somehow incorrect; Manchester United inability to spend this summer is not due to the Glazers but instead FFP restrictions; MUFC Need to make couple of sales to balance their FFP regulations or they spend only a little above 150M. Every summer, the Glazers spend good amount of money in the transfer market.

If the glazers remain, it would be nice if the owners set up a competent football head team to oversea signings, recruitment and contract talks; that way MUFC gets better
376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 05, 2023, 11:39:20 AM

Top players need top managers to excel. See how well the Norwegian footballer Erling Haaland excelled under the management of Pep Guardiola. Steve Gerrard does not exactly fit the profile of top manager, he refused the deal before to move to Saudi Arabia, but since he has been without a job for a while, I am sure he has been forced to reconsider, also joined that the league is getting attention now more than last three months since they started heavily bringing other professional footballers to the league asides Ronaldo. He has some experience in English football as a player and coach in Aston Villa, and that can be of benefit to the improvement of the game of Al Ettifaq in the Saudi Professional League.

Haha, IS Steven Gerard a bad coach ? No he is not.
In case you forget Steven Gerard led Rangers to champions league and also to league triumph in the Scottish League before he accepted to coach Aston Villa. The marriage in Aston Villa failed, but that does not mean Steven Gerard is done for haha.

I think Steve will do well in Saudi Arabia; Steve thrives where there is little media pressure.

Saint maximin to go to the ac milan? Why not? As far as i can see that if his performance was being very impressive. I don't know why there are so many club put their eyes on him. He is a very talented player.
Im always feeling amazed by his performance, especially when the match between newcastle against city. Pep has been admitting him as one of the best winger.

It's very bad for eddie howe doesn't give him regular time to play. He deserves more time to play. I think that ac milan was taking the right decision to take him if club can. He can be a very good winger for acmilan.
He is one of most underrated winger in EPL. He rarely gets attention from media.

I do not think Saint maximin will go to AC Milan, or any other clubside, also, i do not think Newcastle United will be selling him either. After an impressive season in the EPL, taking Newcastle United back to the Champions League; Saint maximin will relish the chance the play UCL FOOTBALL with Newcastle than any other team.

Also, it is wrong that Eddie Howe does not give Saint maximin starting berth; instead the winger has an injury crisis that keeps him unfit for more than 2 months in a season.
Importantly, AC Milan cannot afford Saint maximin too if we are been candid haha.
378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 05, 2023, 11:22:53 AM

the situation that PSG is currently experiencing is indeed a little complicated because they have lost a reliable player and on the other hand PSG management is also confused about determining a policy if it will only retain Neymar but on the other hand the injuries experienced do not guarantee PSG's future in the summer and other problems it's on Mbappe's contract which is almost up and if PSG don't extend the contract soon or set a definite price in the transfer market I'm sure Mbappe this summer will just leave on a free transfer.
in a situation like this, the PSG management really relies on because if this is not resolved immediately it will make the player's performance decrease.

I do not think the situation is so complicated. Just yesterday, PSG sacked former coach Christophe Galtier, and has agreed terms with Luis ENrique to help with the squad rebuild. Also Lucas Hernandes, Marcos Ascensio and other 4 players are due to be announced. Messi is off to USA and Neymar is due to Saudi Arabia league while Mbappe looks set to meet with the new coach before deciding to sign for Real Madrid or wait an extra year.

Bayern Munich are really keen on bringing Harry Kane. Their first offer was found inadequate by Tottenham so they are preparing a much more improved offer. Harry Kane is really everything for Tottenham now. Even though they didn't have a good season the last time Kane still performed in a wonderful way by completing the season with 30 goals.

Hence the chairman Levy has never been willing to sell him unless there is an irrevocable offer. Bayern Munich are preparing to make that kind of offer for now. I'm wondering if they will be the only team in this race. Because PSG and Real Madrid have also been rumoured. No matter what Bayern Munich really need a top striker transfer now.

Daniel Levy (Tottenham Hotspur chairman) is a very hectic person to do business with and i am sure Bayern Munich knows this and that was just a trial first offer for Harry Kane, the biggest concern i have is that did Bayern Munich consult Harry Kane first? if he has the intention of leaving the premier league for the Bundesliga ? or if he prefers to remain in England.

Salah performance has declined slightly this season while Gakpo and Nunez have not been able to contribute well and Diaz's long injury has made it even more difficult for their attacking line.
But next season it looks like they are going to make things more interesting by bringing in some midfielders and releasing some older players which will hopefully be better for them.
Mac Allister and Szoboszlai could be the new hope for their current midfield but of course there has to be an improvement from some of their attacking players in terms of performance for next season to be better than this season.

This is slightly wrong; why do i say so? Liverpool generally had a poor and inconsistent season; but their attackers did not underperform, instead Liverpool struggled in midfield and Defense and Klopp has been wise to work on those weakness in the summer transfer window.

Salah ended the season with 46 goal contributions, Darwin Núñez ended the season with 19 goal contributions, Gakpo has 10 goal contributions (joined in january). Klopp has done the needful with the Liverpool midfield, next season; the squad will flourish
