4121  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: October 04, 2019, 01:43:57 PM
~snip~
every stupidity will also validated and in time will be punished, they can do anything for their merits because this wasn't regulated but there are many eyes here that observe and checking our merit management so don't cry for those who abused the system if 1 day they will be caught and tagged as their actions provides abusing of the merit system

we can see how many people here are being tagged for that same reason so if you love your account then better dont try this or stop doing
^ Forget the merit system and be a helpful member of the forum. I'm not saying this because I already had this rank but that what I did. As theymos said, the abuser of merit will become no more merit to abuse(correct me if I'm wrong). And for me, hoarding merit will not help you, if I have some I will help those lower ranks and give chance those lower ranks to rank up. How many merit did you buy and rank up? I think not worth it if you are shitposter.
4122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 03, 2019, 05:55:57 PM
I'd also like to share mine.

  • No withdrawal fees.

I sound very demanding but I am just being honest. Grin
^ Lol, great that was a very demanding reply and almost you killed the revenue of gambling site in that way. Grin
It will never happen to make a zero withdrawal fee. So it means they will cover the mining fee when on the blockchain?
Probably you will say that the minimum withdrawal amount should be in zero, not just by the withdrawal fee because I think no one gambling site implement that.
4123  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: October 03, 2019, 05:32:29 PM
~snip~

I remember when I first engage in cryptocurrency, at fist I thought that this was just scam but when i try it and do some research i finally get here and earn money for investments. I first get my first income by joining signature campaigns.
^ We are just almost the same in a situation before. I never know how bitcoin works before and I have doubt that it is somethings scam or fraud. But, after all I realized that this is a great opportunity for us to solve the financial issue, not all but at least it will help. On my own, the source of my investment came from my online job as an Online English Teacher. I send my fiat money into remittances going to my bitcoin wallet and then convert it into bitcoin if the value dropping down but if it's high then I will just be patiently waiting for its value to drop and so that I can buy it at a low price and earn big when the price increases. Nevertheless, at this time signature rewards weekly are also my source of investment in bitcoin.
4124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallets on older iphones are insecure on: October 03, 2019, 05:10:24 PM
~snip~

Exploits and security breaches can happen on any smart devices that is why crypto hardware wallets are the best option for any security breach like this one, same thing is happening on android devices, i think smartphones that are built with blockchain tech in mind are even better than hardware wallet e.g bitwings mobile that has better security features and 3FA introduction
^ It's not really advisable to use an android phone or smartphone as a bitcoin wallet. Definitely right, as of now, the best wallets are those hardware wallets that contain seed phrases and of course strong password. Here is my conclusion, I think just because the version of it is too old then and the bitcoin wallets, for now, are more up to date so in order for your android phone to be compatible on it. You should need to be able to upgrade on a higher version gadget for you to use all the features smoothly but the best option is never to use a phone as your bitcoin wallet.
4125  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: October 03, 2019, 04:54:41 PM
Can i ask some advice from trading experts here, How could i trade safely and assure possible profit from my investments?

Start learning about technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Candlestick patterns are very interesting too.
Support and resistance zones are usually good entry and exit points.
Use tradingview.
^ At this point, you can use bot trading as a tool to set you when buying a point and also an exit point. Before when I am in trading I used this tool to make my trading career makes easier. Probably I would highly recommend you to have an online research for those trusted trading sites as a reference. Because in trading it is not easy. It is also very risky as well and only one mistake will be the end of your fund and getting capital to lose. You might lose in picking shitcoins, so you better be careful and only invest in those coins that have a higher potential.
4126  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: October 03, 2019, 04:35:33 PM
Always remember that there are always risks in every investments that's why it is really important to identify the risks before making investments. I always consider the risks that I facing for me to know what strategy that I woll use.
That is a good advice to follow because that is true that it is really important for us to study and do some background research first about the certain investment to identify the possible pros and cons of the investment so we can easily adjust ourselves and we can set some targets for our investment to achieve.
^ Definitely right, or probably I think so but even if engaging with bitcoins put me at risk I will still engage in it because I do believe that I can be able to earn big from it, just like holding for a long time while you are forgetting that you have bitcoin stored in hardware wallet, years passed bitcoin will increase the price and your investment will grow as well. Engaging in bitcoin can make you rich and can make you poor as well. It's like sort of gambling so you need to take the risk if you want to get profit as what you had invested.
4127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 03, 2019, 03:58:27 PM
1. Provably Fair
2. Good UI/UX
3. Fast support/Responsive team
4. Doesnt have KYC
5. Attractive Odds (sportsbetting site)
6. Unique feature that havent been seen on other casinos or platforms

Even having these qualities wont give out guaranteed success but it do really have the chance to get some marketshare.
^ These are very common ideas that must be gambling site as sports betting have. You forgot the speed transactions regarding deposit/withdrawals. Because gamblers will always be looking at this kind of service in one online sportsbook. Once your site built you should also have a promotion on your company name that gives better exposure. Nevertheless, just spend of effort on this kind of business, then success will come unexpectedly.
4128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legal and illegal countries on: October 02, 2019, 03:06:45 PM
It is just sad knowing a lot of countries banned bitcoin. Although it was indeed a great opportunity for the individual, and for country itself as well. Well, bitcoin is a big risk on the other but a big opportunity has a big risk as well, we should sacrifice in order to gain back. I just wondering what made them block this great opportunity besides from the risk of losing money, and as well the unwell purpose of use.

^ Probably they will realize soon how bitcoin useful in economic growth and also how useful the system behind on this bitcoin or in crypto in general. Probably it is because there are some countries who that don't trust bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies the reason why some countries don't allow or banning bitcoin it just because they believe that it is a threat to the government and also some people use it in their illegal transactions most especially in the dark web( which government afraid of).
4129  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 -Quarter 4 speculation thread, where will 2019 end, join the LIST on: October 02, 2019, 02:43:58 PM

4130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoin casino bankroll on: October 02, 2019, 02:24:26 PM
I want to deposit my BTC balance and get stable profit every month. Do not offer me scam, but verified and profitable big casinos who have such option.
^ A gambling site that has a promotion here was always safe and no scam happen. Unless, if they are going to exit scam that probably possible to happen. Investing in a bankroll is quite risky because you don't know what will happen next. If I am not mistaken all gambling sites here are offer investment that has a house edge. Except for Yolodice as what I have seen in their ANN thread before they disabled the investment method. Nevertheless, I had noticed maybe OP did not make serious on the thread because I did not see any reply from him.
4131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Email SCAM: "receive Free Bitcoin and Ethereum With Bitcasino" on: October 01, 2019, 02:43:43 PM
But aside on this scammed happen here is the Bitcasino.io support explaining what really happens.
Sometime we can't avoid these incidents, even big exchange like Binace has been scammed and probably this is not impossible with gambling sites. It should be doubled your security system.

As a result, we can confirm that your account on Bitcasino.io is not at risk from this incident.
^ Good thing to know that the issue was in very fast results.
4132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A cryptocurrency entirely dedicated to GAMBLING? on: October 01, 2019, 02:21:28 PM
For me, since online gambling now is very popular and there are a lot of emerging gambling platforms online. No one uses fiat currency, because it is monitored by a government. Having transactions in the bank was highly regulated compared to cryptocurrency that is it having fast transaction and very reliable. The KYC process when using fiat was most likely gamblers avoided, so, therefore, cryptocurrency is very fit when regards to payment and usage in any form of online gambling.
4133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which betting type gives you the most payout? on: October 01, 2019, 01:53:03 PM
To be honest, I rarely gamble on betting sports. But when I was there I choose to parlay bets that probably gives a good payout. But others say it is very risky to bet and that right. Because when betting it gives you the worst odds to win, and the bets of parlay lose it will lose everything. But in online gambling poker is the best for me.
4134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Emotions; while betting, will you risk losing your fund to back your club? on: October 01, 2019, 12:18:34 PM
~snip~
In this case, I shouldn't let my emotion to take over. It's the worst thing that most gamblers does until now, resulted into losses. Gambling is about money and I wouldn't bet on a club where in the first place I know they have no chance. Moral support would be the best thing to do since it's your own club. But I won't also bet into opposing club for the sake of money, even if I know they are going to win. If you did such thing, it's a sign that you are greed in money and will do whatever the consequences are.
^ Good thing there are more people like this. Moral support whether it will lose or win is a great attitude that you had shown a solid and die-hard fan to them. These kinds of people are not gamblers, they are loyal fans of what club they had supported. Because gamblers are always thinking of money, they want to win and chase money. They are willing to betray their club supported before just for sake of money. Nevertheless, we can't blame them because each of us has a different perspective regarding that matter.

4136  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Nova Exchange on: September 27, 2019, 03:13:28 PM
I pulled out all my fund on their exchange site after I received an email to them. I worried about our KYC details out there if we are safe or they will probably sell that on the dark web. I hope they are telling right regarding what's happening now on Nova exchange.

Quote
The most important part of this message is this:

1. This is purely a Business Decision.

2. There has been no hack.

3. There has been no fraud.

4. There has not been any wrongdoing of any kind whatsoever.

5. Nova Exchange will not assume responsibility for swaps or forks starting from today onwards.

Looking forward to their staff to make a clear statement here.
4137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 27, 2019, 02:35:52 PM
Online cockfighting is among the favorite of most OFW's working abroad especially on on those who are in the Middle East. A friend of mine who used to be an aficionado of this online gambling shared his experiences with this game to the point that it had  almost cost his entire months salary and eventually did stop because his gambling habits  was getting out of control! But we cannot blame them since he said he got hooked into online cock fighting to augment his income and also to ease his loneliness while working abroad.
That is difficult to control when we have been hooked up already. In most cases, they find gambling as their hobby just not to miss too much with their family left behind from where they come from. But sadly it has a negative result and it sometimes may cause troubles.
^ If they are not controlling their selves in their gambling hobby they will be fine and it is possible that the hobby will turn to gamble addict if they can't control it. Many of OFW's working there need to have relaxation while they are in loneliness and the internet is one reason they can relieve it. Now, back to gambling cockfighting. That is definitely right, people who had a passion for betting in live cockfighting they will also do that in online gambling cockfighting.
4138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: September 27, 2019, 08:09:32 AM
~snip~
But right now. Almost any online casino I can think of accepts Bitcoins as a means of gambling.  I like that as the Feds are not all up your @$$.  It is also alot more secure as you do not have to submit your debit card information to untrusted websites!
^ The line that I underlined above was the exact purpose here why people/gamblers enthusiasts choose cryptocurrency in using as a fund in gambling. No one like to give information to the website especially when we are talking storage of our money the debit card or even ATM cards that contain our personal data. I would prefer to use bitcoin or other forms of crypto that accepted in online gambling. Nevertheless, when the time comes online kind of online gambling aspect will base on crypto.
4139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The price of BTC will go Up or down? on: September 26, 2019, 02:16:34 PM
chart movements are similar to 2017,
but before seeing the picture you gave, I am sure if the movement of the BTC will continue to rise, dumb a few days yesterday only for a moment, not long to go up and follow its trend, which is bullish, and the bullish trend will continue to rise until it reaches the peak. at least the peak is 1 to 2 years.
^ This speculation that we need to wait 1-2 years were probably near to the truth. The new ATH will come I believed. After this drastically dumped it will surge again like what happened recently(last few months). But it will always be bouncing back and only strong hand will get a profit, not like panic sellers. If you invested in the bullish trend price just wait for a while, because there is a high chance it will come back again where the price you invested and wait until your profit was there.
4140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin / Altcoin poker rooms on: September 26, 2019, 02:02:59 PM
My question is a little unusual. But I have been playing poker on Tigergaming for several years and want to move to another room where I can use Bitcoin. Can someone recommend such?  Huh
Hey mate in my simple search using the keyword above.  i found this stuff in google.  wherein they have a list of 10 best bitcoin poker games also. I dont know if its legit but i saw some reviews option each one of the rooms ,so maybe it can help without further do in my own opinion. . Follow this link if you are interested Here .
^ Good suggestion bro, I saw there that there are 4 poker gambling sites out of 20 that running before here a signature campaign. I think they are legit to choose. These are SwcPoker, Nitrogen, Cloudbet, and BetcoinPoker. I really love to gamble in a poker game because this just needs skills not only based on luck and I like the site those given here. But choosing a poker room is quite difficult to find someone legit if you don't do research and good thing we can find reviews here in the forum.
