What problems does Sirius solve that goes beyond ETH?

Count me in on your project.
Smart chain = blockchain with smart contracts?

A fair amount of how XRB works depends on being able to see balances of accounts and their respective chains. How can delegates vote on whether a anonymous transfer was valid if they cannot see the amounts?
Please let the developer proposing this project answer.

Not really sure about the name STONE.
Stones sink and can't fly to the moon. Stones are dead.

How much development experience do you have?
What languages and libraries will you use to build it?
I cannot see this project being much of a success without smart contracts. Do you have a plan to add this functionality?
My questions have gone unanswered.

We've just seen the tip of the icerberg with Semux.
10,000 txs per block is coming.
And a 64bit smart contract VM.
You see Ethereum at $800 and QTUM and NEON at ~$50-70 and you know where Semux is heading. Good to be in on this coin early before it launches! Best advice.
Do everything you can to make this project grow and we all win! Grassroots style!

Wagerr will be its own blockchain with masternodes. This has always been the case and still is.
Not long until release!
Wagerr is going to generate a lot of interest.
The sports betting will be popular and drive a lot of transactions and fees to both normal pos peers and masternodes.
Plus masternodes will get matchmaker fees. Lots of money to be harvested here!
Keep up the good work devs!

From EOS FAQ
As block.one will not configure and/or launch any EOS Platform, block.one will have no control over when, how or whether the EOS.IO Software is adopted or implemented, or how, when or whether the EOS Platform is launched. As such, you should not expect and there is no guarantee that you will receive any other cryptographic tokens or digital assets now or in the future.

What is incentive for running a peer? Does the peer do PoW or PoS? If there are no fees what incentivizes higher end peers with dedicated IPs, etc to run?

I heard a rumor this coin is going to spike on surprise news any day. Anyone know about this?

Now this sounds like a good idea.
No wasting time, no marketing smoke and mirrors, just a focus on development.
How long do you think this will take?
Will you need a trusted setup with key signing like for ZCash?
I heard there is a thing called ZStarks (or something like that) that does not require the trusted setup.

This is fake news.
There will be hardfork of Sia in approximately 6 weeks (at block 139000) to correct a bug in the latest Difficulty Adjustment Algorithm. But it will not be an "airdrop" as it will not be a contentious hard fork: all the users, exchanges and miners will adopt the new consensus rules (included in the upcoming 1.3.1 release), so the legacy blockchain will be abandoned.
Please, stop spreading confusion among users and cite your sources whenever you announce something as important as this
Thanks! If you are looking for something new and FAST --> checkout Semux!

I watch everything on this forum. Over the past couple months the best project going on is Semux.
Semux doesn't contain a lot of marketing bullshit, but has solid idea and solid developers.
We are going to take this coin to the moon! Semux can already handle 5,000 txs per block and 10,000 coming soon.
