421  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer Podgor on: May 12, 2017, 03:51:18 PM
Is there a way to check all the IP's that were used by the account?

First I see some messages in my email bu they're not in my inbox, now this.

I didn't deal with this user recently and I have no reason to steal $60 when I sell hundreds daily.

Can you explain why you blocked my PMs?
I trusted you after having several deals with you.
422  Economy / Scam Accusations / Scammer Podgor on: May 12, 2017, 09:36:30 AM
Podgor: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=943442

Amount scammed: 0.02602561 BTCs

I have done numerous transactions with him before, he always went first and deals were smooth.
This was the only time i went first, gave him $48 BTC he had to give me $60 AGC.
User blocked my PMs and never gave me the AGC.

Chat screenshots :-

Bitcoin txn: https://blockchain.info/tx/8431095b8a8e6988d424aff3f416efa76ccbd4b2bbab1cf48b1d5e765dfcd5ae

Of course this was my mistake for trusting him after having several transactions, i went first with the txn for the first time.
Lesson: No matter how many previous transactions you have done, don't trust them. It's funny how Podgor scammed for such a small amount and broke all the previous trust. More than him, i blame myself.
423  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling $50 Amazon Gift Cards [Bulk Buyers Wanted] [70-75%] on: May 12, 2017, 09:23:02 AM

424  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Amazon Gift Card Balance for 80% Bitcoin (+Amazon Coins, PlayStation, XBOX) on: May 12, 2017, 03:31:24 AM
After having multiple transactions. User scammed me of $60 AGC. He can't be trusted.
Podgor's account was hacked, my PMs were blocked by some hacker, not by him. He gave me the $60 fulfilling the deal.
I still trust the user and will be having more deals with him in future.
425  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Amazon Balance for Bitcoin (+Amazon Coins, PlayStation, XBOX) on: April 20, 2017, 05:28:20 PM
Bought another $60 AGC from the user.
Deal was smooth just as last time.
426  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you recommend me an anime movie? on: April 12, 2017, 07:04:49 AM
Try watching - Byousoku 5 Centimeter (5 Centimeters Per Second)
I am pretty sure you will like this anime movie, it's another beautifully drawn romantic anime movie with beautiful songs.
427  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Amazon Balance for Bitcoin (+Amazon Coins, PlayStation, XBOX) on: April 10, 2017, 11:25:47 AM
Bought $50 AGCs for 80% BTCs at preev rate.
Trade went smooth.
428  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with most of your day? on: April 03, 2017, 06:13:10 PM
Most of my day is taken by computers.
Sometimes I watch a series, sometimes I play some games and most times, I code and program some software or project.
My day revolves around computers. It's a miracle that i haven't have to wear glasses yet.

I also have to work very hard with a computer, but in a few years my eyesight has worsened a little. I still refuse to wear glasses, I think to increase the amount of vitamins for vision.

I can relate, i too have a very bad vision. It's -4.5 D yet i have to spent all day in front of screen, i think i am going to regret this in future.
429  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with most of your day? on: April 03, 2017, 06:11:47 PM
I am really busy these days learning about graphics designing and some python coding. I really want to be more active on this forums but can't be due to time constraints. Most of my day is spent in front of computer screen.
430  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: January 12, 2017, 04:16:44 PM
I think that we don't need to discard this idea at start. Of course that Bitcoin users have negative opinion when banks are mentioned because they probably think on traditional banking system that Bitcoin is total oposite to. I feel that too. But for Bitcoin bank we can use the best banking features and discard all the worst. I'm not saying that I'm 100% for Bitcoin bank but I'd like to say that this idea maybe could be more developed and adjusted to the Bitcoin.

" for Bitcoin bank we can use the best banking features and discard all the worst".... Why do you think current banks discard the worse and use the best features? ...it's because this is how banks earn, a perfect bank for consumers will be a bank in loss.
but to me i think still there is no need of bitcoin banks, because still the bitcoin users can use online wallet for saving bitcoin, i think using online wallet is the most easy way of using it as you do not need to visit a bank and use card or checkbook for withdrawal of your bitcoins.

Exactly! Banks need to stay out of bitcoin, there is no need for banks and decentralizing the beautiful concept of bitcoins. Sadly i don't think its possible... banks will interfere and its inevitable, banking is one of the oldest known business and it won't go down easy.

433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: January 12, 2017, 01:42:43 PM
Yes, I did own 1 BTC, I keep spending as i get them so currently i only have 0.4, sold 1.2 recently (it was an urgent need). I think the goal for this year will be to have 10+ BTC in wallet at a certain time, i hope to succeed.

435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the best moral / immoral ways to become Bitcoin millionaire? on: January 08, 2017, 02:17:58 PM
Become millionaire in dollars and buy Bitcoins from it ... You're a Bitcoin millionaire. "Bitcoin millionaire" is no other than just a millionaire, start a business, a huge business accepting Bitcoins.... Or if you have a huge bankroll just buy as many Bitcoins as you can at the lowest rate and forget about them, after many years you'll be at a huge positive profit.
Immoral ways? ... I won't bother explaining them as they're quite obvious and no one should be interested in them.
436  Local / India / Re: I am feeling very sorry for Demonetization in India on: December 27, 2016, 05:24:41 PM
Hello My Indian Pals,

Hope you all doing Good!

The recent demonetization in India had  huge impact on general people. I really feeling very bad for them. How you  people are managing your expenditure these days?

What do you think, is demonetization process really the right way to stop corruption?

If i think on a small scale of just myself, no i didn't faced any problem at all due to availability of credit cards. Almost everything i needed could be purchased via either credit cards or by transferring funds into paytm which surprisingly almost everyone in the country is getting familiar with. I sold my bitcoins to get paytm balance. (I've been doing this before Demonetization too)
But, on a larger scale it's true many uneducated, poor or simply others in general have faced great difficulties, I've seen very long ques formed to withdraw money at late nights, not everyone is familiar with apps like paytm and have credit cards so they highly depend on cash. But i insist on looking at the bright side, while many people have somehow "fixed" their black money still many have surrendered/lost it. I think this was the most bold and huge step taken towards stopping corruption. I speak in favor of Demonetization maybe because i haven't faced even any hardships.
437  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2016-12-01] ToI: FIR against Delhi businessman for not returning Bitcoin on: December 11, 2016, 05:08:21 AM
This is really interesting...
I look forward to the results

We have a big list of scammers mentioned in this forum itself.
We can try and extend these results to these scammers as well.  Smiley
I don't think that the person will be convicted  for this. Does government even consider bitcoins as a property/currency or something that can be possessed?
438  Economy / Web Wallets / Whats wrong with blockchain.info? on: December 07, 2016, 03:14:08 PM
Why aren't blocks being updated on blockchain.info?
Why aren't transactions made from the site not getting confirmed?
439  Local / India / Re: High difference in Coinsecure - Zebpay & preev's exchange rate. on: November 24, 2016, 08:26:28 AM
Its not in our control with Coinsecure.
Users can set and maintain any rate that they want to.
But by the way what is the exact reason for such a difference between the price of bitcoin in the international exchanges as compared to the indian ones?
The difference is getting large everyday. Does it have something to do with demonetisation?
