422  Economy / Economics / Re: Does halving really create deflation? on: December 01, 2019, 09:18:29 AM
In a way this is a trick question, we all know there will be just 21 million Bitcoin, what people don't understand about Bitcoin is part where it can have more decimals. If miners agree on that one day, they can do that. Theoretically, Bitcoin can be modified, modification can lead to inflation or deflation, or to be made to be suitable for mass usage. All that depends on miner's decisions, and all others who help the network somehow, cause before everything that's decentralized network, all of them need to agree before they do anything.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do with a 1000$ and what would you do? on: November 30, 2019, 12:19:30 PM
Invest in Bitcoin and wait for the price rise. When you don't know where to invest, sticking with Bitcoin can be the best possible solution. Some altcoin can be a good investment, there are many of them now, many good ones that are surviving for years, altcoin wish huge potential, but nobody knows what future holds, Bitcoin investment is a risk, altcoin investments are a bigger risk, it's on you to decide how much can you risk and what kind of profit you expect in time.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long term hodl ! What a joke on: November 29, 2019, 11:17:07 PM
It's a joke that someone is making fun of long term holding. Every short investment is a risk, you are gambling that price will rise or drop in some short time period and you will make a profit on that. Long term investing is safer, cause you investing in service or a product that will be used by people more and more, with that price can grow and you will have profit. Long term holding is safer, it can be more profitable.
425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to learn bitcoin trading? on: November 29, 2019, 07:21:08 PM
How do you learn anything else? You read about it, you learn some basics and you practice it, more practice will lead you to more knowledge. You can lose some money, maybe trading is not for you, nothing bad about it, just quit and do something else. In life, each of us should try different things, only like that you can find what suits you and your set of skills.
426  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much can bitcoin cost in Future. on: November 28, 2019, 11:09:36 PM
Anything can happen. I don't need to mention here optimistic predictions we can see around, some people believe the moon is possible and that we are heading there. Personally I believe in Bitcoin at $100K, and I believe that will happen in the next 3 years! Sooner the better, but I'm trying to be real when I make predictions for the future, in that way, there are fewer chances for me to get disappointed.
427  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't react to the fluctuations on: November 28, 2019, 05:07:30 PM
If we react for every price fluctuation on cryptocurrency market finally we will not get anything in our wallet so I advise you to hold your Bitcoins for long term profitable goals.
If you want to react for the fluctuation you need to be a trader or trader mindset while you deal such situation. Investment on BTC is like gold and you don't need to worry for small fluctuations.

You are wrong, some people earn from fluctuations. Traders that buy low and sell high are making a profit, cause price fluctuate all the time. People who invest in the future, that means just for holding for some longer period need to run away as far as possible from news and fluctuations, just to wait for the future to come. If they bother to read news and follow fluctuations they will go crazy probably.
428  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should we focus this year? on: November 27, 2019, 03:08:16 PM
It's a nice picture, many people still don't know much about Blockchain, but that will change. A logical assumption is that we need to focus on education, spreading knowledge. It's something that we are doing all these years, but it's time to push harder. If we focus on that, people will learn about Blockchain, more people will be involved, the prices will grow.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT To Get Scammed on: November 26, 2019, 11:50:43 AM
Just be careful what you do, spend some time in researching and verifying the information you saw somewhere. And from time to time we all face with some risk, new projects under the radar, without many info around except their official site, then you risk some little amount you can afford to lose, it is in a case if you like the project but you are not sure if it's safe.
430  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: November 25, 2019, 08:34:54 PM
Since anything is possible in crypto space, I will go for multiple holding wherein 70% in Bitcoin and 30% in altcoins. It is given that majority of us are trusting Bitcoin but we never knew what can happen in the future so for me it's still good to hold some strong altcoin to maximize my investment in the long run.

That's ok, 70% in Bitcoin and 30% in altcoins. I'm for diversification, never hold all your eggs in one basket. Diversifying is good for safety, safety is always important. There is one more good reason for diversifying, some of the altcoins have a promising future, and in time they can make a higher profit for you. Two good reasons to have a portfolio with Bitcoin and some strong altcoins.
It does not really need us to keep Bitcoin alone for we haven't an assurance. Bitcoin will always be trusted but somehow we need to take some precautions and taking some options to altcoins. I actually doing this since before and it is quite safe. But of course, we take consideration also when investing altcoin, we have to invest only those who have potentials otherwise, you are just throwing your money.

We need to risk! That sounds much better. We can't predict the future, we need to risk if we wish to gain some higher profit. There is no assurance, I agree, even for Bitcoin! Every cryptocurrency is a risky investment, and more risk sometimes means more possible profit after some time. We all have some good picks among altcoins, that we believe in the long term, and that's a good thing, we need to support projects  if we wish them to see on top, every project is strong only with a strong community!
431  Economy / Economics / Re: BEEN IN THIS GAME FOR 6 YEARS on: November 25, 2019, 07:13:34 PM
3+ and counting. When we can't stack Bitcoins, they are too expensive, we need to stack sats, and some other altcoins. I believe more in cryptocurrencies than in any fiat currency, I think more in cryptocurrencies than in fiat, some people said that I'm crazy, some people around me couple years ago, they are not saying the same thing now, they ask me where is the price now, and other questions. They probably regret cause they didn't believe me, but they will never say that.

433  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for current bloodbath on: November 23, 2019, 10:50:40 AM
We have seen a overall bloodbath of all the crypto currencies and bitcoin being no expectation, but most of the users had predicted a dump before pump which could possibly happen post halving but isn't it too early that we are witnessing this dump? What do you think has created this dump?

There was a news from china that said china's central bank are anti with cryptocurrency that made bitcoin's price dropped significantly. The bad news from china is always succeed make the price of bitcoin fall down. And also based on the chart history, december will always bad days for crypto because many people are cashing out and sell theirs.

Every once in a while we have some bad news from China, and every time people think that this bad news are affecting the price in a negative way. Maybe it's true, maybe not, I think that we give them too much credibility, but who knows. We have been in similar situations many times, price drops without any reasonable explanation. I don't like conspiracy theories, the price is down and we can't do much about it except to buy the dip!
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it Possible Stellar Lumens/XLM Reach $100 on: November 22, 2019, 12:04:07 PM
I personally said Stellar wouldn't be able to..  $100 with a circulation of 20 billion coins!!  it is very impossible.  I predict the highest Stellar price will only be $5- $10 (with current coin circulation)
That's always the consideration, the numbers of coins and how much investment is needed in order to pumped up this coin to this level. There's a lots of people and huge amount of new money to create this pumped. If you are going to think about this you can assess by yourself if how far this coin can go. It's a matter of time before it can go and reached $1-$5, it will be lying from how the market will pumped up.

Do you even know what is $5 from this price now? It sounds too good to be true! And if by any chance, that is true when can that happen, in 10 years from now? I have some Stellars, but I don't expect much from them, to be honest, an all-time high price was under a dollar, and I would be happy to see Stellar there again, but anything more then that is not realistic to expect in next couple years.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which DEX do you believe will be the most used 2 years from now, and why? on: November 22, 2019, 09:53:48 AM
I like Waves.Dex, easy to use, old and reliable. I'm leasing some Waves and I get some tokens for that, I trade with them too. Just recently they upgraded Waves.Dex to Waves.Exchange. I downloaded that new upgrade yesterday but I didn't try that yet. I will check a new look and design and I hope it will be better than before, with some additional options.

437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin dead? What's happening? on: November 20, 2019, 07:29:04 PM
Litecoin is still much alive and it's not dead at all. We all known that most coins are passing through difficult times and Litecoin is not an exception to this. Personally, I see a great potential in Litecoin and all I keep doing is buying more of it in anticipation of Litecoin green days

Litecoin is one of the oldest coins in the crypto world. It's not dead, they are experiencing a downtrend after the halving, which is announced in some way that miners will have a problem to adapt for some time. I'm not buying Litecoin at the moment, I have some from the old days, but I will not sell before some new all times high price.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Ethereum? on: November 20, 2019, 10:41:45 AM
We will see that after the upgrade. Before the upgrade, we can discuss what will happen, about our expectations, all that is just talk, that needs to happen and we need to see realization, after that, we will know much more in which direction Ethereum is going.
Now I think that this upgrade will be good for Ethereum, many people find staking more attractive then mining. In the long run, this can boost demand for Ethereum.
439  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: November 19, 2019, 05:57:05 PM
If you think you are a professional then you have to trust yourself and you will definitely have the profit to pay off your debts within two months. And if you find that you can't repay your debts, they may just give you a penalty. And they would not kill you and be imprisoned
That’s true if we are skilled and we know rules of trading then we can make profit from trading but it’s also true that market is so volatile that we will have to look at it. Buy coins only when price is low and trade for long term only as it gives good profit. In two months if you are so expert trader and you have good luck then you can win in trading but mostly depends on market situation.

With cryptocurrencies anything is possible! Bitcoin made ATH in just a week, two months in crypto are a long time, prices can go to the top and get back for that time.
With a good coin, you don't need to be an expert. Simply buy a good coin and wait long enough for double the price. Quick reminder, Bitcoin made x3 from the start of this year to this moment now, and in one moment when the price was over $10k, it was x4.
440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: November 19, 2019, 12:16:34 PM
Anyone who gambles online knows that cryptocurrencies are better and easier to use. Easy and fast deposits, same as withdrawals, there are no bothering about KYC, cards, documents, and many other things that drives us crazy!
When I started with online gambling it was a pain in the ass for me to deposit and withdraw money, with cryptocurrencies everything was so easy and simple. I will never return to fiat online gambling!
You're right about the convenience part and the fast withdraw part to be one of the basic reasons why most gamblers like crypto gambling sites but the last I checked there are still some crypto gambling sites that also bothered their site users with the KYC procedure sometimes when the players are winning.

There are, that's true, but we don't need to use them. There are good casinos that don't ask for KYC, with any cryptocurrency. Those casinos that ask for KYC are probably registered in some countries that have strong gambling regulations, it's their obligation to apply KYC if they wish to have a legitimate business.
