If you can be a professional dota player, then it is a good choice. You will be paid heftily just by playing your favorite game. So if ever you want to replace gambling with dota, be sure you are a serious player and make it your goal to be a professional player. In that way, even if you are addicted to it, you are earning a lot too.

Well playing games like these maybe will be a great substitution for you addiction in gambling! but getting addicted into something is really bad but being a professional in it and doing it for your country maybe it's half bad well there is now a tournament or these kind of games right now are getting popular and being value in different parts of the country.

it always helps to divert your attention and time to something else instead of gambling if you trying to quit it.

and as a Dota2 player i can tell you that Dota2 is pretty addictive and you can get hooked up real easy and real fast with a lot of fun.

Yeah, it is better to be hooked in dota2, lol or hon and be a professional player than on gambling. Tournaments alone on these games have a huge pot money. Millions of dollars. Just playing there and crowds cheering will get you high, plus the prize money. It is a lot better than gambling where no.one cheers for you and you lose a lot of money.

or Rich people gamble just for show off to their friends or to attract girls to get into bed  Grin  Grin
yeah if i were rich i would most probably do that, though there would be a possibility that i would waste all my wealth

That is for sure when you go gamble your money. It will all be wasted and lost to casinos. Unless you have a very lucky charm, there is so little chance that you can retain your wealth when you gamble and get addicted to it. So, if you want to keep your riches while you live, avoid gambling.

In game 4 splash brothers are able to handle by the CAVS.
If CAVS will do the same activity like the last game for sure it will be a Game 7 and I believed they will win!
GO CAVS! Beat those GSW fans out there since they are crybabies and really boastful. Can't accept what James achieved today (The Real MVP).
King james needs to show more in their house don't let the fans upset again, if irving will play the way he did previously the more chances of winning for cavs. good luck fans club ML for this game we will win this guys.
More likely they will win even if James and Irving will have a superb performance like in game 5, even if green is back in the house but the fact that the cavaliers is having the momentum playing at home they will take this game.

It would not be the same performance because green is back to guard and harass lebron. Lebron cannot drive more often because green is there to make it difficult for him. And if lebron's perimeter shooting goes sour too, it will be left for irving to carry the game. If they want to win this, the whole team should make an effort and contribute.

Totally different, lebrons life will be more hard in the court since green will cameback for game 6 and surely he will take more outside shoots rather drive for more because he knows hes kryptonite is playing now and surely that cavs is very pressure for that since they are underdogs for this current standings and also gsw well surely bounce back for revenge in game 6, surely we can see spectacular and beautiful bout among this team tommorow.
Green is still green, you cannot see him being monster in the game, Lebron is still better compared to that dirty player guy. This time the cavaliers will regain their price at their home court. Warriors are too hype because the public wants them to play but in reality the cavaliers is a more better team. They will prove in game 6 and 7.

Yeah, green is green. And green is like rodman of jordan. Dirty and bad boy but do the jobs on the paint. Curry can always rely on green to stop those drives of lebron. And if he fails, there is the pippen,  klay thompson. Klay will always be productive when curry and other teammates are not in rhythm.
4344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 16, 2016, 06:53:05 AM
hi

i am getting addicted to gambling. And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much.

Any suggestions are welcome  Smiley

Regards

Gambling is indeed very addicting. In gambling you should know when to stop or else you will really lose everything. Set a percent of your bankroll when to stop if you are losing and also set a percent when to STOP when you are winning. And last do not chase your losses.

That is actually the problem, even if you set a goal or a limit, it is hard to stop when you are already rolling. Once you are addicted to gambling, you cannot control it anymore. Gambling will be the one controlling you.  YOu cannot stop and you cannot set a limit. The only way to avoid this is to not gamble in the first place.
4345  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 16, 2016, 06:37:58 AM
It is better to save money than risking your btc into investing site which will turned into scam within the week it was opearate.
Ponzis do not last for a week.
If you know that it is already a ponzi, why would you still invest in it? You should be wiser and invest only on safe products. It is easy to spot ponzi so you can easily avoid it. There is no use investing on something you know will go bad in a few weeks. There a lot of good investments you can choose from, you just need to find it.
4346  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 06:25:39 AM
I think i will but i will quit my job if i get a huge amount of passive income like, i will get at least 150% higher than my salary on my work but now i'm just saving some money for preparing to get full time on bitcoin.

Well that's somehow convincing if you can earn 150% higher than your salary, but I were you I will not quit my job and I will still going to continue my daily job and continue also working for bitcoin job. And having more ways of getting income is a good way.

Its always good to earn from both of them, as full time job offers you stable income and financial security which is not possible with bitcoin at a moment.

agree it, bitcoin can give you stable income but my salary from bitcoin miing and earning is higher than salary of my realjob, sometimes i get boored and interesting to go full time on bitcoin.

It can give a income but I think its still not worth it if the bitcoin collapse you also will have no job and most likely even go broke on it too.
I think its not worth the time of a normal job that is secure.

If everyone here will trust and believe in bitcoin, the system will not collapse. In fact it will get stronger. But if you have doubts about it, it is better to save your job and maintain bitcoin as a part time income. Anyway, having two jobs is always better than just one. And bitcoin can easily help you on a part time basis.

With Draymond Green back on the team, I think Warriors will have a much better defense in the game 6 than in the game 5. Considering that, I have made an Under 207.5 bet @ 1.933.
Good bet man, this game will probably go under as the past games under are more dominant, if you have seen the last game, in the fourth quarter alone they have only score less than 40 points, so that means with green back in the line up, the scoring will be low and considering that this is a do or die game for the cavaliers, I am expecting them to be more physical than the past games and with that being said would mean under.

If it will be a close game, it will be a high scoring game. Last game, first half score was really high because it is a close.game and both teams keep on scoring. Scoring only slowed down when bogut got injured and the cavs got a big lead. Then the cavs slowed the pace down and so with the scoring. So I guess it will be over.
4349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: June 15, 2016, 02:37:48 PM
Just don't gamble. The odds are NEVER EVER NEVER in your favor.

Right, but there are people who wants to fight as an underdog. All odds are against them and they still want to fight. And it gives them great pleasure if they win in it. It is what they get from gambling and it is what keeps them on gambling. So, even with that in mind, it is still hard to stop from gambling.
4350  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 15, 2016, 02:31:56 PM
Investing is good right now but I think the price is also high right now so I maybe would wait till it lowers a bit again.
No , its better not to invest now. Many investing sites are closing because of bitcoin halving, They are aware of that. Unless you want to get scammed

Bitcoin is not the only investment there is in the world. If you are afraid to invest on bitcoin because of halving, then invest on other things like stocks or gold or mutual funds. Investing is still far.better than just saving your money. So, as early as possible start investing and watch your money grow.
4351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: June 15, 2016, 11:06:53 AM
Am crying now....Just tried a dice site for fun (which is something I never do because the odds are bad), and I ended up going in the hole right away, so I kept increasing my bet to get even....it didn't end well!  Don't even know why I played.....grrrrr!

That is what happens with everyone and that is the moment when the person who loses everyone can do nothing else but cry for what he did with his money.
I used to gamble for fun as well before, i don't gamble anymore, but when i used to do i also did the same like you did, when i used to lose i doubled my amount, to get my lost amount back in that bed, and what happens at that moment is you lose all the bets in a streak.
The truth is we are only good in planning before gambling but when we experience the mix emotions in gambling most of the time we are dictated by our emotions and we tend to forget the game plan before the game. This is the main reason on why we cry.

True. Emotions can really get the best and the worse of a person. Even if you planned something on gambling, like limiting your bets or losses, if you are already in the game and emotions kicked in, you will lose all control and gave in to it. Only true gamblers who already mastered controlling their emotions can have a clear head on gambling, especially if large amount of money is involved.

hello everyone.
i want to know what do you think about gambling bitcoin.. Does Beneficial or more losses?
Share your story here guys!  Grin Grin Grin

Gambling... it sucks. Like drugs you should not try it.
Yeah it is like a drug if you get addicted to it but I would not say that it is wrong. There are enough people that are not addicted to gambling and now when it is enough and to stop playing.
How it can not be wrong when you yourself have found some addicted gamblers. I believe from the experience of other gamblers, leaving of gambling is not that much simple as addiction is the big problem of gambling. That is the reason we make a conclusion to consider gambling as wrong.
Yes, leaving gambling after got addiction, must be a very tough and struggling task.
I guess no one could be successful in the process of quitting gambling after addiction. He has to struggle as much as equal to making money from gambling.
Well i am one of the successful quiting in gambling i change my hobby just to play online games which is doata 2 or league of legends it gives me thrill the same as feelings in gambling.. now i am not thinking to play ang gamble again..
I think that is better that playing online games like dice and roulette, in that way you can improve your skills which might lead you to potential profit in the future if you can master the way of winning.

i dont think by shifting your attention to dota is to make money. It is just to stop you from spending on gambling. And playing dota is actually quite a heavy choice of living unless you overdo it.

If you can be a professional dota player, then it is a good choice. You will be paid heftily just by playing your favorite game. So if ever you want to replace gambling with dota, be sure you are a serious player and make it your goal to be a professional player. In that way, even if you are addicted to it, you are earning a lot too.
4353  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 15, 2016, 10:58:00 AM
i would definitely not do that at the moment in my opinion because bitcoin price is fluctuating really hard so i might get no money out of it

That is the right decision to make, and if you have opportunity to earn money from both of them then why to choose only one, go with both of them and multiply your earnings.

Definitely that's right, having multiple source of income is very good. You just need to have a properly manage time in able to do your task
properly at the same time. And you don't have to sacrifice any of your job, as long as you are able to do your bitcoin job with your free time.
Then that's better.

It all depends on your job actually. If your job is very time consuming and need too much attention, I doubt you will still have time to do extra income thru bitcoin. But if you are just relaxed on your day job and can get out at exactly 8 hours of duty, then you have much time in your hands to do bitcoin jobs.
4354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much you lost money in gambling? on: June 15, 2016, 10:54:59 AM
I've won money gambling but that's because I mostly stay away from luck games like roulette and dicing and go for skill games like texas holdem and PLO

I guess good choice of games to gamble can bring good money too. People who are lazy and just want to gamble in dice or other luck games can lose more. But those who hone their skills can earn more through gambling.
4355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 15, 2016, 10:51:11 AM
With the momentum suddenly going back to the Cavs and Game 6 to be played at home, we could see the series extended until Game 7. For people to really believe in Believeland, players whose name is not Lebron or Kyrie has to step up. They should consider this game as the last games of their careers. Game 6 could define the careers of some of the Cavs players like K.Love, J.R. Smith, and even Channing Frye. Players must come out with their guns ablazing and do not give the Warriors a fighting chance at the get go.

The "momentum" hasn't really been a factor this series. That's a reason public has been getting destroyed by betting odds. Game 5 should have been the game of their lives. That would mean they have to make Game 6 and 7 the game of their lives too. That's not going to happen. Warriors are going to get Draymond back and will defend better for next game. They will end it in 6.

There is really no saying whose gonna win game 6 right now. It can go both ways, it just depends on how much they wanted the championship. But for me, I want the cavs to win because i bet for them to win the series. But if GSW will take the championship, it's all good for me too. I just want to enjoy a thrilling game 6 and (if possible) game 7.
4356  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 14, 2016, 02:33:07 PM
I would never quit my day job to go full time on the bitcoin because the fact is simply that the bitcoin has maybe a good future its still not a steady income.
The bitcoin can still collapse in the future.

You can be right, don't quit your job and don't quit on bitcoin too. It is very good today. It may or may not collapse in the future, but you can take the opportunity to use it now. You can take advantage of it now that the price of bitcoin is high. Youbcan still earn while doing your job, so do it. If it collapse in the future, you already earned money from it. And if it goes to the moon, then you are lucky because you have a bitcoin and you can enjoy it.
4357  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 14, 2016, 02:28:17 PM
i have never earned enough money with bitcoin though im trying to make some money out of it
If you are serious you will make a way to earn much money in bitcoin. Try signature campaign , some campaign are accepting newbies. You can make bitcoin more than faucets

There are a lot of ways to earn bitcoin and not just signature campaign or faucet. All you need is the desire and dedication to earn it. It is just like finding a job for fiat, there are a lot of jobs but you can't find one because you do not want hard labor. If yoh are ready to do hard stuff for bitcoin, you can earn a living out of it.
4358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 14, 2016, 02:24:34 PM
I have a lot of problem because of gambling as when you are addicted with it you will let yourselves to be a slave in gambling. Doing things that you have not done before like selling things just to have money to gamble to satisfied our cravings.
Looks like you have some serious issues with gambling, you must consult a professional to get rid of your addiction or try to spend time playing games/watching movies etc these things will get your mind off gambling.

Actually anything productive that can take away your time and attention from gambling can help you a lot to.stay away from it. And a professional help can do a lot too. You already recognize the problem, the only thing left is to confront it and solve your gambling addiction.
4359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 14, 2016, 02:21:23 PM
The result of the game 5 has clearly shown us the importance of Draymond Green. Hopefully, with him back on the team, GSW could do better in game 6 (and game 7 if needed) and win the finals.

The good news for the Warriors is that they should get Draymond Green back for next game, without him they are just half of team. I think with him in next game they will play much better, and they have more chances for win with him on court.
LeBron James and Kyrie Irving both score 41 points in last game, and even with Green on the field it would be hard. Simply they had their night, played good all game. If they play again like that, it will be tricky for GSW.
Game 6 would not be easy for the warriors even green is back in the floor, they are playing in the home court of the cavaliers and I am not seeing the warriors will lose twice at their home court. People love to see game 7, so game 7 will happen and in that game I don't know already who will win.

Last year the warriors finished the series on cavs home, it can happen again this year. Don't be so sure that the cavs will win on game 6. Curry and klay can go berserk and shoot three pointers like it was just a layup. Warriors.do not lose 2 in a row so it will be tougher for cleveland even on their home. I hope the crowd can boost their energy and confidence to force a game 7.
4360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: June 14, 2016, 11:37:08 AM
If i were rich, im still would like to gambling, but just with small amount (maybe 0.05 btc). And i do that just for fun, so im ready if i lose that amount in gambling.
That was too small for a rich man. How could you enjoy and have fun with such amount. Remember you were rich, so you can afford to lose even 1btc.

Lose 1 btc consistently and you will be poor in no time. Remember, you are just rich but that does not mean that your money is infinite.  You can easily lose all that money if you are irresponsible with it and gamble it all. Better moderate your gambling habit if you don't want to go poor.
