Well, he got what he wanted. The winning margin is 317 runs, that's what a perfect match looks like for any team.

Today's 3rd match was a performance match dominated by Indian batsmen and bowlers only. The win by a huge margin of 317 runs is truly extraordinary. The Sri Lankan batsmen and bowlers had nothing to do but watch. The match was just like kids play with pro  , so shameful performance for team SiriLanka, they lost Thier confident when they got such a huge target. All credit goes to king Kohli , S.Gill and all indian bowler , I think the performance of team India show that how well they prepared himself and still ongoing for upcoming Asia Cup in ODI format and also the upcoming ODI world in india. Hope such kind of performance will increase the moral of indian team player and will put huge pressure on other team.. Seems like the match was fixed. And India did it. Like for example the whole thing with the difference is the winner of best actor, Austin Butler looks like 6.00 odds here, third, not even second and yet we still see him be the winner, along with Colin Farrel as well, who is second but no Brandon Fraser anywhere.
All in all, if it is a movie that is based on making the acting shine more than the story, there is a good chance for Oscars, or if there is a good political message that tells a story about a time that was normal back then and seen as such a bad period now, there is a good chance there too.
You are correct, it is not. The Oscar awards and the Golden Globe awards have different groups of artists and workers from the movie industry who vote for their candidates. The politics and the agenda is also different hehehe. However, we should always look for those changes in the odds. Brendan Fraser's odds for best actor has changed to 2.25, Colin Farrell is 2.62 and Austin Butler 2.75. Also for best picture, the Fabelmans odds has changed to 3.50, Everything Everywhere All At Once changed to 2.75 and The Banshees of Inisherin to 2.50. This might be best picture for Banshees, I reckon. I speculate that when the official nominations are announced, Banshees will be on 1.80 or lower. Playing it safe.
If you constantly play it safe in life, you’re probably hoping to avoid making mistakes by going along with the herd. But this is one of the biggest mistakes of all, because sweeping success only comes to those who are courageous enough to strike out on their own. Successful people may initially allow themselves to fall into this trap, but something in them propels them to take risks. They would rather try something new and fail than take a safe bet and lead a boring life.
It is alright to have a courageous approach to life and the different niches we find ourselves in. But in investments, playing it safe is one of the best advices one can get It takes time to grow a portfolio and build your profit margin, inorder to last the test of time, one needs to take low, calculated risks, to successfully manage their investments. When you've gotten more profits, you have the freedom to take more risks, but definitely not when you're just starting out with an asset. there is a point mentioned above by OP which states - the rich people don't pretend to be someone else. We're now entering 2023, and things aren't looking any better. Inflation keeps worsening, energy and oil prices are extremely volatile, while in our case in Greece and Italy, despite MWH being the cheapest it has been since the invasion, we're holding the record for the most expensive energy prices.
On top of that, a few days before 2023, half of the U.S.A. is suffering a terrible blizzard, with temperatures even reaching as low as -50C. Climate change is real, and it's only going to get worse in the following years.
I'm not sure if everything has gone downhill in the past few years or if I'm overexaggerating and making it sound worse than it really is. Perhaps my sitting all alone in my bed on New Year's Eve isn't helping.

Surely Pakistan try their best even they lost two quick wickets after this Fakhar Zaman and Mohammad Rizwan have big partnership which helps them for having score like 280 which is not bad and during bowling their bowlers and run-outs helps them for having chance to win, but GP was big difference in this all who play one of the best inning of his career and give vital win to his team with series win as well, and they are ending this tour on happy note.
For me Pakistan's change in bowling with Naseem Shah drop and bringing Mohammad Hasnain was not good idea specially while you are playing final game and your bowler is doing good job, this was vital for them and big cause for the lost of this match and series.
Pakistan did not try well. NZ did well. They really played well like a team. Babar Azam poor performance has made the cricket board decide that they are going to change the test cricket captain. I think the addition of Najam Sethi is a poor decision already and is reflected by the poor performance of the team. It is true that Pakistan lost the last match as well as the series. But I don't agree that they didn't give any effort in the match, because if you see that 280 runs in ODI format is not a small amount. I think the match ended with a very close performance with New Zealand having only 2 wickets to spare. Looking at the ODI series, I think Pakistan gave enough effort in two matches except the second out of the three matches, one of which was a successful result and the other was a failure. Honestly, I thought this increase from 32 to 48 teams was very good, but making groups with only three participants, and ranking two in order to take two thirds of all teams to a direct elimination duel is insane, in my opinion. Obviously this is not defined yet, but I would prefer to see 12 groups with four teams each, so that fewer teams qualify for the second phase. And you, do you agree? I also have another question.... how do you imagine that Argentina, current champions, will perform in the next World Cup without Lionel Messi and Ángel di María? While Afghanistan did well in men's cricket, their ban in women's cricket did not go well with the cricketing world. If women's cricket was allowed then women would have been able to make good positions like men. Taliban government should come back from such announcement for their development of cricket. The Taliban promise is just misdirection and when things cool down they are implementing what they intended to do. It is not just Cricket but Women are not allowed to get education and playing a sport should be the least of worries for Women living in Afghanistan. The Biden stunt by pulling the troops and leaving the country back to Taliban is the worst decision and everyone needs to cope with the reality. I would like to know if Mbappe can carry this thirst for achievement through his entire career and become as great as Ronaldo and other great athletes who have been at the top level not for 4-5 years but for a couple of decades. I wouldn't say that Dortmund are no match for Chelsea now. Because we aren't watching the same old Chelsea anymore. I get where you're coming from but you are wrong. Messi plays his best football from the right wing. He cuts in from the right wing, dribbles and gives a sublime pass or shoots.
You're missing a point that Messi is no longer young. At his old age, he must adapt to change his favorite style and position on field. He adapted and moved to mid of field, a little bit far from wings and front line. This adaptation can help him to save energy and avoid physical fighting with younger players. Sometimes Messi can still have great dribbles at wing like when he passed through Gvardiol in World Cup 2022 but such moments won't occur too often. In a team like PSG, Messi should have no business playing as a supporting striker for two reasons, and this is aside the fact that Messi is at his best in the right wing.
1. If you take Messi behind Neymer and Mbappe that means you're playing with two attackers which will make the wing not as effective as it should. This would give the Full backs of the opposing team more freedom to attack
2. If you still want to play with 3 attackers while Messi plays behind them then your midfielders will be down to 2 which is a disadvantage.
Messi and Neymar have similar style but Neymar is younger than Messi so he plays more closely to opponent goal and the box. Messi is older so he has to play at deeper area for reasons I explained. Is it a business of Messi and does he like it? I believe he want to do it because it is better for his career and for PSG too. Mbappe are speedy and can score lot of goals so let him doing it. Neymar can be a bridge between Messi and Mbappe and he is more ready to fighting with defenders. Messi is another bridge for two players Neymar, Mbappe to PSG midfielders. PSG also have a good midfielder Veratti who can run a lot and can create good connections for their system and players. Kylian Mbappé is one of the fastest players. And one of the qualifications behind achieving so much is that he can run fast. He has a great role in PSG. |
