I am accepting applications to help me with some closed beta testing on a new pool that I am in the midst of setting up. I hope to have the initial page up for the preliminary beta testers later today.
It is a mining pool
+10 1000000000I'll start mining on that immediately when you release it  i think just before this launches some one should start a new thread and maybe an article calling it "a second gen mining pool for a second gen cryptocurrency" may aswell market it if we can!! Nice. BTW I am thinking to try out such pool, but I never had a real mining experience, except some attempts to use my offices laptops)))) What hardware should I purchase? ASICs or.. ? |

What's the point of adding Aurora-clones, with 50%+ premine and real small distribution? It's "capitalization" is meaningless, pure bubble. If I will create tomorrow ArmandoCoin with 100% premine and 1,000,000 supply, and will buy from myself one coin for $1000, that will make me the owner of coin with $1,000,000,000 cap in your terms  |

PoS instead of mining is more green. PoS is the trend. Ha ha, if there is no mining coin, how come the PoS? 哈哈，如果没有挖矿得来的硬币，哪来的利息？ ComPared is right, also, why not make it PoW + PoS? There are few ways to do it, it's not necessary to make PoW phase just for fast inicial distribution like BlackCoin did, there are projects with looong PoW phase as well |

Look at gold price, stocks etc - the price is going up and down, it's normal especially for few months ago created cryptocurrencies) |

а вот сама валюта... в 5 раз почти за два дня выросла... смотрю, фигею и жду что вот вот опять рухнет и я останусь с носом)))
Чтобы не остаться с носом, нужно периодически прибыль фиксировать. Я вот например продал меньше половины монет, вернув все что вложил +15% где-то, остальное пока держу жду новой луны)) После того как выгодно продал, всегда же можно перезакупиться - рост невозможен без коррекций. |

One of the benefits about doing this with Nxt is that since Nxt can't be directly mined and has a fixed amount, there will also can't be a large rash of dumpers, trying to profit from good profitability with low difficulty, which would suppress the price. People who "mine" Nxt this way will mostly do so because they want Nxt. As they mine for it, their work not only generates Nxt for them but it also elevates the price since the pool continually purchases Nxt from the bottom of the sell book. What other coin/pool can do this? This is correct. Those who use this strategy using PoW coins cannot do the same to NXT, because it cannot be mined. Thus, NXT will continuously rise in value as people keep mining alts and instantly dumping alts for NXT. Additionally, this will provide the distribution scheme many people are clamoring for. I may even buy a mining rig for this, as not only am I getting profits from mining, but my NXT stake will be rising along with it! Very nice idea An interesting side-effect is that, according to game theory, everyone will have to switch to PoS eventually (or something that is not PoW) because PoW has no counter against this. Pandaisftw Perfect! After looking how the same idea affected BlackCoin price and popularity, my first thought was "why not create smth like this for NXT". I hope that someone will create such pool soon, and I am even thinking to purchase some mining equipment to participate in such pool. By the way, is there a post regarding this bounty in other forum sections? Experienced pool owners/coders are hanging around in other threads I believe) |
