All cloud mining is a scam, the only difference between cloud miners is to what extent they are a scam. Some will take all of your money and give nothing back, some will take all of your money and give a little back. No one breaks even on cloud mining. (Except perhaps some lucky short term traders, but I wouldn't recommend it.)
That's no different than claiming all mining is a scam because the fake company you tried to buy a miner from didn't send you one. If you bought a miner off a legitimate company and it didn't make you a profit would you call the company a scammer? Being a scam and being profitable are two completely different things. As for legitimate cloud mining services, check out Puppet's Cloudmining 101 thread. As for profitability, compare AMHash to buying an SP20 for example: AMHash 2.04 BTC for 1700 Gh/s, @ 310 USD/BTC = 632.4 USD Maintenance costs: $2.64 per day (for 1700 GH/s) SP20 659 USD (excluding shipping, local taxes and PSU cost) for 1700 Gh/s Maintenance costs: 2.7648 USD @ 0.1 USD/kWh.

hey guys what is going on? my weekly payment was half than normal ..
That's because it's a ponzi like PB mining.

This is a 100% guaranteed, confirmed scam.
That's the opinion of CEX.io - a supposed partner of this ponzi service. Also Mortynel (or should I call you Solish), don't think that sock puppet is fooling anybody either.

AMHash, Hashnest and KNC Cloud are all cloud mining services provided by established ASIC manufacturers.

Who are you then? There is only your bad opinion about ecrypto.co.in. I see u r some kind of a warrior for justice, willing to prove something. Still I want you to mind your business. If you don't like the ecrypto.co.in's idea, stay away. People, using the site, like it. I do like it as well.
I'm somebody who emailed CEX.io and was told by them that this is scam. There's nothing stopping you from emailing CEX.io and asking them yourself. Also, who are you? Another Solish sock puppet created to pump this thread?

Yes, there seems to be a contrast in statements here. perhaps AM would like to prove their commitment to the community and issue the refund in a generic manner to whonesta. i feel this would be beneficial to all parties concerned. I too would like to see whonesta get a refund and anyone else who has been screwed over by the completely abyssal sales and support. I would also like to see AM acquire a permanent western team member responsible for dealing with sales and support so this situation does not happen again.

Reviews can't determine any difference between a legitimate service and a scam acting like a legitimate service. All you have to do to gain proof that this is a scam is contact CEX.io.

If this was a Spondoolies thread, these completely off-topic posts would have been deleted by the mods by now. I guess FC needs to donate a miner.

Bestexchangers can't be a scam because this service is not exchanging e-currencies and provides only information on the exchange of e-currencies. You need to be more aware.
That does nothing to stop you from promoting this scam and would allow you to link to those exchange sites with your referral ID making the site nothing but an advert. Also, I've never heard of any of those exchanges but I'm not Russian though. For I know, they could all be scam sites too. Regardless of whether your site is a scam or not, Ecrypto.co.in most certainly is.

don't surprised. cex.io are not a reputable company for example me. because eccoin use many other ways to profit
Yeah whatever. Now I just think bestexchangers is run by the same scammers and that Solish's 2nd post in this thread was meant to be as you. CEX.io is far more reputable than this scam that's for sure. That's why this scam is claiming to have a partnership with CEX.io - to try and give itself some credibility. You did not understand me. In our monitoring list two exchanger eccoin. We know it confidently. We are not interested in where you got them from e-currency. Exchangers are - very few complaints. Sorry, but I can't understand what you are trying to say.

With the difficultly leveling out... there is a potential.
There isn't. Even if there are no new miners, there will still be newer, better hardware which will push the difficulty up. As of now there is no way of telling if that new hardware will be released tomorrow, a month, 3 years from now. First time in 22 months the difficulty went negative. Althought it would seem it might be soon as people are claming .2Ghs/Watt chips are hitting the market. New miners based on AM's new chip are due in February: The schedule of BE300 producing: First batch production will be done next Feb.
We are glad to announce ASICMiner's 4th generation chip. From the physical testing data of our verification sample, BE300S, the silicon results matches the simulation results faithfully, and even outperforms our simulation in some cases. BE300S achieved the lowest energy consumption per gigahash in existing market, getting the joule/gh ratio down below 0.2.
Furthermore, our string-based power solution eliminates almost all power losses and almost all electric components on the board. Therefore on-wall power consumption would be very close to (on-chip power/PSU efficiency), and the overall system cost is squeezed to its minimum.
Name: BE300S (Sample)
Technology: TSMC 28nm HPC
Package: FCLGA 5mm x 5mm
On chip efficiency (first board): 3.0GH/s | 0.1872W/G 4.8GH/s | 0.2275W/G 5.2GH/s | 0.2469W/G
On board efficiency (average of 4 boards): 2.8GH/s | 0.1961W/G 3.2GH/s | 0.2026W/G 3.6GH/s | 0.2095W/G 4.0GH/s | 0.2145W/G 4.8GH/s | 0.2204W/G 5.2GH/s | 0.2257W/G 5.6GH/s | 0.2314W/G 6.4GH/s | 0.2363W/G 6.8GH/s | 0.2439W/G 7.2GH/s | 0.2495W/G
We are still testing more voltage-frequency combinations, as well as more chips. But the test results are stable and solid so far.

I emailed CEX.io support asking whether CEX.io or GHash.io was partnered with Ecrypto.co.in as they claim on their website. Here's the response I got: Hey xxx, Please do not get involved with this company, they are not a partner of ours, this is a scam site who are using our site names illegally. "ecrypto.co.in / ECC This scamsite originates in Russia. The promised returns aren't possible, and the stats are bogus. 08/12/14" http://www.badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/index.htmLet me know if you need any more help with this question. Best Regards, Daniel CEX.IO Support

Given that the topic of this thread is your feedback against those companies, and that it depends on circumstances changing (being able to prove they aren't a ponzi), I would think you would jump at the chance to show you are trustworthy and fair with your ratings, and that you do intend to change feedback as circumstances change. Being in default trust network doesn't mean everyone trusts you, just that the one person who put you on their list does.
I've already proven that I'm willing to remove feedback by removing feedback from nexusmining. Like I said, I've reached out to der_troll who has simply ignored my PM's. I'm willing to remove that negative feedback, der_troll just has to be willing to do the same and get in touch with me.

Is it even worth looking into?
If you are not going to look into it yourself, then you'll have to take the word of someone with potential financial reasons to lie to you.

|

you dont, its called calculated risk. and what i would do is actually invest in actual asic producing co like bitmain.
bitmain has their own cloud services called hashnest, which if you do more homework is only legit cloud site on the market i believe. everything else is a gamble in my observation.
You need to do more homework. I suggest looking at my sig for starters then reading Puppet's Cloudmining 101 thread.

I emailed CEX.io who this service claims to be partnering with and they got back to me stating: Please do not get involved with this company, they are not a partner of ours, this is a scam site who are using our site names illegally. If you think that picture shows any evidence of legitimacy then you're clearly an idiot, more importantly, you think everyone here is a idiot.
1) Take a picture of one of those miners with the case off and ensure we can actually see the picture by not artificially darkening it. 2) If you are self-mining, show us the blocks you have mined. If you are mining at a pool, show us your stats.
These are things which you should be able to do easily in a matter of minutes yet for some reason you can't.
