I've been mining CasinoCoin for only a short time (CPU Only because it amuses me) and my records show that I've got over 10,000 shares via dutchpool.org but nothing has appeared in my wallet for 3 days.
Does that sound normal for CasinoCoin?
I'm a bit new to crypto currencies.
They are a p2pool node. p2pool uses it's own share chain so you cant compare the shares in your miner to the pool. Also, it appears as if their CSC p2pool node is operating on it's own! In other words it is not connecting to other p2pool nodes for combined hashing. I would ask them to fix this or look for another p2pool node that is connected to the other p2pool nodes. Until they connect to the rest of the CSC p2pool network you are essentially solo mining. At your hashrate you can expect to find a block in 21d 21h 51m 42 s according to their frontend. One tip...since you are CPU mining I would suggest append "/0" after your username/address if you choose a node with other miners on it. It will give you the lowest possible share difficulty. Added 5 Free tournaments to be played over the next 5 days ranging from 1000-5000 CSC FREE.
Added a lot more ring games, and added correct buy in values etc.

Since there has been no bites on the websites, I will push for some people to start playing poker.
Tomorrow i'm gonna setup a bunch of free roll tournaments and games for people to play. As well will be online all day to give bonuses to players.
Please spread the word on twitter, reddit, wherever it will be some free poker for a few days to try and get a customer base. The software is amazing, and we just need to market it a little bit

Very weird.. I ran my antminer with 3 hexminer connected to the same power supply for about 48 hours no problems.
Removed the hexminers from the psu, and ran the antminer for 24 hrs no problem. Connected via putty this morning changed settings to overclock, and psu would just keep shutting down. Tried connecting some old disc drives and hard drives to the 5v but still nothing keeps shutting down.
Why is it weird? The psu could handle the 3 hexminers + antminer not overclocked but cannot handle just the antminer overclocked?
This seem right?
And now when i go into putty to change the settings back(only 1 card has power so the psu does not power off) i keep getting q is not implemented when hitting wq and exiting puttyIm stupid missed the colon in ssh

You could probably cut the costs to $10/month by switching over to digital ocean. Hopefully, you can sell it or find someone to run it for you for the summer. However, if this is not the case, have you considered opensourcing the project if you can't find a buyer? Allowing people to easily spin up casino clones would at least help support the coin going forward if you decide not to keep this running. Everything has ran perfectly with the two providers so personally I would not switch. I've got the servers for two more months and if no sale in that time everything would come offline, then would use the site as a free to play gambling and poker website with ads for revenue(no crypto currencies as it requires an extra server + ssl + active admins). Open sourcing the project is not a priority on my list especially when went out of my way for quite some time ad its only put me in debt. It may be an option in the future would have to talk with the developer. |

Some problems getting everything running. Ive got the antminer connected to my power supply no problem and up and running. Can connect to it via web browser and log in change settings no problem. Updates the wan to my router ip, set miner config to http://stratum.btcguild.com:3333casinocoin_1 123 hit apply everything updates go to miner status and nothing, I have tried multiple variations of pools etc and nothing seems to work. Rebooted the device, and nothing. Any ideas on what to do from here? Green light is flashing What did you set the Ant Ip to? What did you set the broadcast IP to? Did you try setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 ? my router ip is 192.168.0.1 ant ip: Left it the same as I only have one. the sticker up is 192.168.1.99 so I left it at that broadcast nothing and then also tried 192.168.0.255 i tried the google dns as well yes, and tried switching it to my router. remove http://
or try stratum+tcp://stratum.btcguild.com:3333
Tried both, but will keep trying other things to see if I can get it. Anyone ideas? If your router ip is 192.168.0.1 then you have to set your Ant on the same 192.168.0.x network. Set your Ant to 192.168.0.199, then it should start working. ...or your Ant to 192.168.0.99 ... hehe...with your current router setting ...just kidding ...  anything above your current router IP address 192.168.0.1 ... on your Ant ...192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.255 will be OK... Set it too, 192.168.0.99 now can't access the settings page via browserHad to switch PCS and can now connect and It's mining! Thanks guys. |
