bug in update -- my fault for not syncing from scratch all the way through...

at the first disaster hardfork (255k?) - and the first reorg after it, chain will get stuck..

and possibly the next reorg after the next disaster.

Domob looking into it..

if you haven't updated.. hold

... and if we have?

Easy fix, a time cap toon just like wow does Smiley Well sorta.
1. make a toon (last ~ 24 (maybe in block time ~ 2000 block/hours ) coin capped ~ 200 coins (color is pink or something to stand out so everyone else knows its a starter account) max (what ever it cost to buy 1 toon)
2. Toon can not be killed or destruct (kill others)
3. Toon can not get any coins back at spawn area like the rest of us after 30 blocks/log off
4. Toon works in those 24 hours to get his very own 200 coins to make a real account.

If player really wants to make a dupe account to get another 200 coins let him, that's alot of work to get ~ .95 cents

Just a quick and dirty suggestion, i am sure the numbers can be adjusted for what works..

Actually reason i posted, was i got killed with my hunter i did not make anything other then hunters.. and it was ~ 170 coins on the ground for each of us, so i am guessing the 200 coins dropped plus what we held and a % was taken due to the miners fees.

Also the word "toon" comes from me playing World of Warcraft for wayyy to long Smiley

Can hunters loot dropped coins or only generals?

465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HUC] Huntercoin - Human Mining / Merge Minable Dual Algo / P2P MMO on: June 16, 2015, 04:23:09 AM
Soo question, read that block times are 1 per minute, but its a merge mine coin, working off btc's 10 min per block? So how are you getting 1 min transactions?

also just to do the math it cost 200 coins to make a toon and someone who destructs loses there toon and the 1 they killed , but if we both are under 200 coins is it really worth killing to get another toon to loot the coins?

Also how long do the dropped coins last on the ground.. till someone gets them?

Well there is nothing really to report unless you have invest % on aprilcoin its a flat 2.4% .1 per hour..

Of course you could post if you could withdraw daily.. as far as EMI goes my .001 isn't really worth mention so i set it to 90% to auto reinvest

So you haven't read my lengthy reply to your questions?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=435170.msg11585967#msg11585967

It is not smart to mess with or invest into something you have no clues about.

Donated some coins to development fund yesterday, let's see if that can make a snail move and work faster.  Grin

I read your reply twice and I know more about the fish than most anyone and I know for a fact HUC is not being merge mined with Bitcoin.

Your post says nothing about merge mining with Bitcoin.  So what merge mining are referring to, Scrypts and Sha?  That's not the same thing as i0Coin or iXCoin being literally merge mined with Bitcoin.  This is the answer I'm trying to get.  Thx.

Well i know for a fact it is merged mined on f2pool aka Discuss Fish , I got a contract with  mintsy  and its been on f2pool for over a month , granted its less then .0025 with 100 gh/s F2pool added it and few other coins to celebrate its 2 year mining.

Win64 unzipper SEEMS like it works fine, but I'm telling you, it doesn't. You need to use 7zip (or something else).

Well may hat off to you sir, i did download 7zip and unziped it, loaded up and 3 weeks behind Smiley hopefully it will sync now Smiley

Thanks Smiley

exactly what does this compounding percentage means scaling 1-100 ??how does this works
can anyone tell me a little more about this..
thanks

it will take x% you assign and instead of you getting paid normal amount, it will  subtract that % amount and re add it to your principle, and the next day you get paid a little more then the day before due to compounding interest, basically you are making daily deposits to your account without adding any more btc.

474  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Emicoin.com - EMI4 review. on: June 12, 2015, 04:11:59 PM
Well a few differences between emi and aprilcoin

Emi daily % at emi package 1 is lower then aprilcoin 1.72% vs aprilcoins .1 % hourly (comes out to 2.4% in 24 hours.)

The fee to withdraw is also higher until you wait 1 to 3 months 4.5% to 2.5 % Aprilcoin is a flat 5% (and there is away around that..)

Also according to EMI's tos you can have multi accounts but can not share referral commissions, Aprilcoin you can.. that's were you get your 5% fee back too.

So i don't know which is less "ponzier".. Sad

Was thinking of investing here (yes i know its a ponzi, just like scrypt.cc/aprilcoin/etc) want to try it out on EMI 1 package but .001 is nothing and no way will i invest 3 btc, so think i could choose emi 1 package and send them .05 btc instead and all work ?

well the debug file  is ~ 5 meg , so i'll just post things i found.. stuck at week 65 it just sits there , not been getting "not responding.." any more Smiley

Just a thought " i have 0 programing skilz" but why not have 2 qt's for 1 scrypt and 1 for sha256 instead of having 1 qt handle both.. Seems alot of work and have yet had any problems with any other qt's out there, just saying Smiley

...still charging .001 fee for fast withdraws and dragging ass till they get ready to send it...

agree Smiley
btw my withdrawal is done now

By the time stamp on the forms ~ 6 hours to get paid?

That sounds about right, sure hope you don't try to withdraw at night, might as well wait till the next day, no one is at home then...

Oh that, that has nothing to do with bdd, that's just slow and greedy ass havelock, still charging .001 fee for fast withdraws and dragging ass till they get ready to send it. Aka manual withdraws.  So much for there new automatic system.  Hope you weren't in a hurry.
