What I think op means is people who dump bitcoin or factors that dump bitcoin-like fud news. Bitcoins price will never be stable and even how calm the price movements are at the current moment we should always expect a pump/dump anytime.

The problem is many people don't seem to double-check the address they typed before even confirming the transaction. Yes, I get it that there is some malware that automatically pastes something in the address but that can easily be avoided simply by double-checking.

He is the one who wants to give the money so he must shoulder the fees and don't ask the receiver some money to pay because first of all your friend didn't ask that money to him/her and $700 for verification? like what? getting ID's really cost you $700? Don't get fooled.

We the users are the one who is causing trouble for ourselves when it comes to hacking. The main reasons are surfing the internet carelessly and not updating security features on our devices. Hacking can easily be avoided if you work with care.
The copy-paste virus is living a long time ago for sure it's just that complaints number are getting higher in the year 2017. This kind of malware is easy to avoid and to remove. Let's just be careful about whatever we do on the internet.
