481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 10000 miners on: November 17, 2018, 04:48:45 PM
If one looks for the most frequent problems of windows 10 rev 1803, the one that I recently installed on all the computers, it turns out that there are many complaints of network connections within the same working group.

I have tried several solutions but I can not get the OC of the cards changed again, I have the computers with an average OC in each one.

@patrike you should check this that I mention, because my problem is following the installation of revision 1803 in all my rigs and the team of Awesome miner, is the common denominator, and read that there are hundreds of posts and forums talking about network problems rare in the 1803 version, maybe it could be the problem

I also take the opportunity to know if other users who have the license with API and to be able to manage the OC, if having version 1803 of windows 10 have problems to change from remote OC in the rigs.

I apologize for so much insistence.

that's right? I have looked at the ports on the computer where AM is installed, and I see that port 82 has no assigned ip, I do not see that it has any activity. Is it correct? Is it normal for me not to have Rig change my OC?
On the remote mining rig where you run MSI Afterburner Remote Server, port 82 should be listening. It's fine that no IP is listed as it indicates that it will listen on any IP address.

Some troubleshooting suggestions:
1) Verify that MSI Afterburner Remote Server itself is responding on port 82. On your mining rig where it's running, use a web browser and navigate to http://localhost:82/macm
If you get a password dialog, the service is running fine.

2) You can also review the Awesome Miner Remote Agent log file. If you search for "GPU clocking" you will find the communication related to MSI Afterburner Remote Server - and you might be able to see if there are any errors here.

Effectively, no RIG has access to
http: // localhost: 82 / macm

I do not get anything, the browser stays thinking and does not appear for login and pass. If I do it on the same computer where AM is, if it asks for a user and login.

But I have not changed anything so strange lately so that all rigs can not communicate.

The Awesome miner HOST does not have Firewall enabled, and the rigs do not have a firewall either. I have already changed the folder of the REmote twice, and I also make sure that it loads and leaves in the notification section of the taskbar.

What problem can I have Patrike ?, in the AM computer if it comes out, but not in the rigs, he keeps thinking. You can suggest ideas to try.

Thank you as always for your invaluable help. I'm looking forward to seeing the progpow running and the new statistics, something very good.

@patrike As I said before, the command takes out a login window and pass on the computer where Awesome Miner is installed, but not in the rigs.

I am using port 82, I have seen that PID uses that port, it is 4, I mean System, but what is clear that for whatever reason there is no communication between the rigs and Awesome miner, since in the rigs I do not get nothing in the url you told me.

Now I am trying other configurations. In the capture that I have left you, you will see that this is port 82, I do not know if I change it to another and change it in each rig, I do not know if in that empty field where the asterisk * should put the ip of the rig or the ip of the team of Awesome Miner. I am trying to find a solution to this, and when I find it I will publish it here for who can help you tomorrow.

MSI Server loads perfectly in all rigs, it runs fine, but when I put the url in the browser it does not show me the login and pass window, so it is not possible to communicate with the Awesome miner team. And I remember that I have completely disabled the Firewall on all computers.

I accept advice from those who have some experience in this type of failure.

Awesome Miner Version 5.7.9 ( Development preview of 5.8 )

This release includes updated mining software version and a few corrections and adjustments based on recent feedback. JCE GPU miner is also added.

Next week you can expect the new Mining History feature to be included in the development release. The idea is to show what you have been mining (software, pools, coins, algorithms) for the selected period of time. In the example below only a single miner is selected, but you will be able to select any number of miners to see what they all have been mining in total.

The plan is also to add a list of the selected miners to be able to sort them by revenue, profit, mining time and so on in order to find low performing miners for the selected period of time.

Today I received a nvidia 2080 ti and I went crazy with what I indicated awesome miner, the miner in question (T-Rex) well marks the hash of mining, but awesome miner in the tab "GPU" misses the data and always indicates that the 2080ti has less speed.

in the rig I have 1 2080ti and a 1080ti.

I realized and I'm more relaxed is awesome miner thing, I thought that tenialgo misconfigured, bios, overclock ... etc

I leave it here too so that it is known.

I have rigti of 1080ti and of rrt 2080 from the same day that came out. There is not a single problem. Well if one, that RTX does not work the change of OC, but lately I do not work on any computer.

I suggest you install Cuda 9.2 and cuda 10 on the RTX team, I do not have a single problem with the RTX, they perform more than the 1080ti and consume less

It can not be that I fail the OC in all rigs. Something for AM latest version that is giving problems in the changes of OC. I have updated everything, deleted and reinstalled aftherburner, msi remote, everything loaded well, everything is on its port 82, I have returned to that port. Everything, I have done everything, update rivatuner etc ..... Simply AM does not send the change commands or the remote server MSI does not receive something happens, I need help.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 10000 miners on: November 15, 2018, 01:08:42 PM
I am having OC problems in all the machines, they ignore it. I changed the port from 82 to 83. I do not have a firewall activated in any place, neither in the AM machine nor in the rigs. I have even updated to the Aftherburner beta, updated Rivatuner, MSI remote. EVERYTHING is updated, and no team is responding to me the OC changes

In the end I will have to leave a moderate OC for all the A-L-G-O-S, but I lose one of the features of the version I use.

Any ideas? I know that in Aftherburner you do not have to activate anything about voltage control. But a few days ago everything was going, from a few days on, everything is failing me. I stop working Progpow in most of the rigs, I do not work the change of OC

I have updated Windows in all the rigs to version 1803, I have removed Firewall, antivirus and everything that may bother, I changed the remote MSI port, which loads perfectly. I'm a little desperate, I need some help
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 10000 miners on: November 15, 2018, 10:48:08 AM
I'm also having problems with the OC change. Although in the rig it loads perfectly MSI server, Awesome does not change the OC. And as always, it happens in some rigs yes and others do not. And my rigs are clones, they are basically the same with the same characteristics. I do not understand these last failures that are happening in the program, they are many and varied.

I can say that I have reviewed several times the MSI server that loads, the Aftherburnet version and the Awesome Miner configuration. If AM was wrong, I would not change in any RIg, but that it does in some if and in others it is not what is killing me because I do not know where the failure is coming from.

@PATRIKE, sorry to insist on a topic, but it is very important that you implement that you can choose the Exchange for each currency, you could only with Coinscalculator I know, but something is something.

I show you the image of BTX, which gets the price of Cryptopia that has the best price, but then in cryptopia the BTX wallet is not active, so I have to sell it in another exchange, but of course, the price is different, the auto profit is not adequate. Nor can I remove Cryptopia from the exchanges I use in CC because in other currencies it is correct.

This is another example, so there are many, it is necessary that we can choose the exchange to take the price of each currency that enters by Coinscalculator, it is one of its great advantages that we are not using.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 10000 miners on: November 14, 2018, 06:32:34 PM
I have a problem and see if I can explain it and understand it.

I do not know why but I have a couple of rigs that some of the new miners did not add or have been added badly, especially when referring to Progpow. If I go to the RIG User / nameuser / Appdata / roaming / awesome I see that there is a folder for each of the miners that Awesome adds to their program, but the Progpow Nvidia Miner does not appear.

Comparing with other rigs, these miners do appear in the default folder of Awesome in Roaming.

These rigs that fail, if they have marked the miner, and I have even raised the miner as personalized or manual, but they do not work for me, they always give me the same mistake.

I do not know if deleting the profile of RIG2 in awesome and doing it again would be useful. Delete the remote in the Rig2 and all the folders and others. But I've already tried that and it has not worked for me either. A few days ago everything worked, I do not think they are the last drivers dated yesterday. a few days ago they worked perfectly.

The error they give me is the following

TEngo 6 nvidia rigs, I have all updated today to the latest version of driver 416.94, just before updating Progpow worked on all rigs, but after updating, some computers work and others do not. I do not quite understand.

I do not understand either because in the RIG2 and RIG1, even if the miner is marked, it is loaded in the rig, I have had to upload them as a personalized miner.

Please ask for a url to update the miner from custom in AM. Sometimes the computer is a little crazy.

as they dare to present a currency where there is no web, there is no explorer and to top it is still looking for half of the development team. From Exchange, nothing is known either.

Today most of Master does not end up in Exchange, they simply die after the youngster's attempt to take out the coin.

This is one of the saddest I have seen, nothing is known, what is it for, or future projects (a coin without a project, it is a dead coin)

In short luck those who dare to enter an unfinished coin with zero project. How much, the project is to make money the DEV

Hi Patrike,

i think there's a big problem with PHI2 algo, profit switching doesn't work,
and "phi2 pool Block Masters" there's on tab "Online Services", but
there isn't in "View Detailts - Profit Switching".

P.S. I'm using Teamredminer!

Bye
Awesome Miner is automatically showing all new algorithms on the Online Services tab, but doesn't automatically add it as a pool to the profit switcher (see Options dialog, Online Services) until I include it in an update.

This implementation will soon change where Awesome Miner automatically will make new pools (from the predefined yiimp-based pools) available without having to update to a later version.

Edit: I just checked and BlockMasters Phi2 should be in the list already. Is Phi2 selected in the Profit Profile you are using? Do you have any mining software that supports Phi2 enabled in the Profit Profile?

Hi Patrike,

i don't know why sometimes the profit switching doesn't work, but if i restart the miner, AwesomeMiner choose the right algo/coin to mine, i have only problem with phi2 algo.

This is a screenshot of View Details

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sxiq8hCGlgi48Sgo-0ODU-AoesdWqL2Z/view?usp=sharing

Thanks
I wonder if this could related to the Threshold setting not working as it should. Your 5% limit should have been passed in this case and a pool change should have been made. Do you get the same issue if you disable the Threshold feature?

Next time this happens, could you please send me your log file by mail and let me know the time of the issue - together with a good screenshot like the one your provided here? Thanks!

Mail to info@awesomeminer.com with new screenshot and log file.

Thanks
Thanks for sharing the logs. I've implemented a correction for this scenario with TeamRedMiner.

  - CoinCalculators.io setting for filtering of exchanges will still include coin values for coins without an exchange
I can not find this option

Hello @patrike, only as a reminder

For when Shit to mine as another coin supplier.

You will incorporate the possibility of choosing Exchange in the currencies. This I mean the exchanges that gives us for example Coincalculator. For me this is quite important, undermine the real price of where I'm going to sell.

I believe fervently, that a logical and big step would be for AM to get the data the same pages as always including Shit to mine, but then the prices get them separately through the APIS, just as AW CU does. In this way the data provider of currency will be the same, we can always choose the exchange. I do not say that it is easy or quick to do, but this would be a totally logical feature and that does not have the other programs. Apart it is very useful for the miner.

Another question Which is better for WTM to give an example. That thousands of computers with AM ask for data every few minutes, saturating their servers, that you get the data once per minute and provide it to us, obviously I suppose with the monthly subscription. Whenever it is mentioned that the currency is provided by WTM there will be no problem. Have you thought about it in this way to WTM and other coin providers ?, They will save on bandwidth and CPU of their servers, and you would give us a faster and closer value, and also complement their payment services.

This is like the subject of more detailed statistics. The day that you add in your payment services, price data every minute and much more complete statistics, then, me and thousands of other people, we will have to subscribe to your monthly payment services, I sincerely love it, and I think that It is a good for all, better data, prices and statistics, I therefore if I pay.

I am aware that I am asking for things that are a little bit outdated and that I have to adjust a lot of code and contact to negotiate with the data providers. But really those possible new features would make a huge difference for good in the use of the program and could distance even more from the competition
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Xevan][POW/POS/MN] BLibrary - Blockchain-Library [Pre-Sale] on: November 04, 2018, 05:04:56 PM
I'm sorry to say that this is a project without a future. Every large library in the world already has everything digitized and pass it to a decentralized database blockchain is incredibly easy and cheap for these large libraries, and not so big, it will be something common soon. No project is needed to cover this aspect.

The increasing collateral and the low proportion to mining, will make the currency drown by itself. All those who arrive at MN and then if it goes to Exchange, they will pour all the first day because it is a simple project, rather an excuse to create a currency.

Sell premine? fraud. The best coins and master, are nourished by what is mined every day. If they sell pre-mine, the risk of disappearing without reaching Exchange is very high. And they neglect the miner abysmally with 10% of very low rewards. I do not even think that it reaches an exchange.

And well, I'm sorry, but the project has no use in real life. There are already companies assembling Blockchain Database to whom they ask, they do not need to depend on external development. So the idea itself is not good.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OCTPS] - Octopus Coin - High ROI POS Based Coin - Tier Masternodes on: November 03, 2018, 07:54:23 PM
For a while now, new coins have come out just to get out, in the end the great beneficiary is the creator.

What is the use that is going to give this currency ?, subsidizes a website ?, creates a service ?. Even so, today the vast majority of currencies that leave for masternodes, are only profitable 1 day, the day they leave and all sell, including the DEV. It is a pity that we ourselves are ruining the cryptomineria.

Single POW currencies are much more reliable than coins in Master. To find a more or less serious, you have to lose 20 master. It is the cheapest way to cheat and nobody denounces. It is the ideal scam to catch fools.

Awesome Miner version 5.7.4

 GPU mining
  - Display warning on the Summary tab for miners with old nVidia drivers not supporting the latest CUDA version
  - Diagnostics feature improved and includes OS and driver information
 Configuration
  - External Miners can be configured with a Profit profile without having to enable profit switching
 Rules
  - Triggers using the concepts Greater/Less Than or Equals also includes support for Greater/Less Than
 Mining software
  - Added mining software: Zjazz CUDA miner, for X22i
  - WildRig Multi Miner 0.12.5 beta
 Corrections
  - Correction to the default pool configuration of Antminers
  - Correction to revenue calculations for a number of coins based on Equihash variants

zjazz for X22i becomes very unstable, several of my machines are constantly falling out of the pool and entering again. Do you need cuda 10 for this miner?

Thanks for info.. Smiley

only https://www.phi-phi-pool.com/  has some new algos (X22i, Sonoa, BCD Smiley  )

so maybe it can be added to Awesome miner instead of Zergpool, right Patrike? Smiley

the rest looks worse with algos than Zpool..
