I trade there. The walls are usually fake, but sometimes, they get market ordered through before they can be pulled. That's fun to watch. Seen it happen several times the past couple days. Does seem a bit high though. 25k wouldn't have surprised me, though.

Four words. NO GODDAMN START BUTTON!

What about a physical button, that you have to press to access funds.
I know it sounds dumb, and sounded even dumber as I read it!
but is it possible?

I've figured out it's directly related to changing... min_volatility = 1.0 # Min volatility sleep: time in seconds to sleep between min volatility checks when volatility is below threshold volatility_sleep = 120
to min_volatility = 0.8 # Min volatility sleep: time in seconds to sleep between min volatility checks when volatility is below threshold volatility_sleep = 90
Is it possible that increasing the amount of times that the api is checked can induce an response that confounds the bot?

What a fantastic script!

Wallet files must be named "wallet" (.dat) in order for bitcoin to read it on startup, so the few viruses out in the wild searching for obscure virtual currencies will have no problem finding the file, regardless of comment tags. Remotely uploading the file and sending it to the attacker, however, on top of keylogging the encryption key, that's a bit more difficult.
What if when bitcoinqt is run for the first time it asks the user to... "name your wallet file. Please use a unique file name" just a thought?

God DPR is a fucking moron. don't get me wrong I'm all for freedom, but bloody hell! amateur mistake lead to his capture. really amateur way of letting all his coins get captured. why didn't he just hide 10,000 in a dozen random places. God I know if I had 20 million I'd hide it in at least 5 different spots. I just hope that all the coins are sold off in one go. plummet the price so I can clean up
