From News on pool website: ----------- 5/4/2013 Update 1: The server has been migrated. The new IP should propagate through DNS but it might take a few hours. The :9999 is no longer necessary, it's just: http://cnc.dontmine.me----------- I also received a few coins with auto-payout everything is back to normal, hopefully it will last

yes the situation is quite shit, hopefully admin will be able to move the pool in 2-3 hours. he is very good and skilled, he did a great job on FTC pool I am sure he is doing his best for cnc

hash down to 4.3GH/s
The hash was never at 5Gh/s, after a difficulty change you have to wait 24hr or so for the actually hash rate to show. add1ct3dd ok, do you agree that it was at least 2.8Gh/s before diff change?

Its not VS it is +
Its a young market so BTC+LTC+FTC+PPC+TRC+NMC = win for the market.
I am not discussing alts, I mine alt myself, I am discussing people behaviour based on profitability and what could happen if more people follow this logic, aikklond is it too difficult to understand?
Now that FTC diff has changed from 42 to 82 and it is not as profitable as before, do you still believe in it? At the moment hashrate is 5k MH/s Have you switched back to LTC? Or maybe you are already mining chinese coins?
How do you do solo mining though if your wallet is on a different computer from the miner?
You can only mine from the computer where your wallet is. Otherwise you need a pool. That's not true. See blastbob's post above. I do it all the time. Or you could use my little guide on setting up a private pushpool for scrypt coins. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178286.msg1867412#msg1867412Already got one running, just a few snags to fix You mean the dam requirement for libboost 1.46? Source would be nice, so one could compile to ones system Instead i have to install Boost 1.46, because not even the mighty symlink would work... Have you managed to install Boost 1.46?

You are not talking about 7950s, I have never seen 750kh/s per card Maybe you have 5 cards This is mine, it's rock solid but not I am just at 600kh
