What is this, some sick Joke?  I don't want my parents to know I self-identify my gender as an "Attack helicopter."

how come condoms are so expensive Huh

These are special, they're reusable and made from recycled toilet paper.
4864  Other / Meta / Re: KYC now required on: April 01, 2019, 01:47:21 AM
I just filled out the KYC verification, and I am extremely offended with the gender pull-down menu.  So offended that I am going to file a lawsuit against Theymos, and you better believe I'm going to get everything he has, including (but not limited to) this forum.  All y'all bitches better get ready for a forum controlled by me, and the shitposters, spammers, and signature campaign idiots are in their last days right now.

It's all one big gender joke until someone gets their feelings caught in a meat grinder.  I've never seen a drop-down menu so ludicrously un-inclusive as what Theymos has created, and before I file the lawsuit I DEMAND he remove that list and simply put a box where one can write in their gender freehand.  Thank you Theymos and I'll see your sniveling ass in court.

How is that noninclusive?  He even had the sensitivity to include my gender at the very bottom of the list.

ROFLOL.

Between the KYC, Such Merit Guide, and now this?  I'll never get all the coffee and boogers out of my keyeboard.  Undecided

Thanks a lot, theymos!

In all honesty, I really really wish I had 200 sMerits for that sweet T-Shirt.

4870  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: How do I upgrade Electrum to the latest version? on: March 31, 2019, 09:52:38 AM
Try adding "sudo" to your command.

But to be honest I would not continue without verifying the signature first.  I'm not familiar enough with PGP on linux machines to coach you through adding ThomasV's public key, but if I'm not mistaken that's what you need to do to get the signature to verify.

He already did that

I see that now, thanks.

4872  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is St4yInTh3D4rk a hacked or sold account? on: March 31, 2019, 08:58:07 AM
I'm now convinced that jrrsparkles, semobo, and St4yInTh3D4rk are under the control of the same person.  There may me more accounts yet to discover.  Those three accounts in particular seem to have the same posting styles, use the same broken English, and make the same punctuation errors.  The evidence is all circumstantial, and I would prefer to find blockchain connections between the addresses used by the accounts.  Unfortunately I have not been able to.

If true, the owner of these accounts is abusing the Bustadice campaign by having the accounts jrrsparkles and St4yInTh3D4rk enrolled concurrently.

jrrsparkles: *none found*
semobo: 12thqwSQVwsfjFJ6FExGme6oiFv3h3fudB
St4yInTh3D4rk: 12oJAhTPSm3u12kwEqDoBAYGCgxR4tZK6h

Once again, St4yInTh3D4rk has been silent since the prospects of alt accounts was mentioned.  That also seems odd.

4875  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan 20 bitcoins on: March 30, 2019, 04:35:33 PM
Banks here *Georgia doesn't count collateral, they count risk factors, and when you are new business they easily say no, because they want to deal with well established businesses, they prefer to lower own risks to the bare minimum, nobody wants to deal with your collateral take it and sell, they just want to earn money on their percentages.

This is somewhat telling.  I don't quite understand why the banks would not accept real property as collateral, unless of course the real estate is already under mortgage.  If the property is owned by you, with no outstanding liens, and the banks will still not accept it as collateral that shows the risk involved in fulfilling your loan is more than the potential gain.  Banks are in the business of making money, and they tend to be risk averse.  In my opinion there is no better judge of the risk inherent in your request than the banks in your country.
4876  Economy / Lending / Re: LOAN TO HAVE MY PIGGERY BUSINESS on: March 30, 2019, 01:49:16 PM
I read somewhere that pigs can devour a human body in a matter of hours, they'll even eat the bones.  They can digest the remains in such an efficient manner that the pig's feces will have no trace of human DNA, leaving absolutely no forensic evidence.  It's said that's why pig farmers are not to be trusted.  I don't know if you being from the Philippines makes any difference at all.

Is the disposal of human remains part of your business plan?

Oh, one last thing:  Pigs cannot digest the teeth, so those need to be dealt with separately or else the body could be identified through dental records.  Just a heads-up.
4877  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan 20 bitcoins on: March 30, 2019, 10:51:54 AM
I retract my offer.  I'm not willing to attempt to secure real estate outside the U.S.  And for clarity that was 20% annual interest rate, compounding monthly.
Annual interest rate can be 24-25 %. I can pay that. I have land, car, house, all of which are very good priced on the market. If you are afraid of something we can clear all out on video chat.

It can be difficult enough dealing with lawyers and contracts in my preferred language; English, let alone attempting to translate.  So, yes I am afraid.  Also, if the loan is defaulted and I have to try to sell property in a country I have no familiarity with, that could cost a lot more than I potentially stand to gain by providing the loan.  The risk is too high for the upside, hence my retraction.

Like Shasan suggests, you are probably better off searching for a loan from a bank or a real estate investment firm in Georgia.

Jocking!!

I think that was in reference to calling me out for "blackmail."
4878  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan 20 bitcoins on: March 30, 2019, 10:29:37 AM
Easy. I was just kidding.

No problem, but you're right; the way I worded the warning wasn't clear.  I certainly didn't mean it the way it sounded.

PS; Go Liverpool!  Grin
4879  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan 20 bitcoins on: March 30, 2019, 10:12:32 AM

If you're serious (which I doubt) send me a PM.  Otherwise, expect another red-tag.  Wink
You are blackmailing the user 😛

That's not my intent, but I see why someone might think that.  My apologies.

I am not in the US, but I can pay you tickets *both ways, its Georgia country, yes the assets are worth more than 90k, but i have no promise to give you interest rate of 20% monthly!!!

I retract my offer.  I'm not willing to attempt to secure real estate outside the U.S.  And for clarity that was 20% annual interest rate, compounding monthly.
4880  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a loan 20 bitcoins on: March 30, 2019, 10:07:50 AM
I dont see 20 btc as huge amount, especially when you need it for serious business project. Yes i have collateral, many options.
Please list your collaterals.

house, car, land, other valuable assets, digital works.

Are you in the United States?  If so, I can give an $80k loan, as long as I can secure your real estate assets as collateral, and combined they are worth at least $96k.  But just so you know up front: I'll charge you a shittonne more interest that JP Morgan Chase, like 20% APR, compounding monthly.  This is pretty typical of hard-money loans.

If you're serious (which I doubt) send me a PM.  Otherwise, expect another red-tag.  Wink
