501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Expedia, world's largest travel company, now accepts Bitcoin. Your thoughts? on: June 11, 2014, 10:43:22 PM
Really good news. A lot of good stuff is flying in recently, even little things like BTC being added to Google finance charts. I think it will be a gradual rise from here on...
502  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: June 09, 2014, 10:45:01 PM
Any news on Peta having their own custom asics?

Is anyone here actually on the course? I applied in May and it's been a nightmare getting onto the course, I should have been on the June course now but still nothing..
504  Economy / Speculation / Re: Paypal and eBay to integrate Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 12:46:35 PM
This is massive news! It's what we've been waiting for, this is really going to help push bitcoin to new levels. I'm interested to see how many people will actually spend bitcoin instead of hodling. If it comes to eBay and/or Amazon I'll convert fiat to BTC and buy just to give support.
505  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 31, 2014, 06:09:20 PM
My point should be easy to understand: We are now at a price level before the 1500TH/s announcement (which is btw still way up from the initial IPO price six months ago). Since then, mainly two things changed: a lot of people bought in at 0.095 / 0.0975 and the hashrate went from 500TH/s to ~1200TH/s. Once dividends resume, which according to cryptx will be next friday, there will be a correction.

As above, we'll see the share price rise again once divs start coming in. Peta has a great ROI and due to the reinvestment it should help prolong solid dividends. The team has done amazingly well so far, we have a massive hashrate, there's no reason for us not to be one of the biggest players a year down the line!
506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Willy Report and PRICE!!? on: May 26, 2014, 01:05:50 PM
When I first read it I did think the same, but then I thought 2 things.

Someone showed how the volume of the bot was only like 10,000 BTC of 300,000 BTC traded in a day, and also as pointed out in the end of the willy report we have hit a nice up-trend, without the need of any bot, and therefore this is a fair and natural price for current bitcoin.
507  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] SCRYPT 10 GH/s hosted scrypt mining project by CRYPTX - IPO 7 MAY on: May 23, 2014, 10:28:14 PM
Thanks for the update Cryptx, but as others have said why aren't we using a multipool?
508  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-05-23] Video: Andreas Antonopoulos - Government not a threat to Bitcoin on: May 23, 2014, 08:00:40 PM
Andreas is the best. I'm so happy we have an intelligent, interesting and passionate guy leading the way for bitcoin. I think Andreas should do all public speaking for bitcoin, he's better than all the others.

How stable is the future of peta-mine?

I ask because a few days ago people were selling and leaving and there was a lot of talk that peta was a waste of time.

I held my shares, but can someone explain how peta will sustain itself in say 6 months?

It is nice to see that someone's starting post is less than his activity count. It is very rare now a days Smiley

Well that'll only ever happen for a max of thirty minutes till the activity updates. Nice to see people still signing up to PD though instead of the others.

Thanks guys. I've been a lurker for a while and thought I'd give it a go. I chose PD over the other higher paying services due to their long standing reputation. I'd hate to post for a month and get ripped off by another company.

Yes! Really happy about this, Cryptx has done it again! Not sure why I doubted them, they have always been good to me and done a good job. A few delays but that was out of their control.

Shares are now flying!

Although I have been a bit wary of recent posts, thinking about it PETA/cryptx has provided me with constant dividends and reports, I've been nothing but happy with their management.

Until they do anything wrong I have no reason to hate/leave.

Yes, cryptx what's going on with the media/advertising for this IPO?
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the MSc of Digital currency ? on: May 18, 2014, 04:30:07 PM
Do you get anything like a certificate if you complete the free course? Also do you know if it's too late to sign up? I'm really interested in this, but I think I've missed the boat?
515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ebay - the first tech giant to accept Bitcoin? on: May 18, 2014, 04:20:31 PM
Like others I don't like PayPal at all, but if they do integrate bitcoin then it's amazing simply for free advertising and to show the world that big companies are willing to use it. All it takes is one big player and the rest will follow. I really hope PayPal do accept BTC!
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: May 18, 2014, 04:17:36 PM
I haven't used my BTC to buy anything yet, but that won't stop me from using it in the future. I would currently only use it if I could replenish my BTC immediately or beforehand. For example say I wanted to buy an item for 1 BTC, I would simply buy that 1 BTC beforehand with fiat. There is no way I would use my bitcoin savings as I would hate for the price to boom as i'd just spent it. Once it's stable in the future I'll happily use it all the time.

...

We launch a call to send us all your ideas on this to info@cryptx.com

...

I'll just put mine here...

1 Social Media targeted ads (Facebook, YouTube, Reddit)
2 Create a Web Video ad for us to spread around, as well as for you to use on YouTube ads
3 Conduct some publicized speaking engagements at a bitcoin conference, etc, or host your own and invite all the big names.
4 Let's come up with a Twitter Hashtag - but don't bother putting money toward twitter ads. It's a poor ad platform. Nontheless, we should have a hashtag we all use to promote and there should be an official PETA/CryptX twitter account tweeting out and getting followers

Looks like petamine.co got a design update.

Logo and layout is good, white space needs to be reduced though and the top menu font is terrible.
