502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 04, 2017, 11:13:11 PM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
I think that's human nature with greed and I'm sure one day bitcoin will issue rules and laws that set limits on the use of bitcoin for each holder and maybe it can reduce human greed for bitcoin

504  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: December 03, 2017, 11:10:56 PM
Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket, restaurants and some institutions. But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?
it may be argued that gold investment is better than bitcoin because they prefer to show the investment with visible and conspicuous and they have not believed fully invested with bitcoin
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i too late on: December 03, 2017, 11:06:49 PM

508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: November 29, 2017, 12:44:15 AM
Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink
I think bitcoin in my country can not be said currency because it has not been able to make buying and selling transactions may be for now I consider bitcoin is an investment asset that in my opinion so for the question bitcoin the currency or assets I think the answer depends on our country
509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: November 27, 2017, 02:03:57 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
for me very risky if you leave your day job to focus work on bitcoin, we should be able to divide the time to be able to do it all because we also do not know until when bitcoin will survive if government bans access bitcoin we can not do anything for bitcoin
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash. on: November 27, 2017, 01:36:57 PM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

Look at the benefits of bitcoin.

* Works online 100%, 100%transparent for private and commercial use. Total control of private or public money for it's holder or holders, investors, governments etc.
* As It's works online there no need of expensive steel safes or bank deposits to keep your money safe. Any password or time code can be used.
* No fees. Unlike cash, hasn't 2%-3% of inflation every single year.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micro payments via electronic card.
* 0 confermations time, with introduction of "instant pay" function.
* 0 exchange risks in use of proper securities and competent insurance.
* any entrepreneurs is able to understanding of the value of payment.
* No need for pay terminal for small businesses. For small entrepreneurs it's a high expense of 70 bucks every month.
* Theoretically it's would not be needed to have an expensive licensed cash register, for small entrepreneurs, as every transaction is totally transparent. So cases of black money flow would be easily found and proven.
* Banking and gambling. No need of any verification for CFD,Stock,Currency or gambling services.

I think what you say and all your opinion is very precise about the benefits in bitcoin and many people who use bitcoin as a means of payment in cash but in my country for now can not use bitcoin as official payment instruments such as the currency prevailing in the country
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Laundering on: November 25, 2017, 12:40:25 AM
Some say that you cant claim or transfer your bitcoin to a bank because they will suspect you of laundering.

So if youre using Bitcoin, youre basically a laundering and a criminal Huh

I just want to understand if its any different or just similar. Thank you
if in my opinion can also be a money laundering place for people who have the intentions of crime, in my opinion all access that can make money there must be a positive side and the negative side live people who do and access the bitcoin was the initial intention for what
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: November 25, 2017, 12:25:25 AM
Yes, nowadays it’s being used in crime, they buy and sell online and pay by bitcoin. Because it’s untraceable. So police can’t get clue to caught them. I think it’s dangerous.
that's what I fear because in my country there is no legal force and legal protection concerning bitcoin maybe nowadays crime using bitcoin for payment transactions is very definite and sure
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, is it worth spending time collecting it? on: November 25, 2017, 12:08:22 AM
Is it worth spending time to collect Bitcoin rather than having a daily job? What I mean is that can bitcoin be more economical? Has it ever happened that people lose their investment value rather than benefit from spending it on bitcoin?
it is worth it because investing in bitcoin is very profitable and economical without income tax so it is feasible that the investment in bitcoin needs capital

2. Is good for payments needs to pay like billings every month.
3. For less time and moved for travelling on anywhere we want.
4. Its easy to transfer money from other country with less taxes. this favor is aprove for ofw's
5. Easy to transfer money if they needed immediately like emergencies. pay for medicine.

Theres a lot of good reason.

516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 21, 2017, 12:13:56 AM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
It is difficult to explain bitcoin for teenagers but it also depends on its own human resources, of course, to explain may be difficult but by showing the results we get from bitcoin and its benefits will certainly be able to influence them

in the meantime in my country there is no bank that uses bitcoin as a storage tool and financial transactions because my country bitcoin not yet officially authorized as the official currency
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just an asset ? on: November 14, 2017, 01:20:17 PM
I have read in the news that that like bitcoin as virtual currencies are assets and does not have the characteristics or what it takes to be a currency that could meet our modern economic needs. It was said that it does not have the fundamental attributes. What are your thoughts about it?
I agree with your statement I think bitcoin is a long-term investment asset that results in digital currency and the value is very high just as real assets that can bring in profits deposits, gold assets, and home industry assets
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Different From Other Currencies? on: November 14, 2017, 12:42:48 AM
Bitcoin is a digital currency that was created by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009.It is created electronically and impossible to control it.This currency are not printed currency like dollars or euros.Running computer all around the world are producing it.Owing to this reason they are different from other currencies.
I think bitcoin is different from other currencies is how to get it, save it and get its value through digital access because digital currency and hard to fake keep it only we who understand and know how to store and stored where and its value is very high and without tax income
