Funny Fact. It's almost safe to say Every single Antminer ever sold by Sushi or Bitmain will eventually ROI in terms of Bitcoins earned. Maybe not super profits like KNC Jupiters made with pure luck.... From price of 4.5 BTC to price of 1.45 BTC every Antminer will Mine to ROI in month or two from now on. Slow and steady. They will hit there before KNC ship Neptunes. On side note... all these pre-orders are seriusly fucked. KNC, Black arrow, Cointerra, Hashfast, BFL   KNC just reopened pre-orders !!! GL with that. Bitmain has been only solid supplier in 2014. Those of you following the money are doing two things:
1) Trying to dissuade members of tracking this guy by purposefully directing them to useless evidence.
2) Just not aware of how to legally apprehend fraudsters.
I am going to assume the latter.
If you start tracking tumbled funds, you're heading down a long and endless road.
Focus on the tangible evidence here.
His IP addresses at Safe-Mail. Safe-Mail will not give you the IP addresses if you ask. Guarantee it.
You need a subpoena. I haven't looked into where Safe-Mail is located, but a court-order or subpoena would force them to reveal all IP addresses/information you need.
This includes all e-mails, contact lists, IP addresses of where he logged in, etc, etc.
THIS is what you need.
Not Bitcoin addresses.
The bitcoins, for all intents and purposes are gone.
I have a full course load, otherwise I would happily take this one on pro-bono.
To be dead honest, this would not even be a difficult case to pursue and win; the only thing a case like this would take is time (because of the internationality).
You have clear-cut fraud. If you tie one of those shill accounts to the primary account, you have fraud in every single jurisdiction on Earth.
Theymos has been known to provide IP addresses to some members here.
If someone can confirm the IP address of a shill & his primary, we actual evidence (you don't need an IP address from Theymos, he likely won't release it, just proof that two accounts (buyer/seller) were the same person).
Again, just an amateur here, do not take this as professional counsel.
I didn't get scammed by this guy, but I was screwed in the past (not related to Bitcoins) and I was able (with the help of my law team (my professor, actually) to get him convicted of fraud and sent to prison for a couple of months.
It involved exactly what I am describing above.

Real measured watts excluding the minipc now is 217W and it's doing 52GH/s sha-bitcoin and 880KH/s scrypt-litecoin. Potential with current USB hardwares would be: (wow to think about this little box be 8MH/s SILENT Scrypt miner) 113x Dualminers 70KHs = 7.9MH/s Scrypt litecoin. 113x Antminers at 2GH/s = 226GH/s Bitcoin. I like the box for now and future USB miners... maybe to buy Antminers while price drops or populate it with next gen Scrypt miners. Power usage is covered and would only max those psus around 400watts. Also the external USB-hub gives this box potential to run anything from Avalon Clone to Hashfast Babyjet (sorry i know HF is swear word) |

What was odd to me was his English was wayy too perfect to come from Shenzen.
Was using some very hard words in perfect spelling. Specially in later comments and updates. Not possible from someone operating from 10-20ppl sweatshop in Shenzen.
I almost ordered from them... tried to order with Paypal but oddly the paypal orders sold out instant.. i offered to pay Premium with Paypal, no deal for obvious reasons.... I also had some PM messages with AlfonsoD + AvalonShenzen ... now i see they were the same person.
They ramped up this scam for few weeks. AlfonsoD was posting all around claiming to have 15btc in hand for best deal.
Really Complex scam... made up kinda good and last push to lower the price before weekend and alter the Stock qty + last change push Shipping to Monday 17th to take out every last BTC.
They really ride with BTMine name, shame.
I doubt these guys have papertrail. Maybe Perfect scam this time.

The pool speed on the title is 800Th behind times....seen it running at 4800Th most of today. It's jumping up and down atm. 7.3PH and KnC is showing 2PH I think real rate is that 4800. i quess their force is messing with stats. -wizkid057 pipes are really heating up with force coming from Sweden It went from 7 --> 5 while taking screenshot but 2PH for this user was still there. Massive force anyway lol they got 1PH up in about 10days. I had someone that is working bulk orders with KNC tell me that Sam Cole himself told him that the hashrate will flatten until they are shipping Neptunes as no one will be introducing significant hashrate into the network.. What is worse is this person didn't understand that the network hashrate isn't a secret as the difficulty is tied to it..
It's on track for another 20% at the next turn and has been doing 20%+ for a while, not sure how KNC can say anything like that as it's showing no signs of slowing down.
I've been waiting 4 months for this promised "levelling off" to occur. Dude the hashrate is about to level out for a bit not, continue growing like this for a while.
Difficulty in Oct: 250M Difficulty in Feb: 2600M 10x increase! Anybody claiming the difficulty is going to level off in the next few months is an idiot. +1 Its gold rush... ppl get blind. Nothing is going to level off, if someone shuts down gen1 hardwae thers x2 new hardware switched on. This train will not stop next months. China is shipping like no tomorrow. They can afford to cut their margins... Antminer is 200$ worth hardware... Soon China is shipping 1TH 1000w miners. Before KNC ships out anything China is pushing the difficulty with what they do best.. mass volume. 50000 Antminers unloading anyone? Formal order of miners in here is 30 antminers  ... lol |
