261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bitcoin casinos with zero deposit confirms, no rollovers and no ID documents? on: April 19, 2017, 06:26:43 PM
To be honest, I need to admit that I hate to wait for confirmations too, when it comes to gambling.
I always prefer just to play instantly, few minutes after sending the transaction. Waiting for confirmations makes me insane every single time.

Actually i dont know any gambling sites which require ID documents, maybe KYC with big withdrawals, but that is only in some rare cases.

Getting back to the main subject of the thread, I really like 999dice, because they do have 0 confirmation deposits, they do not ask for giving an identity, and I also never heard about rollovers over there.
262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: April 19, 2017, 06:17:14 PM
Without a good money management, every invested will have lesser chance to turn out as a successful decision.
Same thing is about gambling, you need to manage your money quite well, to know where you should leave the casino with profits.

Always set up some goal for you, which will satisfy you. But never try to be greedy, because that is the most common reason why gamblers are busting all of their money.

Apart from all that, I recommend to all the gamblers to treat this activity just as entertainment, not as a option that may bring profits.
Do it just for fun, not for the money and you might see that the result is amazing!
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex- bank blocked all their deposits on: April 19, 2017, 06:11:12 PM
Looks like new Gox,that exchange will be shuted down, but it will not affect btcprice
I agree with you, that bitfinex won't affect the bitcoin price, it will only change it on the exchange, when they are trying to put out their funds in panic.
Im really glad that I have never touched bitfinex, they had many problems before, and we see yet another issue which is a very serious one. This time, their bank accounts got suspended so Im pretty much afraid what is going to happen with the funds of their clients.
I think that the reason of suspension is that the goverment is afraid that it is one big money laundering project, which is literally pumping out the money from the illegal businesses.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: #BizofBlockchain event in Boston on: April 18, 2017, 09:49:40 PM
Im really happy to see more and more bitcoin events being created, in my country I have found out, that they have made like 3 more big events for bitcoin enthusiasts!
That is a very good thing, because it will lead to bigger popularity of cryptocurrency, which gives us insanely important thing- more people in the network.

The bitcoin power will rise, with every new user starting his journey with the most expensive cryptocurrency, because the demand will increase exponentially. There is no better way to help BTC and blockchain, than spreading the good word to the other people.
At least that is what im doing. Im trying to explain the blockchain idea to my friends, and I hope that they will enter the world of cryptocurrencies.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spam attack again on: April 18, 2017, 09:39:54 PM
These sort of attacks are now a common occurrence so that people gets frustrated and create some uncertainty among the users,so that some can take the advantage when there is a price movement simply because of that and may be that is the reason they are willing to spend a lot of money to  create these sort of dust transaction just to cluster the network.
That is why these attack are occuring sometimes, some groups of people want to persuade the others to their idea, but they are suffering for the lack of the arguments, so they decide to make a traffic on blockchain network, which is extremely annoying for every bitcoin user.

Without any good solution, we will suffer because such of attack more often, if it is so easy to cluster the blockchain network, then it will happen more usually, as a way to force community to do some things, such as increase of the fee ( you have to increase it during such a traffic, unless you want to wait for a reaaaally long time ).
266  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bitfinex situation - how long will it take? on: April 18, 2017, 09:32:15 PM
We cannot actually say when it will come to the end, we dont know what caused the whole suspension of wire transactions ( deposits/withdrawals ).
There is a massive panic ongoing on the bitfinex exchange, people are getting rid of the funds stored in there, just to buy overvalued bitcoin ( overvalued, because the price on bitfinex is much higher than on other exchanges ) and send it to the other wallet.

It is understandable, because cryptocurrency community does not want to risk and hold their funds on the exchange which is suddenly suspending wire transactions without any important reason!
It may turn out, that this incident is pretty much the end of bitfinex.
267  Other / Off-topic / Re: world without bitcoins......!!!1 on: April 18, 2017, 09:23:36 PM
I cannot  longer imagine a world without bitcoin or any other crypto. It is very easy, safety, speed way to pay for anything. Just like our future requires.
I cannot agree with your opinion, that we actually can pay for something in a speed way through bitcoin " just like our future requires" because the number one cryptocurrency is not capable to do that!
Last times, we have seen a lot of traffic on the blockchain network, not so far ago, some group has spammed whole blockchain with transactions, there was over 60k unconfirmed ones ( thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1869847.0 ) so we are not able to send our money so quick.
The transactions are not getting confirmed fast ( 3 confirmations are usually around 1  hour or more ) , the fees are not cheap, so we are still far away from the "future".
268  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Could cryptocurrency holders be attacked by IRS? on: April 18, 2017, 09:14:42 PM
That actually depends on the thing you have done.
If you are holding the cryptocurrency in any kind ,but you are not withdrawing it, or converting the crypto to fiat, then you are safe.
You cannot pay the tax from something that you haven't sold, but you just own.

In the same moment when you exchange the btc ( for example ) to USD, you are obligated to pay the income tax for that transaction.
If you won't do this, then there is a possibility of IRS raid on your house, to investigate what have you done.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: Design The Perfect Bank on: April 18, 2017, 09:06:47 PM
The ideal is one that allows you to have a dedicated manager in an agency close to your home, and to totally manage my account online, easily and in real time, but also personalized at moderate prices and sophisticated services...None is completely perfect (or imperfect either). Thus, ideally, to have the best Bank, should use the services of several banks! And i want to add: to open an account easily, quickly 100% online.
I prefer online banking. I have not visited my bank agency since about 3 years. I don't need any other currency than one. As for the fees, this is where I am not happy, they charges me monthly 2 times more than what my mobil phone bill, to compare... Can you believe that ! The only thing i use is their website !
Now there are banks 100% online and it becomes more and more pouplar and it's cheap, I am thinking to switch to one of them as they charge 3 times less than my current bank
I do agree with you, we can see many banks that are online-based, and pretty much they operate only through Internet, with some exceptions, because if you want it or not, every bank needs headquarters, or the place where the consultants and bank employees work.

First, I would suggest that having a totally free account is a good idea, when you have to pay every month for just having your account registered, this is not something we wan't in 2017, am I right?
I dont even think that this is even worth to continue, because I think that the banks should never been made, all they can do is literally rip off the money out of the rest of society.
270  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow service recemmendation on: April 17, 2017, 07:48:16 PM
Can people recommend a good (honest) escrow service?

Thanks a lot, folks, this is a great board.

Talk to you all later.
There are many great people that offer escrow service, everything is about which one of them do you want to choose.
Obviously, to do an escrow service you need to have positive trust, your account should be legendary or at least hero, and people have to know you ( obviously account cannot be bought ).
From the bitcointalk.org users I really like, I would suggest you zazarb or lutpin.
There are more users who do such a thing, for example you can also choose Dudeperfect. It is only up to you, who will make this service for you.
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if someday the network internet totally dead . on: April 17, 2017, 07:00:03 PM
what if someday when bitcoin has become the main payment instruments in the world. and how when the Internet network paralyzed. it means that we all can not perform various financial transactions? , is there any solution ?
Then use a fiat currency instead. If bitcoins will become a main payment intrsument in the world well that doesnt mean that fiat currency will be vanished and wipe out too.You can still use fiat currency as mode of payment for services in country even tho bitcoins has become mainstream
That is why i think that any idea of replacement the fiat by digital systems and payments through web is not a good idea.
There is always a chance that the network is going to be paralyzed because of some reason, hackers attack,DDoS or just really huge traffic, and that is the reason why we should rely only on the web and online systems.

We always should have some kind of emergency, because we cannot predict every event that will occur, thus it is not wise to depend only on one option.
Im sure that even if most of the countries on the planet will replace their cash money with bitcoin or different digital asset, some of countries will use their currency, in form of bank notes.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin GEOCACHE in Iceland FREE money!! GAME STILL ON!! on: April 17, 2017, 06:50:00 PM
Interesting idea!
I was wondering if anyone was trying to do this anytime soon with only QR codes.  Geocaching is a unique and a intuitive experience when someone wants more education on learning new things about Bitcoin. Since these things could endure the rain and other whether issues, there shouldn't be any problem promoting/locating.

I wouldn't be that surprised if these things were in every State and Country.

Good Job.
I have heard about this activity about 4-5 years ago, when geocaching was not so popular.
I was very interested about the idea of looking for real treasures, that different people have hidden across the city, and the suburbs.
I even wanted you buy required equipment, but I have dropped this idea a little bit later, and I sometimes regret it- it would be a great hobby for me!

Usage of bitcoin for such a game is a great idea, it may reward all those people who are really willing to look for it, and the bounty is really attractive!
273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin break $2000? because of Trump? on: April 16, 2017, 07:15:05 PM
In my opinion, bitcoin will surely break 2000$ area because it is a world most trusted and known cryptocurrency.
It has a very powerful technology behind it, going also with big amounts of users in the network.
That may exist for many years, and it would be something very strange to not see bitcoin price over 2000 USD in few years.

But i would like to stay away from saying that Trump will have some big influence on it, in my opinion he will change literally zero in bitcoin price, unless he is going to decide same as Japan that bitcoin should be adopted by merchants in stores, and different kind of shops.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2017 Predictions on: April 16, 2017, 06:15:06 PM
it will be around $1500 that's my final guess bitcoin price is not that always raising because it depends on the market that's how the economy of bitcoin works also . they're depending on the traders and bigwhales. this two are one of the reason why bitcoin price pumping and dumping. Also bitcoin will really hit $1500 because it's impossible to reach morethan $1500 .
In fact, i think there is possibility for bitcoin to break even 1500 US dollars, if some unexpected event will happen, however that is something we cannot say that will occur.
In my opinion, we will see in this half of the year that bitcoin price decreases until 1000-1050 USD levels, and 2 months after that it will bounce up, breaking 1300$ resistance.
After that, the price may even reach to 1500$, and that may be broken if there will be many new people just starting their first experiences with blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.

I really hope that predictions saying bitcoin will rise to 2000$ in this year will fullfill themselves, I really want such a price on every bitcoin Smiley
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or zcash? on: April 16, 2017, 05:32:48 PM
Definitely I would choose bitcoin than zcash because bitcoin has come along so far. And its prove that bitcoin rising its prices no matter what. Zcash has a large of quantity in the coinmarketcap, so bitcoin probably will win among all cryptocurrency.
In my opinion, there is no matter what we choose, if it is a question "bitcoin or monero" or any other cryptocurrency, the bitcoin is still the best choice in the pair.
It is because many people rely on bitcoin, and it is the most trusted and known cryptocurrency, so far unbeatable as we can see.
There is indeed uncertain market because of divided miners, but I hope that the SegWit will be implemented, and we will see finally the bigger domination of bitcoin, because if we will increase the size of block, and overall throttle of network, we may build bitcoin as a successful, fast payment system.
276  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining on: April 16, 2017, 05:17:38 PM
Please post it if you already prepared all of your site, not just plan like this. This make you looks like scammer

The site is done!
Its at cryptohub.weebly.com

Its still in testing though.

You do have a cloud mining operation and yet you use a free domain?Huh

Also website s a bit amateurish, not to mention your English.

Finally, if you do not provide any photos or proof of mining, nobody ll buy anything. As you ve said in your first post, we had too so many scammers in cloud mining.

For some reason, I have observed that many of some strange "cloud mining" project have free domain.
Obviously, most of even those with servers do not have developers and whole team standing behind the operation, on these sites there is basically one option to do: deposit the money.
That is why I hate whole type of HYIP's or cloudmining websites, because I haven't found any which is not a huge scam.
Im trying to stay away from all of those "investment sites" because i dont expect to gain any profits from that kind of activity, and fund holding.

After all, your site isn't working right now, so I guess it is still beta or not yet ready.
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How should a good gambling site be? on: April 16, 2017, 04:59:40 PM
I prefer the sites that offer fast deposit and withdraw in addition to the fast support, when this factors are equal between a number of sites, I choose the one with the best odds, this is important factor to increase your profit or to test arbitrage chance.
I totally agree with you, fast deposits and withdrawals are something that is very important for me, and im sure that also for many people.
It makes everything easier, because you don't have to worry if your transaction is fine, and how long it will go through the blockchain.
I like the sites where I have instant deposit, because i never wait for funds on gambling site.

Anyway, good gambling site needs security, option of doing fast bets, and another very important thing- anonymousness.
If the type of gambling site is dice, in my opinion giving an option to users to access the API is a important factor for some gamblers.
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you stop someone forcing you to hand over your private key and taking all on: April 16, 2017, 03:23:11 PM
First of all, I don't see how can someone ever know that you own a certain BTC address. And in case someone does, this is what I have done:

Create a cold wallet and ENCRYPT IT with the a word you've used the most before, or the most common password you've ever used for an account.. like a password that you used to have in your childhood. Print over 4 copies and place each of them in a different location. If a thief comes and forces you to give them your private key, they would be able to do nothing with it because it's going to be encrypted.

OR, don't encrypt it and do the following: print one paper wallet and store your money there. Then open photoshop and edit the private key - change it to a fake one. This way, the thief won't know it's fake.
I think that OP was meaning the situation when someone knows your BTC address, and he is aware of that you have some bitcoins stored.
But I think that in most cases, there is no possibility in someone can deduct or get your bitcoin address without some kind of browser history, or transactions list, unless you use desktop wallet which only asks for password when sending a transaction- then someone obviously might get your bitcoins without big effort.

If you encrypt the paper wallet correctly, it is extremely hard to break it, for example you may collect even 0.5 bitcoin for completing such a task.

279  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex or Bittrex on: April 15, 2017, 05:01:41 PM
Which of these two exchange services do you use and why?
OP you should've added a poll
Bittrex is a reliable exchange with decent support, and I was using it a lot in the past for daily trading, but I prefer Poloniex for two simple reasons.
First of all, it has bigger volume and secondly (this is the most important for me) somehow I feel that my money is safer in Polo than any other exchange.
I think that might be because basically, Poloniex didnt encounter any serious problems through their history since launch, and I feel the same with my money on poloniex.

When i was comparing Bittrex to Poloniex, I have found out that I really prefer the user interface we have on bittrex, and the overall trading platform.
It is more transparent for me, and not laggy- when I have some strange backlogs on Poloniex sometimes, which is extremely annoying for me.

But I need to say that I still would choose Poloniex, because this cryptocurrency exchange has really higher volume ( highest among the exchanges ) and I can also do margin trading/loaning there, which is not available on bittrex.
280  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebitco.in Annual investment on: April 15, 2017, 04:51:41 PM
%4 profit for yearly is realy low.

Yes, 4% yearly is very low but then Freebitco.in has been there for many years and they have no intention of scamming people. So they are giving rates which they can really pay. Remember hyip sites which pay 4% daily are scams only.

Yes, I agree with you because there are many sites paying higher percentages daily and scamming the people in days only. Freebitco.in is paying a lower percentage and also they are paying yearly it seems they will pay on time because they are paying low percentage to investors.
That is not true, they pay out your interest daily, but it is around 4.08% annually.
Many people on this thread are saying that this 4.08% every year is a very small gain from money saved, but on the contrary you should take a look into the banks offer.
I know a lot of banks where you can get smaller yearly interest, even with as big amount as 10,000$, so freebitco.in might be a good alternative for bank placement.

It is fairly better to choose earning 4,08% every year, than choosing 5% monthly, because there is a really high chance that this investment will just make your money vanquish- it will turn out as a ponzi or a scam.
