PICISI has not launched as of yet, we are currently in the pre-launch phase of PICISI development, this applies to both the site as well as the currency.  As we complete each of the pre-launch prerequisite we get closer to our launch dates.  I want to give many people the opportunity to see, understand, and get involved with PICISI's growth and development as early as possible.

The build-up allows this complex project to be broken down into easily consumable parts.  

PICISI is a crowdfunding site (under construction) that will allow campaign organizers to raise funds via fiat and cryptocurrency.  
PICISI has many aims, one of which is to give the masses a more positive picture of cryptocurrency than the primary negative one that consumes them.
PICISI will enable people to experience CC as actual currency rather than as a commodity (bought and sold at exchanges).
PICISI's mantra is 'Promotion, Promotion, Promotion' our intent is to promote the site message, the message of our sponsors, and the message of our individual campaigns featured at our site in such a way that engages thousands of self-employed contractors all over the world.  
Those authorized to do PICISI projects will be paid with 'Pi' (short for PICISI issued currency), the value of Pi will be determined by the open market.  When PICISI receives fiat fees we will use those funds to buy Pi at the official exchange sponsor, if we don't have an official exchange sponsor we will buy at all of the exchanges where the currency is available.  
As PICISI grows in popularity so too will CC.

Every PICISI member will be verified, every campaign reviewed by someone in mgmt, campaign contractors are available for the organizer to hire (escrow system in place), tons of sponsorship opportunities, and most of all an administration with integrity, even if things go wrong you could rest assured we will make it right.  

PICISI will probably be the first crowdfunding site where there are no zero earnings campaigns, heavy sponsorship (with micro payments) and heavy promotion enables us to be assured of this.  Most campaigns will earn funds before the campaign starts simply by choosing a sponsor to host their CC donations.

Your board determines how to define the word "transparency" and how it is treated within the org, to that extent you owe your board transparency and your board owes its members transparency.

The Promotion Director is responsible for promoting the site to sponsors, organizers, members, donors, and media to generate business. I'm willing to provide you with some guidance:

1)   do your homework, look at what worked and what didn't work.  A great example of both is wrapped in, Mintpal.  When Mintpal started they were great, when they make a simple error they got ripped apart, and after Moolah  got them it turned into a scam.

2)   security, don't worry about speed, be more concerned with safety.  Create 100% cold storage, make sure that your numbers are correct, have redundancy, checks and balances, as well as a back-up.  

3)    if your security is tight seek bonding, insurance, and or other forms of third party coverage

4)    be responsive respond to all emails within 4 hrs, resolve or escalate all problems within 24 hrs

5)    be in compliance, get registered, licensed, and certified by all that you can

6)    partner with other entities to build a responsible network of resources

7)    if you are asking for people to place their money in your hands, show them, and tell them, who you are so they know who to blame or praise as the site develops

and

8)    become a PICISI sponsor, PICISI is also a new startup, and is seeking an official exchange sponsor

Here are some things I think you should seriously consider:

1)  allow the foundation to be the parent company for those around the world who wish to be agents so that they could defray the licensing costs associated with being a business seller of bitcoins.  Other benefits of enrollment could be: e/o bonding, insurance, bail, and discounted legal services (like prepaid legal).  

2)  create a certification program for all of the relevant service sectors so that such service pros can be 'known' to a core segment of the community, thereby reducing scams by having a larger more accountable service sector.

3)  produce at least 1 documentary style movie a year highlighting lots of good that takes place in the CC universe

5)  have a 3 day convention capped by an award ceremony to recognize those who have done much in the past year to benefit bitcoin -- make sure that everything associated with the convention can be paid for with btc

and

6)  become a PICISI sponsor then sponsor individual campaigns that would educate school administrators around the world in CC Science: CC code writing, CC mining, CC investing, CC block chain, and CC service business.  So that CC is taught in schools around the world.  

BTC is the CC leader that the wider world looks at to judge the industry, find ways to do good, do it, then tell everyone repeatedly that you did it.
